I had Steve with C&C tow my car after an accident. I called the very next day to schedule a time to remove the rest of my belongings from the car. When I called later that same day because my job was running late, Steve rescheduled me to pick up my belongings for the very next day. While taking a call from my insurance company after the second call with Steve, I learned Steve had already released my car to my insurance company earlier that same day. When I had Steve tow my car, I purposely had him take it to the Camp Hill lot as it was closer to my home, while the lot Steve released my car to was 40 minutes away. This process was so much more difficult due to lack of communication from Steve.
Super fast time showing up this morning,salvaged my day not having to wait for service.Driver was a pro,recovery was stress free, and he was informative and respectful. Hopefully, I won't need to again,but If I ever need a tow or service,they will have my business.
Keefer came and towed my car from Shiremanstown to Miller's Auto in Dillsburg today. He was a very nice man and an excellent driver and employee. Thank you.
Great experience. The tow truck was there within an hour. Steve was awesome to work with and helped make sure we could get the car in a safe spot to tow. He also made certain we got to a garage that could provide the needed services.
