This place have the best way to steal money and items from people legal my property got impound and i was trying to get my property back on the weekend but since they don't open on weekends i couldn't do anything here we go on Monday and they want to charge 85 a day for the lot fee but you guys didn't work on the weekend why should I have to pay almost 100 dollar a day to get my property back because they didn't open on weekends but they don't open on weekends and they still charge you the full amount even if they don't open on they owns behalf
WBJG was called for our car that had broken down on a dangerously busy road. Almost got side swiped a couple times by passing traffic. VERY STRESSGUL!! Called for a Tow Truck from WBJG. Tow truck arrived in 20 min. When I placed the call the man who answered the call and scheduled the truck, said he would call me back for payment, and get my Credit Card numbers. I said that was fine. Now my car was all hooked up and ready to go, but No call from WBJG. The Tow truck pulled away and I followed him in my car that my daughter had brought to the scene. As I was driving my cell phone was on the seat beside me because I DO NOT ANSWER MY PHONE WHILE DRIVING. Especially with the New Law that passed about holding your phone while driving gets you a BIG FINE. Here comes a pickup truck chasing after me and waving off the Tow Truck dwn a country road. Stops my car and says" I've been calling you for payment"! I couldn't believe it!! We were 2 miles to the Garage we were towing the car to. He couldn't wait until I was safely stopped! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! They care mostly about money and not their Customer!! Made a stressful situation much WORSE!!
WBJG towed our car at the request of the borough due to some street cleaning that we weren't aware was happening. My husband had broken his arm a week prior and hadn't been able to do much of anything let alone drive. So much so, that we didn't even realize the car had been towed until 4 days after. Contacted WBJG and explained our situation. Bob was very helpful and heard me out. They were able to work out a deal for us to get the car back. They really helped us out! Thank you guys for being so understanding.
My car got stuck on a hill in the snow and they came and got it and even took me to the gas station because I ran out of gas trying to get up the hill! I would recommend especially with the snow!

WBJG was called to “recover” my daughter’s vehicle after it had slid into a concrete culvert and was in a very precarious position. They did an amazing, professional job, with no further damage to the car, even with it resting where it was. A cheerful, skillful crew, in miserable weather, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Prompt, cheaper than the compitition, and very kind. The tow-truck driver even tried to get my car going, so I wouldn't have to get it towed. I don't usually write reviews, but this guys deserve one.

I could not have imagined a more delightful experience especially during an emergency. They took special care when towing my semi truck and trailer.
