Only One Issue they park my truck next to a yellow pole ,And parked a Customer red car,
Right in front of me and I couldn't get out. So when I pulled out the yellow pole , scrape and Put a dent on the driver side passenger door.. they should the paying customer car out if it's in a tight spot on there place off business..But over all love getting work done there..
The service was amazing and the staffs was very friendly to me and they help me with my tires issues and the fixed the problem. Im so thankful i went to this shop.
A 1 hour job took 3 hours!!this was my only vehicle so I was stuck in waiting room for 3 hours for inspection and oil change!! The guy gave me $10 off but 3 hours for $10 is not good!!my wife started to worry about meeting!!
I really like the system.You set the appointment, drop off your vehicle and you receive a diagnosis and you approve service or deny right from your phone no call needed. This shop will be my main shop for service. Also the work was completed my vehicle is running great.
Went in for inspection and FAILED.
REASONS:
1: Wiper left a streak on window... I'm just bought them about a month ago
2: Tie rods , had them put on just under 5000 miles ago
3: Plate light .. there are 2 plate lights
4: CV joint, told afterwards that that may be wrong
5: Asked me if I disconnected battery because they said computer couldn't read code, I said NO, jumped in my truck and the clock was wrong which told me THEY disconnected my battery.
I'd DEFINITELY stay away from this particular MEINEKE.
First it was nice that I was able to schedule on a Saturday morning. Scott the manager was awesome. He was able to help me get financing for unexpected costs/repairs. He was very kind and courteous to me and ALL the customers that came in and out as I sat there for the hours I was there.
My daughters car broke down nearby and was towed to the shop over the weekend. That Monday they called and let us know there was metal shavings found in the oil pan and advised us to seek out a warranty recall for her car at a local dealer. We respected their honesty and professionalism when they could have raked us over the coals and did not. Great place and thank you! - Ann-Scott and Ari
I went in with my 2016 Toyota for a rotation and Balance, Their technician did a great job and they were very friendly. The technician given the rotation, and Balance was very thorough with his job and a lot of information about my vehicle for me and even had a friendly conversation with me about my car. My vehicle runs very well now and doesn’t have any vibration any longer. I definitely recommend this shop
I rolled in at 4:30 yesterday to your shop on Paxton with a really loud clinging and concern my car was gonna fall apart, within an hour you had it diagnosed and repaired! And who else takes pictures of your undercarriage and shows it to the customer… That was remarkable and so much better than the tire center I had been to two days before which told me there was nothing wrong with my exhaust
Very nice and CLEAN waiting room...under 2 hrs in and out.
I enjoyed a diet coke only $1.00 and some cheese crackers...and I had thevtime to finish my book...very pleased with my service and the price...Thank-you Meineke
They fixed my problem, hard working staff. Bc their short staff they’re working overtime but working as a team. Scott up front was a great guy, generous, he deserves a vacation. Mechanics in the back, hard workers, deserve every penny spent. Thanks so mu ch meineke
The first person at the desk on 7/12 was transparent on what was going to happen, how i would be charged, and their need for more time. On Monday, Todd helped explain the issues with my vehicle and the severity of each problem. The vehicle report made me feel confident in the technician's ability and knowledge.
My appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 10, unfortunately they did not have time to complete the appointment and it wasn't looked at until Monday. But other than that situation, I will say it was a great experience. They may also try to sell their financing, just continue to say no if you don't want it.
First time using Meineke, and I can say it was a smooth process. I was due for an inspection which was about a week in a half over due and my usual place could not fit me in so I reached out to Meineke and was scheduled an appointment in the same week.
Check-in was very easy and simple , and I was greeted by the staff who assisted me. I was offered to wait for my vehicle which I did, and the time I waited was less than an hour. My Mitsubishi Outlander pass with flying colors!! So my overall experience was a plus+++
I will use them again in the future if need be. I hopes this helps.!
They broke my cabin air filter cover AND there are 3 out of 5 screws missing from the engine air filter! Will be the last time I go here. People in the front office are kind (only reason they got 2 stars instead of1), but kind of ticks me off that no one bothered to tell me they broke the cover and lost my screws, nor did they replace them. Found out the next day when changing both filters! No one even carries the cover and had to order it online! Will be calling for some type of reimbursement because the screws and cover (both ordered online) cost me $20! That should not be on me.

Scott and the team were awesome to work with. I have a modified van and need a non-OEM muffler, and not only did they have one in stock they got me in ASAP! Other customer's there were telling me how much they liked and trusted this location
I came in for a muffler delete on my 2018 bmw 330i!! Very fast and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend for exhaust needs. Now my car hums and pops in sport+!!! He even cut the part of my exhaust that has the valves so I never have to worry if they are open!! Sounds amazing. Can't wait to hear a cold start!!!

My vehicle was inspected in a reasonable amount of time while I waited. No problems were identified, but the service advisor made a couple of recommendations that I appreciated. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Scott was soo attentive. My exhaust repairs and caliper was completed accurately. I have an Audi A4 so I am so pleased at how great my car is running after Meineke made the repairs! Would highly recommend.

I took my son car like I been doing for many years I got work done spent smout of $ like always to be told I couldn't use 2 of my rewards at the same time & was charged 23.99 for each wiper that's a ridiculous price I would take my car some wear else but don't know if anywhere else to take it . It's always something when we take are cars differently overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone my son car just broke down days after taking it to this meineke on Paxton st.
The staff is great at communicating and they don't pressure you into any repairs unless it is priority to have it fixed on the spot. Always fast, efficient, friendly service. I love knowing I can schedule maintenance without the hassle of an all day affair! Unless it is known ahead of time of course. I have been going to this location for a few years now and I enjoy the service !
