Towed my vehicle from a surrounding business despite being a patron. Required to engage in their cash only exorbitant fee payment tactics to retrieve my vehicle. When you call to speak with someone to retrieve your vehicle, they act as if they are doing you a service with condescending and degrading customer service. Definitely avoid this unscrupulous business.

Left me and 7 others stranded for 2 hours in 35 degree weather with rain after the farm show while someone ubered the 9 miles to pay a fee of $335 in which $100 was for them to open the gate. The no parking sign was on the other side of the street from where we parked.

Hit a deer with my car and had to get it towed. The gentleman that came was very professional and did an excellent. Everyone in the office was helpful. Definitely recommend them if the need arises.

11/13/25, Beware of the Hustle. I was parked in a vacant lot with 2 other vehicles. They were there before I arrived. The tow driver picked me as an easy target. The lot was posted. I am 74 retired and was having breakfast with my cousin next door. When I confronted the tow driver he wouldn’t give me his name. I asked him how much to make this go away. He said, $120 cash. I have the money it’s in my truck. He said, I have possession now and you can’t get it. My cousin was standing nearby and said he had the money. The driver had an attitude very nasty person, heartless, picking on the elderly as an easy target. He uncoupled my 12 foot trailer and said that will be another $120. He would not accept cash money and hurried off. It was evident that this was a towing company hustle. After being put on hold 4 times by the home office I was told it was $470 as they pulled off the lot. How convenient. This had scam written all over. Followed both tow trucks to the impound yard. Paid the $470 to retrieve my F150 and trailer. I spoke to the office manager Cheyenne who stated it was up to the tow truck driver to release your vehicle. He could have but chose not to. What a poor business model. As a former policeman with a total of 32 years in law enforcement and who worked with various towing companies over the years this was by far the worst. I never had a tow truck driver refuse to let the car go. My advice do not use MAR’s. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Had my car towed from in front of my house. I paid for the towing fee so they can release my truck found out there was a scrape on my rear passenger side step and they won’t take accountability for it!!!! Yea Scott this review is for you Scott!!!!!

They towed my truck for 19 miles they charged me $1125 I told them that I want to pay by card they said cash only they don’t want to pay the taxes if there is zero I will give it for this bad company don’t work with people.

Came to the establishment to get an intoxalock device installed. This should have took at least 4 hours. Well it did not I waited 2 days for my car to be able to be picked up. No one knew how to fix it. 3 car windows would not go down and they blamed me. All
front desk agents were extremely rude & did not communicate with me on when to pick the car up The mechanic yelled at me multiple times and told me that I did not know anything about my car and he was not responsible for it. Anyways I got a call saying it was all fixed payed them 300.00 and come to find out
it was done wrong after taking it to another shop. I strongly advise for this shop to be shut down. This took uber money out of my pockets and mentally draining. Not to mention the front desk girls repeating that they could not deal with me and I was very calm.
I see that they do respond to people on these Google reviews . AND I WANT TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT THERE IS NO EXCUSE..!!! My new service center has already found the issue and has given me documents to prove that they were the cause for this problem. My Dealership as well has provided me with the inspection and pictures that were done before taking it to this center (THIS CAR WAS JUST PURCHASE 5 DAYS BEFORE TAKING IT THERE)
After my install was done they wouldn’t even show me how to work the device ! I’ve recorded the state of my car before and after coming to them !
DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR INTERLOCK INSTALLATION!!! Also beware the front desk lady’s like to tell intoxalock that they are the mechanics. Everything has been written and documented and the only thing I would like is a refund of what I paid them.
I tried to wait to speak with a manager but no one’s available to speak with me apparently & if I can stop someone from going through what I did this is the next best step.
So now here I am waiting on my car to correctly be wired but it is almost completed and the handled it all with care. I won’t put there name on this review but I will be making another review on how awesome the other service center was to me.
I will say the male manager I dealt with was the only person that cared and tried to fix things but this should not have been like this at all. You guys are certified for these type of devices. I should have never been blamed for a new car I bought especially when it worked fine before bringing my car in. (SO WORK WITH THE MANAGER IF YOUR GOING TO COME HERE!! )

These people are thieves, rude and they openly show how little they care about you and your situation, they towed my vehicle which broke down 2 miles from my house and instead of towing it to my house they towed it to their in pound yard over 11 miles away and then charged me for both the tow and the yard fee for 2 days (one of those days they were closed) so something that could have cost me maybe $100 dollars now cost me over $500 and I still had to get my vehicle towed to the repair shop. Do yourself a favor and don't give these people your business.

This place is scam. If your vehicle is towed on a weekend they will deny you access to your vehicle and thats 100% illegal according to Pennsylvania state law. They will tell you they are closed for the weekend but that is false show up to their office anyway and if they deny you call the police. It is illegal for them to deny you reasonable access to your vehicle and charge you for it. They will

Towed my big truck in a overflow burger king parking lot when I was out with family, there was pretty much nobody in the regular lot anyways. Then I asked them to drop it and ill pay the fee and they went back to their yard to charge 3x. Then I got to their shop and it’s cash only. Sketchy good for nothing business and will not be back in Harrisburg again.

This company extorts people by not letting people enter their vehicles to retrieve wallets so they can charge late fees. Had carseat, life saving medications and ID'S in car they would not allow access. Stranded in freezing temp with infant w/o medications, no money and no ID. We ended up paying over 400 for 2 hours b/c they would not allow us vehicle access- forced to pay cash and may have violated consumer laws. Will be contacting the Attorney General.

Fast, dependable, very friendly and affordable! My wife and got stranded in the side of the road. The dispatcher let us know someone would be at our spot within the hour. About 30 mins later, Sean arrived and hooked our vehicle up quickly. He was able to drop it off exactly where we needed it. No issues at all from start to finish! Definitely made a stressful situation MUCH BETTER!

The last thing we wanted to deal with this morning was a vehicle accident. The crew who came out to the scene worked fast, removing all the vehicles involved, and cleaning up the road. They also helped to ease our concerns of what to do next. Then, the staff on site were pleasant and helped us get stuff from my husband’s truck. Thank you!

10/10 don't recommend. The lady sitting behind the plexiglass window was super ignorant. They refused to tow my car where I asked for it to be towed so that could rack up some more money for it being impounded there. I wouldn't recommend this towing company to anyone. I should have sat on the side of the highway and waited for someone else.

They are contracted with my apartment complex. They stuck a sticker on my drivers side window that is difficult to get off, and said I had 2 days to move my vehicle off the property because it was wrecked. They just assumed it wasn’t drivable, but didn’t even bother to contact me to see what was going on with it. It is, in fact, drivable, and have been driving it since it got wrecked. I do have an appointment to get it looked at Monday (the earliest appointment I could get), but it adds to the stress I already have about the car. The collision center I’m taking it to isn’t open on weekends, so putting this sticker on my car on a Friday felt like a kick to the gut. What do they expect me to do on a Friday? And to give me 2 days to “fix” the issue? The car isn’t getting fixed in two days. It just really inconvenient when nobody bothered to contact me regarding the car, and if it was still drivable. I understand that’s part of their job, but communicating with the owner (or having the leasing office communicate with the owner) would have been nice so I didn’t have to add more stress to this situation. Believe me, I hate that the car has body damage to it, but I got no warning before being told I had two days to figure it out. They really need better communication with the properties they are contracted with about stuff like this. It’s frustrating.

Manager and receptionist were very rude. My 2nd car was towed from my complex for 2 day old stickers, I wasn’t mad because I knew it was my mistake. First, The company address wasn’t right so the gps took me to their old location, which is a hassle due to the busy street the old company was located on. When I called the receptionist, she got very smart about the situation basically telling me to figure it out, because I was having trouble finding the new place. Then when I got there the lady told me I could not get my bank card out of the car to pay them the money to get my car out of towing. Basically told me to go to the bank instead of simply walking with me to retrieve the bank card. They were highly rude and laughing about the situation and now I am getting my lawyer involved due to them gatekeeping my personal property from me and giving me a real hassle. I never been to a company that will literally hassle you about you paying them. I can almost guarantee better employees would’ve handled that situation way better, but because of the rudeness, and not having access to my personal belongings, the owner now has to explain his “policy” of keeping people’s personal property from them (which is against the law) to my lawyer. When people’s cars get towed it’s already a stressful situation and I can guarantee it will be 10x worst if this company is the one who towing the car.

My wife's battery died in the middle of a rain storm. After contacting MARS towing, they were able to get someone out right away! Carlos was awesome! He was able to jump her car and provide expertise on what was really wrong with her car and what I could do. My only issue was I was told I would be charged twice if a jump start did not work and it had to be towed (one for the jump start service call and one for the tow service call). Overall, I would recommend MARS towing for your towing and jump start needs.

Good company overall. Friendly, gave me information I needed to come clean out my stuff, as it was totalled. They worked well with the insurance company. Only issue, wrong huge chunks of another car were jammed into mine.

This towing company Mars does not care about you as a Mom or the person you are they point blank just want your money.
They only accept cash which is questionable. I asked for a business card which he didn't have.
My car was towed almost today $120 drop fee. They had no right to even tow my car. The guy, he tried towing it with me under it!
I would never deal with this company. Very disappointing, unprofessional and no care at all.

Unprofessional employees. Definitely gonna be dealing with a**holes who doesn’t care about you or your car. I called them because I needed a tow and I specifically asked for a flatbed, but they towed it with a hook instead. They came within an hour after calling the office but I have numerous scratches and new dents on my car which was never there before they towed it. They can’t follow simple directions, and when I mentioned the scratches and dents, they said they didn’t cause the damage. Well, I’ll be dealing with this in court. Scott the office manager lacked professionalism and doesn’t care about his job or his customers. I would stay far away if I were you. Don’t let a few good reviews win you over like I did. There are more bad reviews than good but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt….. BIG MISTAKE.

Don't typically write reviews but after reading some I decided to share the great experience I had last evening. Long story short I was unable to fix the issues roadside and decided to contact insurance company for a tow. These guys were available and showed up well within the quoted time. The driver was professional and polite. Thanks to this company my car was moved safely and properly to my residence so I could finish repair safely.

I have used this company twice to tow my work van and both times I was pleased with the service I received.
The receptionist was courteous and upfront with their payment terms and conditions along with providing me an approximate time of arrival (which in both cases they were prompt).
The drivers seemed knowledgeable and professional in their towing abilities and my second driver (John) checked everything twice to ensure that he delivered my vehicle safely to where it was going.
