My experience with Jerry's Towing was nothing but phenomenal! My tow truck operator Jesse was fantastic!!! Jesse went above and beyond what I expected and what I asked of him. I was on a road trip from Canada down to Virginia to spend time with my girlfriend. I unfortunately, got a flat tire on 81 and needed a tow to a tire shop. My car having a specialized tire size proved to be a difficult problem. Jesse not only drove me to multi tire shops but made sure that I was able to be helped before he dropped me and my car off. Without him I would have been stranded and out a lot more money than I wanted to spend. Thanks again for helping me out Jesse and the good people at Jerry's Towing, without you I wouldn't have been able to continue my road trip.
Great experience with Jesse tonight... had a blowout on the freeway, was super quick and very friendly.. and had a good time on the ride there! Highly recommended!!!
Al came and picked up my Van. He was polite and very helpful. He towed to my dealership. Then called to tell me it was there and what he did and what number it was parked in. Al was so nice!!

I had a night-time emergency and the team at Jerry's Towing could not have been more nicer, helpful, and considerate. They helped me find and get to the hotel and got in contact with a service station. I felt safe and secure, and thankful for their assistance.
This place is awesome, answered our call fast, super easy to talk to and super helpful, Jesse helped us tow our car and he was quick with it. He was nice to talk to and went above and beyond and even took us to a gas station to get food. All in all 10/10 experience and much deserved if 5 stars. Not too expensive either.
I broke down on 81So. Jesse came from Jerry's Towing and rescued me and took me to hotel. The following day their dispatcher took over with AAA she made sure I was taken care of to get home to TN. April went out of her way to get me the help I needed to get my truck and me home I am so grateful of their team spirit to assist folks in need of help. Grateful forever. Jerry's was dispatched to support a AAA tow request due to my engine preventing operation (broken fuel line). The technician responded promptly, even on a Saturday evening. The entire towing, transportation, and unloading of the vehicle was without issue and the technician conducted himself in an extremely professional manner. The fee for the extra mileage to my repair shop was extremely reasonable. One does not expect, nor plan to need a towing company, but I would easily contact Jerry's, without hesitation, if I did have need.
My vehicle was having trouble starting, so I reached out to AAA for a jump-start and a tow. Over the next few days, we coordinated different services. Throughout everything, April was absolutely fantastic—she was so helpful, friendly, and understanding, which really helped lessen the stress of the situation.
Jerry's Towing was fantastic! I live in Carlisle, PA. They came to my house in a very short period of time. Jesse was absolutely superb...efficient, helpful, professional, and friendly. He was particularly protective of our vintage 1958 Chevy Apache, and took special care to make sure it was able to be towed safely as an oversized vehicle. Our car experienced an alternator failure while traveling to Carlisle the evening of 10/06/2025. The car got to the point it would no longer run or move once we got off of the road. Called AAA Auto Club and they contacted Jerry's Automotive Service to perform the towing of our car back to our home in Dillsburg. The driver arrived in short order, about 18 minutes, loaded our car and we headed home. He was able to start and run the car with his 'jump-pack' which made it easy to drive to car on / off of the tow truck and into my garage. The driver was great, nice to chat with during the tow home, and friendly. Thanks to Jerry's Towing Service and to AAA Auto Club for making the contacts and arrangements.
Great service. The driver saved me from having to have my car towed. He asked if I would mind if he tried charging the battery which we had tried the night before. I told to go ahead and that is exactly what the problem was. The battery needed to be charged. I would recommend his service anytime.

My Corvette went off the road. There flatbed driver ( Cody ) was very helpful and took care of my car like it was his own. The evening dispatch was even nicer. The kept my Corvette on there flatbed overnight which made it easier to get it the next day. I talk with the owner and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m from Michigan and was told not to worry they would take care of my Corvette and they did. True to their word I had to pay overnight storage which I thought was a steal
My car died at a job site. Jerry’s towing showed up, identified the battery as the issues and changed it out for a new one right onsite. The service provider was extremely nice and wasted no time helping me out. 10/10 I recommend!!

I was on the way home from a flea market and got a spring in my front tire. Not able to drive on I called AAA. I spent over an hour in 90 DEGREE heat trying to get a response only to listen to the worst music. I was so frustrated and almost out of gas. Did I mention I'm almost 80 . I finally called and spoke to the nicest young lady at Jerry's. April set things straight right away and had Dalton out in no time. He was extremely efficient and had me on my way in no time. Would highly recommend them.
When my car wouldn’t start yesterday, I contacted AAA and told them I wanted to use Jerry’s towing. They sent Jesse, a very gentlemanly young man. He got my car running quickly and advised me to not turn it off until I got it to the garage where it was getting looked at. That advice was invaluable. I truly appreciate Jerry’s towing and Jesse.
I am from NJ, and my car broke down 2plus hours from home. Jerry’s towing made a really stressful situation turn into a rather great experience. From April in the office, who is absolutely lovely to,Dalton, our driver, I cannot say enough good things about them. Their kindness, and professionalism was top notch! Excellent service. My car's wheel bearing went out 1 1/2 hours from home. Jesse called immediately and was at my location in less than 15 minutes. He quickly hooked up my car and hauled us to garage near my home. Jesse was very professional and friendly. I will keep there number for any future events.
Jerry’s came to tow my suv through AAA. The whole process was so easy and the dispatch and the driver were both so kind, especially for 8 am. They were even nice enough to bring me the mile back to my house when the dealership didn’t have any loaners available so I didn’t have to walk in the cold. Highly recommend!
An incredible experience during an incredibly stressful situation. Not only did they get us to where AAA told them to go (which was closed) but they helped us find a new place and they got us there swiftly. This team went ABOVE & BEYOND to help find us a new location to bring our car and offer hotel discounts if we needed it. On top of everything, they were SO kind. So, so incredibly kind. If you need a tow, this is the team you want. I’ve never felt more supported in an instance such as this. Thank you to the team at Jerry’s!! Where other towing services failed to get my non starting car towed from a space-limited area, owner Jerry got the job done! It took patience and lots of troubleshooting. Young tow operators could learn a lot from him! He was a hero to me when I needed help and others gave up!
The most talented and professional towing service. I have a very rare and low-to-the-ground car that I broke the parking brake mechanism by removing the spacers and not changing the lug nuts on and it required special attention as the rear wheels were locked and they expertly loaded up my car and took it to a well-recommended garage that took great care of my car. I am always nervous about getting my dream car serviced by anyone else other than specialists that only work on SAABs but these guys know what they are doing and they are extremely kind and professional. Hopefully I never find myself needing a tow again but if I do these are the people I will be calling! Thank you for your talents.
