After getting ghosted by AAA Central Penn Roadside, I called Lattuca's and they came right out to get me towed to a shop. Great price for towing a heavy box truck and prompt.
Rough first impression.
I called Lattuca's a few days ago to inquire about getting my mom's car getting towed from a local dealer to a repair center near her home.
When I called Lattuca's the sense of good and decent customer service faded immediately. You're not greeted with a "hello", "how are you?", or even the NAME of the company you're calling - as one might expect. Instead you'll get an abrupt 'Where's the pick up?'
Never really needing towing services before and calling to simply get a quote for the move, I was thrown off by the bluntness. I had to clarify with the woman who answered that I was in fact calling a Lattuca's towing and prompted asked if I could get a quote.
Her response was rough and her attitude felt annoyed as if I was asking her something I should have already known - "We don't do quotes, we charge $95 for the hook up fee and $5 per 'loaded' mile."
OK; I guess I received my answer, but even if you were the cheapest (which she wasn't) the lack of customer service allowed me to build an impression of what type of service I should expect.
Wow, SUPER impressed with Mike & his team - extremely fair prices, especially in this industry where towing companies can take advantage of situations. Mike went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of properly & fairly - highly recommend using this company for your towing needs. Great job guys!

The unfortunate one time I had to have my car towed, Lattuca's was there quickly, and had the car repaired the next day. Very professional, timely, and affordable. We now use them for all of our state inspections and repairs.
