I had gotten my windshield replaced that morning and needed my inspection stickers replaced. The staff said they could squeeze me into the schedule and to come on in. I greatly appreciated their willingness to accommodate and help me.
Second time here - no complaints. I love that they inspect your car and then send you everything they recommend, with pictures and explanations, and then I like that you can check or uncheck which services you want from the link they send. Feels transparent, like I have more control and can take time to understand each piece and decide. I do wish for the loaner car, that it was warmed up since I reserved it in advance! But otherwise, thrilled, and I will be back.
The facility is clean and inviting if you want to wait for your car to be serviced. They have available parking. They honor your appointment time and complete the required services promptly and with professionalism. Great place to go! Great and fair pricing. Lisa
I was very impressed with the Meineke shop on Paxton Avenue, Harrisburg. This shop did an estimate and replaced the flex muffler of my car within an hour of my appointment time. The appointment and repair were done very efficiently and professionally.The front desk service manager was very accommodating and professional.
I brought my overheating VW to them and Scott and his techs are the real deal. I understand this is a chain shop but they don't act like it. They remind me of a small mom and pop shop that truly just wants to get you back on the road. I can tell they did a very through job based on their online documentation. My car needs alot of little stuff but they didnt try and sell me on anything or convince me I needed anything other than what would get the car driving again!
Only One Issue they park my truck next to a yellow pole ,And parked a Customer red car,
Right in front of me and I couldn't get out. So when I pulled out the yellow pole , scrape and Put a dent on the driver side passenger door.. they should the paying customer car out if it's in a tight spot on there place off business..But over all love getting work done there..
I'm really not sure how to rate this. This is my second time coming in for oil change. A oil change only, the very first time, it wasn't no problems, no issue in and out oil change, great, that's what made me decide to come back a second time, which was November, the 15th. When I went in for the oil change mind you, I always call and schedule my appointments. The guy made it seem like he didn't see my schedule appointment, red flag cause I know I made it cuse. I just had another vehicle coming there for a light change. That's when it was made, Okay. So he called his self squeezing me in. when I got my vehicle back. I get this message from them. They took pictures of my car. They said that my car was dirty and stinky. And said I need all this stuff done. My car was not dirty.didn't smell until they put hands on my filters. They didn't even top my fluids. They didn't do none of that. Just recommend that I have all this stuff done.Mind you, I came in for an all change only. When do they take pictures of your car? I mean, they took pictures of the front back side inside under the hood, all that for oil change. I didn't ask for no courtesy inspection none of that. They didn't do that the first time. I am someone who keeps up with my vehicle. So that took me back, and I don't know how to respond to that because now they have a picture of my Car license plate, inspection sticker.everything. I'm not happy with that cause I didn't ask for that. And if you check everything and you notice that my fluids was low, you could've, you should've topped them off. A oil change, that's all I ask them to do. I wasn't happy with all that extra stuff.
i am a service technician at a local dealership, and anytime i need exhaust repairs on my own vehicles i bring them here and they always do a great job , best welds in town
Scott and his team are the best and as long as they’re in business I will go nowhere else with my vehicles. They’re honest friendly and they never suggest services you don’t need. They do their best to make it cost-effective and give you high Quality work. I have never had to take anything back to them once they fix it.
Hi I am writing this review because I called Meineke on Monday November 3rd 2025 and they got me in for an oil change, on Tuesday November 4th 2025, unfortunately I don’t know what happened but I ended up going to the wrong place at the right time so I missed my appointment with Meineke but Scott the gentleman I talked with on both days got me in the next day without any problems. They took care of my car and so far so good. I really appreciate them getting me in so fast and I appreciate their understanding with me going to the wrong place and missing my appointment. Thank you Meineke for helping me, and the price was great. I will definitely used them in the future
I had to have the exhaust system repaired on my 2013 Scion so that it would pass inspection and Meineke did a great job. Would return again in the future.
The service was amazing and the staffs was very friendly to me and they help me with my tires issues and the fixed the problem. Im so thankful i went to this shop.
A 1 hour job took 3 hours!!this was my only vehicle so I was stuck in waiting room for 3 hours for inspection and oil change!! The guy gave me $10 off but 3 hours for $10 is not good!!my wife started to worry about meeting!!
I really like the system.You set the appointment, drop off your vehicle and you receive a diagnosis and you approve service or deny right from your phone no call needed. This shop will be my main shop for service. Also the work was completed my vehicle is running great.
First it was nice that I was able to schedule on a Saturday morning. Scott the manager was awesome. He was able to help me get financing for unexpected costs/repairs. He was very kind and courteous to me and ALL the customers that came in and out as I sat there for the hours I was there.
My daughters car broke down nearby and was towed to the shop over the weekend. That Monday they called and let us know there was metal shavings found in the oil pan and advised us to seek out a warranty recall for her car at a local dealer. I went in with my 2016 Toyota for a rotation and Balance, Their technician did a great job and they were very friendly. The technician given the rotation, and Balance was very thorough with his job and a lot of information about my vehicle for me and even had a friendly conversation with me about my car. My vehicle runs very well now and doesn’t have any vibration any longer. I definitely recommend this shop
I rolled in at 4:30 yesterday to your shop on Paxton with a really loud clinging and concern my car was gonna fall apart, within an hour you had it diagnosed and repaired! And who else takes pictures of your undercarriage and shows it to the customer… That was remarkable and so much better than the tire center I had been to two days before which told me there was nothing wrong with my exhaust
The first person at the desk on 7/12 was transparent on what was going to happen, how i would be charged, and their need for more time. On Monday, Todd helped explain the issues with my vehicle and the severity of each problem. The vehicle report made me feel confident in the technician's ability and knowledge.
My appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 10, unfortunately they did not have time to complete the appointment and it wasn't looked at until Monday. But other than that situation, I will say it was a great experience. They may also try to sell their financing, just continue to say no if you don't want it.
First time using Meineke, and I can say it was a smooth process. I was due for an inspection which was about a week in a half over due and my usual place could not fit me in so I reached out to Meineke and was scheduled an appointment in the same week. Check-in was very easy and simple , and I was greeted by the staff who assisted me. I was offered to wait for my vehicle which I did, and the time I waited was less than an hour. My Mitsubishi Outlander pass with flying colors!! So my overall experience was a plus+++ I will use them again in the future if need be. I hopes this helps.!
Scott and the team were awesome to work with. I have a modified van and need a non-OEM muffler, and not only did they have one in stock they got me in ASAP! Other customer's there were telling me how much they liked and trusted this location
I came in for a muffler delete on my 2018 bmw 330i!! Very fast and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend for exhaust needs. Now my car hums and pops in sport+!!! He even cut the part of my exhaust that has the valves so I never have to worry if they are open!! Sounds amazing. Can't wait to hear a cold start!!!
Something punctured my tire while driving on Interstate 83. Got off at the closest exit and found this Meineke. They were able to change my flat and put on my spare quickly so we were still able to make our appointment at Hershey Med. Guys were super nice and I loved the dog! Thanks for helping me out of a bind!
