We went to Faulkner Honda Weezy was our sales person and she was amazing. Professional, friendly and made the process stress free.
We initial went to look at a Ridgeline and ended up with a Tacoma.
Weezy made the pivot effortlessly. We walked over to the Toyota dealership only feet away. Had a test drive a Tacoma. 3 hours later we drove it odd the lot.
We cannot say enough about Faulkner and their staff.

My purchase experience with Faulkner has been great. No time or energy spent trying to sell me on anything I didn't want, just a transparent review of the optional coverage plan they offer that was a quick "no thanks, no problem let's move on". No oddball discoveries, costs, or if/and/buts along the way. They even had me back in to take care of a minor door scuff I noticed a handful of days after driving off the lot and were super pleasant during that visit as well. Overall feel very well taken care of and I'm hopeful I'll have a good long term maintenance experience as well

I came back as a repeat customer with a Honda Accord, hoping to get into a Honda Ridgeline. I knew I was asking a lot for a trade allowance, but I bought my car at Faulkner so let’s see how good they really are… well, they did it. An offer I could not walk away from and now I’m back in a truck and very happy again. Thought I would get a few pokes from my buddies in their Fords and Chevys but just the opposite, lots of compliments! I’m completely happy. Great staff, no pressure, friendly, thoughtful, and fair. Came here to buy a car was told they would give me $13,000 for my vehicle. While signing the papers noticed they had $12,300 questioned them he said we would be getting a check in the mail in one or two weeks check never came. So we called them sales manager said he didn't know what he did . He said see $13,000 don't understand what he did would find out and call us. The financial manager called my wife and tried to explain it didn't make any sense. She ask if she could send a email. My wife forwarded it to me it a scam. Called her she couldn't explain it to me said the car was only worth $12,300 never ever had a dealership that was so unethical! She said at this point there was nothing she could do. Will never be going back. Talking to my attorney now to go the next step!
Bobby was the salesman that helped us out. He did a phenomenal job and everything was a smooth process. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and I appreciated that.
I brought my car here for a service on a recall and the staff was so helpful and kind. Although this dealership is a little out of the way for me I figured it was worth a shot after nothing but bad experiences at the Jones dealership in Lancaster. Mark was the one who helped me with everything and he was honest and so nice! I will definitely be making the extra drive to bring my car here from now on!

On July 31st, my wife, granddaughter, and I were 2 hours into a 500 mile wedding/vacation trip when we had a transmission issue with our 2016 CR-V. Even though we weren't locals, Faulkner took us right in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us on our way within 3 hours! We spent the time in their spotless customer lounge enjoying free popcorn and water. Kudos to everyone on their staff (professional, kind, engaged) who helped us during this trip.

My wife and I went to look at a Honda Pilot with no intentions on buying but that all changed when we met Trevor and the staff. Trevor was very knowledgeable about questions we asked and explained all aspects of the vehicle. He made sure we understood how each feature operated before moving on to the next. Along with Trevor, the staff at Faulkner Honda was amazing by going the extra mile to help entertain our 17 month old son. Our son absolutely enjoyed interacting with everyone. The service you get at Faulkner Honda is fantastic, if a tad pricey, which is to be expected when you go to a dealership. After all, courtesy transportation, car washes, and the nice waiting room all cost something.
With that said, I can't understand why Faulkner has decided to use an AI voice "assistant" when booking car service. I called twice, with the AI "assistant" not only failing to capture my email correctly, but also not even actually booking my service time.
Frustratingly, I called back and repeatedly asked the AI "assistant" to transfer me to a human. The first time, it transferred me to Faulkner towing, which was not what I wanted. Even the Faulkner towing guy, while helpful, could not actually get me a direct line back to a human at the service center.
After my 3rd attempt, I finally somehow managed the right tone of voice to get the AI "assistant" to transfer me to a human service advisor. Thankfully, the actual human was fantastic and confirmed my appointment quickly and without fuss.
Faulkner... seriously, I'm paying you plenty. Please skip the technology and make it easier for me to schedule an appointment.
I have been a Faulkner Honda of Harrisburg customer since 1996. Except for the late 2000's to early 2010’s, they have provided outstanding customer service. I have never encountered a Falkner associate with a poor attitude or not willing to make my service experience exceptional.

Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and super pleasant to work with, but he understood what I was looking for and took the time to show me every option available. I found my DREAM car and he immediately got the sales process rolling, which was efficient and transparent. He also worked really hard to make sure the numbers made sense for me. Faulkner staff was very professional, the feedback provided was thorough and informative. We went in looking for a late model used and came out with a new car for a modest increase. Logan our sales manager worked with us to get us a competitive price and provided a decent trade value, really appreciate his willingness to meet us at the pace we wanted to go, did not feel pressured. Jordyn our sales rep was hands on, very welcoming with a great sense of humor. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even staying with us after hours to get us a great deal and to explain/demonstrate all the car’s features, we wanted to take him home. Carter in finance was very proficient and personable, worked out a payment schedule catered to our needs, and also thoroughly explained all maintenance and service options. He was polite and a pleasure to work with. Will highly recommend Faulkner Honda to our family and friends and look for to building that relationship over the duration of our warranty.
One iof the best buying experiences I have had for a car! Billy Brice was amazing to work with! We spoke about options before coming in and when I arrived, he had the keys ready to go! I have never received better service when shopping for a new car. And the service/maintenance package is worth the price if you plan on doing your oil changes and inspections there anyway.
