Just stopped by today for a windshield wiper replacement due to breaking it by running it on a peice of ice by accident . Having been screwed many times before with repairs we start3d to complian and we're worried about being charged full price. However the young service tech and the other guy at the front i think his name was Rey Gonzalez were both calm and fixed it for us before our apt time in a few minutes. It had only been bent so he just bent it back and we were not charged which is the right thing to do but they could have charged us . Just wanted to say thanks for your help and taking initiative to get a service guy to look at us real quick. Im home before my appt began! Thanks honda

Took 4 calls thru AI who was stuck to schedule oil change when I also needed inspection. When asked for service 'human' rang twice and disconnected. FINALLY called sales and got assist to schedule oil change and the inspection.
When i brought the car, seemed disorganized. Then i was emailed a video of the service inspection and all was complete.
Then a request to do additional service that was not yet due and still unsure as i thought that maintenance was covered but guess not as quote for $139.
And was to have car wash per the text and email but waited another 15 minutes - car in and out twice and then told car wash now not working.
If it wasnt for the prepaid maintenence plan thru the dealer, i would go else based on this less than expected experience.Feb 13, 2026 -

I went to trade in my CRV for a Pilot, Will was awesome. Very attentive and made sure he got me what I wanted. Very nice young man and knowledgeable about the car sales process. Everyone that helped me was very nice and respectful.

I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring, and my experience at Faulkner Honda Harrisburg, PA was absolutely outstanding.
My salesperson Bayley Lentz was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the entire process. She clearly explained all the features of the CR-V Hybrid Touring, answered every question honestly, and made sure everything—from test drive to paperwork—was smooth and stress-free.
There was no pressure at any point, and the delivery experience was well organized and pleasant. I truly appreciated Bayley’s transparency, friendly attitude, and attention to detail.

I debated leaving a review for a recent experience since I did in fact still purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My initial interaction was wonderful. Our salesperson Kris was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Our communication with him is what solidified our wanting to go forward and purchase a new vehicle. Once we went back to the offices, Donnel or “Donny” handled our paperwork. At first, he seemed friendly and walked us though everything. He made the usual sales attempt to up-sale a bunch of add ons, and though we showed interest, we didn’t sign any official paperwork for those services. My fiance ended up having to leave to pick up our kids from school, so I stayed back to finish things up. Once Donny brought over the paperwork to sign, I reviewed the numbers (which added on about $16,000 to the total), I let him know that I did not want any of those services, and wanted to keep the total as it was. No one wants to go into a new load upside down. He then brought his boss in, to try and convince me, but again I told them I did not want the services. That’s when things went south. For the remainder of the time I was there, Donny was extremely disrespectful and aggressive towards me. He was slamming paperwork around, typing super aggressively, hardly said a word to me, and slam the pen down in front of me when I needed to sign. I was told that one of the services, a coating for the interior and exterior of the car, had to remain on the paperwork since they already started applying it to the car. When I asked why they would already apply it without me committing, and was told that as soon as a customer shows interest, they begin applying it because it needs time to cure. I said, well I guess you don’t really give anyone a choice, and Donny replied something along the lines of it was already done to the car, and shrugged. I am not generally an emotional person, but this entire situation made me feel so uncomfortable, and unwelcome because I denied extra services. I had to fight crying with how badly I was being treated. Never before have I gone through that. Donny made it a point to ensure that i knew I was not welcome and when I went to go with the Salesperson Kris to get my down payment and set up the vehicle, he took all of my belongings out and threw them on a random sales desk and didn’t interact with me the remainder of the time. Not even a hand shake, a pleasure doing business, nothing. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I thanked Kris for being as kind and personable as he was, and let him know about my experience with Donny/Donnel. No one should ever be bullied when they are buying a vehicle, or made to feel that way. I’m not sure if things would have been different if my fiancé had stayed, but it seemed pretty ironic that the energy of the situation changed so quickly once he was gone and I said I didn’t want any add-ons. I am grateful for our salesperson Kris, and for the vehicle, but would not recommend this dealer due to the negative experience we had with Donnel H. towards the end. If you do end up going here, just be mindful.

I am very satisfied with the level of service provided to me by the team at Faulkner Honda. Despite the car being a used vehicle, the level of servicing and detailing the vehicle received more than made up for the minor blemishes present from previous use. My salesman Trenton was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to work with the limitations of my schedule. Overall the care from the staff made the purchase a pleasant experience.

Had a great service experience, starting from getting greeted when I pulled in , to the end of service and them explaining what they did. I loved getting the little video from service technicians as to what was going on with my crv. I only wished that they would of ran the car though the car wash to make the experience over the top. James and the technicians were super helpful as always. They were professional and courteous. They went the extra mile to help me out because I wasn't expecting to wait as long as I did because they identified a rear brake that was completely shot. I appreciate the multipoint inspection. James has provided service before and he is always helpful and answers questions thoroughly.

I purchased my CRV through Carvana, and just recently took it to Faulkner Honda when I had some issues with it. I was treated like someone who purchased my vehicle there! They went above and beyond to help me, fixed my vehicle, treated me with respect, and as a valued customer. I have returned for routine maintenance and my state inspection. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Every single interaction has been exceptional!

I called the service number and spoke to Alex, who as it turned out, was an AI operator. She was very efficient, determined what services I needed, and found me an appointment for the next day. I was greeted immediately upon arrival in the service drive-through. After checking in, I grabbed a free coffee in the spacious waiting area. As it turned out my pickup needed a repair that would take a couple of hours so the service tech offered me a free loaner car. I was able to get home for dinner and the pickup was ready by noon the next. Everyone I worked with was friend, helpful, and polite - even Alex. ;)

As soon as I had arrived I was greeted with a warm smile from Alexa. She checked me in, made sure all my paperwork was correct. Even printed out my registration for me. Notified me of how long it would take. Was available for any questions if I needed. Whole process was easy, they even sent me a video of explanation from the technician. Explained all my paperwork once my car was done and checkout was a breeze. Had me back on the road in no time.

We have gone to Faulkner Honda for decades and had always been very happy. We always approve the recommendations they have for repairs.
I’ve become disappointed with the prices per item and I suspect the exorbitant labor charges lead to the ever-increasing fees. There should be better discussion about what absolutely needs done vs. what is just something they are pointing out as needed some time in the future.
It seems to have become a game of their service reps selling us on parts and repairs and feels much less like them looking out for their customers.Nov 05, 2025 -

Weezy my salesperson was fantastic, she knows her stuff and did a great job to answer all my questions and get me in and out. I agreed to name my new car after her!

We went to Faulkner Honda Weezy was our sales person and she was amazing. Professional, friendly and made the process stress free.
We initial went to look at a Ridgeline and ended up with a Tacoma.
Weezy made the pivot effortlessly. We walked over to the Toyota dealership only feet away. Had a test drive a Tacoma. 3 hours later we drove it odd the lot.
We cannot say enough about Faulkner and their staff.

Everyone was wonderful and welcoming from the first step in the door. Loiza was the most amazing salesperson that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and she got me exactly what I needed. They met me right where I was at. I did not feel pushed or pressured to buy or add anything specific and my needs were catered to exactly how I’d hoped. My purchase experience with Faulkner has been great. No time or energy spent trying to sell me on anything I didn't want, just a transparent review of the optional coverage plan they offer that was a quick "no thanks, no problem let's move on". No oddball discoveries, costs, or if/and/buts along the way. They even had me back in to take care of a minor door scuff I noticed a handful of days after driving off the lot and were super pleasant during that visit as well. Overall feel very well taken care of and I'm hopeful I'll have a good long term maintenance experience as well

I stopped by Faulkner Honda on Friday just to browse, and by Saturday, I drove off in a brand new 2025 Honda Pilot! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I explained exactly what I needed and what I was willing to pay — and they managed to get me an even better deal than I expected.
Tre was excellent to work with — great communication, very professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

I have been taking my Honda HR-V to Faulkner for 4 years and I always have a pleasant experience. They are upfront and honest with their prices. They are also always accommodating and welcoming. Great place to have your vehicle serviced! Update: It was time for an upgrade so we went to Faulkner Honda and Zar helped us pick out the perfect CR-V for our honda. We had a great experience and got a great price for our trade in. My husband and I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience car shopping at Faulkner.

I came back as a repeat customer with a Honda Accord, hoping to get into a Honda Ridgeline. I knew I was asking a lot for a trade allowance, but I bought my car at Faulkner so let’s see how good they really are… well, they did it. An offer I could not walk away from and now I’m back in a truck and very happy again. Thought I would get a few pokes from my buddies in their Fords and Chevys but just the opposite, lots of compliments! I’m completely happy. Great staff, no pressure, friendly, thoughtful, and fair. I’ll keep coming back. It’s my 6th Faulkner vehicle now.

One iof the best buying experiences I have had for a car! Billy Brice was amazing to work with! We spoke about options before coming in and when I arrived, he had the keys ready to go! I have never received better service when shopping for a new car. And the service/maintenance package is worth the price if you plan on doing your oil changes and inspections there anyway.
