Rick is the man. Been going to him for years. They really are as close to an honest outfit as I have been able to find. Prices are fair and I've never had a problem with the work.
On May 2 I called to make an appointment. I was told by the woman on the phone to bring my car between 9:30-10am on May 9. When I showed up at 9:50 there was no one there despite the sign on the door saying they opened at 9. I had someone drive out of their way to take me home after dropping off my car, so they wasted both of our time. I'm very angry.

Frank recently consolidated Frank’s Macdade Auto in Collingdale and Aldan Automotive so it’s now just based out of Aldan Automotive. I’ve taken multiple cars to Rick in Collingdale for years and now that he’s moved over to Aldan Automotive I take my car there. They do excellent work and are extremely transparent. Whether you’re on a budget with an older used car you need to keep running smoothly without breaking the bank, or have a car you like to baby but don’t have the knowledge or ability to service it yourself, it’ll be in good hands here.
Frank is the most professional, knowledgeable and fair mechanic there is. Period. Maintenance is always completed on time (if not early), done right, and fairly priced. Outstanding mechanic and a great guy!
Stop by there to get my vehicle fixed 2 mi surprise they were right there on top of things and took care of my vehicle almost immediately the price was a little up there but however they did take care of my vehicle and that's all that mattered got me back on the road and running again
