He was the nicest guy I’ve ever had to deal with when it came to a tow company Or any company for that matter, so if you’re ever gonna get your car towed, and I hope you don’t, hopefully it’s by JT and Leahy towing. 5 stars.
Jerry Leahy was a bright spot on a dismal day for me. Jerry was very pleasant and helpful from the moment we met him at his tow yard. Mr. Leahy made a terrible situation much more tolerable because of the outstanding customer service that he exhibited toward me that day. He even went above and beyond by assisting me with getting my vehicle back on the road. I never thought that I would be giving a towing company a stellar review, but Jerry Leahy and Leahy's Towing deserve it.

I was in an accident recently and after the initial accident my vehicle could have been driven However this tow company was called and after this my vehicle is now totaled. They broke my axle and drug my vehicle across the road to the wrecker.
DO NOT CALL THEM TO TOW YOU
They towed my car 4 miles to their shop bc it was parked illegally at my girlfriend’s apartment complex past visiting hours. I knew it was a possibility and accepted the fact that it was towed, but they charged me 260$ cash to get it out of their lot. They towed the vehicle less than 4 miles and I got it out of their lot the next day. 65$ a mile is robbery.
Our hero, Tony, rescued us in a 100 degree heat wave! He was caring, courteous and professional. Leahy's gave us the service we needed quickly. Thank you, Tony!!
I was in a car accident, and they towed the car from the scene. Everything that was previously in the car was accounted for, except for my phone and AirPods. Both of these devices last pinged at the Cameron St location, which was an entire city away from the scene of the accident (where, if they were still there, both devices would have pinged as the last known location). The State Troopers at the scene both recalled seeing the AirPods still attached to the keys that were in the ignition when they were leaving the secured scene. Because of this, I strongly suspect an employee took them from the vehicle. I have yet to hear back from any management. I will be filing a theft report with this company to the police.
It's not that I overly care about the devices. I care that someone saw a car with obvious blood in the interior, and still chose to steal from them.
I was stranded about 30 miles from home and my man Tony was there in 15 mins to get me all taken care of! Prompt service super professional and highly recommended. They also came in over $100 cheaper than all other quotes I got. These guys are the best!
Said they be able to tow me 50 feet across the road and wait an hour and half. And that was $90. No question about possible repair. Nothing. So if you want to wait 90 mins for to spend $90. Thenhere's ur guy.
Leahy’s has come to the rescue a handful of times for me since 2016. I submitted a claim for roadside assistance through my insurance and they matched me with Leahy’s as my tow company and I was so grateful that they did. The drivers have all been so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of my car. Every phone call has been exceptional with customer service.
I called them today when my insurance company matched me with a different towing company that gave me a 2+ hour wait time and the woman who I talked to was so nice and helped calm me down (I was in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable neighborhood).
They came within 20 minutes of my call and drove me to the garage. I will always trust and recommend Leahy’s.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about the service from this company. Both the employee who answered my initial call when I had a question (after they accepted the job through triple A) and the driver who completed the tow job were courteous, helpful and delivered on every expectation set. My vehicle was towed to this location after a traffic incident that left the vehicle undriveable. The tow truck driver was very courteous and professional and patient as I spoke on the phone to my insurance agent to sort things out. I was then driven to the nearby rental car location to secure a rental. I returned to the lot three times to remove items from my vehicle and the operators and staff at this Leahys location were very accommodating. This is clearly an experienced and professional operation.

I don't know how to begin to thank everyone that helped me. From the 530 am call searching for my car, to Andrew who opened the gate on his day off to allow me to get my purse. All i could do was hug him. I was scared, never been in any form of a accident. Friday night was horrible weather and a friend just lost his wife. I drove from Reading Pa to Marysville pa. I live in Maryland and have my Subaru serviced in Harrisburg. My car was recently side swiped in a parking lot and sent to Leahys ' Auto body shop in Harrisburg. The manager of Leahys Auto Body was prompt in notifying me when my car arrived for repair. Additionally he contacted me during the progress of the repair. After my vehicle was completed and returned to Faulkner Subaru, Darrell, Leahys Auto body shop manager, contacted me to recommend a wheel alignment for safety. He notified Faulkner Subaru for this servicing, handled all the claim paperwork for payment through the insurance company and my car was inspected at Faulkner Subaru and the alignment was needed. I submit this review to show that Leahys Auto Body Shop Manger , Darrell, went above and beyond handling my vehicle repair and safety for our family.
Darrell was great to work with. All I had to do was call for updates; he did the heavy lifting of dealing with the insurance company. Leahy's is incredibly accommodating and definitely takes care of their customers.
