I am very appreciative that Courtney K. was able to get my Honda Pilot into his garage on the very same day that I called about having my brake system repaired. He honored my request to be put on a waitlist in the event that another customer canceled their own appointment due to the ongoing snowstorm. He understood my sense of urgency about driving the Honda on icy roads when I told him that 2 of the 4 wheels had their brake calipers locked up, and he called me back a couple hours that he had a cancellation and I should uld bring it in ASAP for him to troubleshoot. When his technician told me that the rotors were also bad, I knew it was going be an expensive repair job getting all 4 brakes replaced, but of course the peace of mind bring safe while going down hills outweighed the cost of the metal brakes!
I have been doing business with Kightlinger Auto Service for a long time. It has been probably about 25 years. They probably have done about every kind of mechanical repair on my vehicles that you can think of. They do an excellent job. I keep buying vehicles from their sales business because the service business has always been so great to us. They have a great crew there and are always curtious and friendly.

Had to get a part replaced just 2 months after buying the car and was not happy about it but Will was very nice and happy to work with me due to all I was going through and that made me feel good about buying the car from him.
Justin was great, I went in after going off the road because something was squealing and it didn’t feel right. He diagnosed it and recommended some other repairs, but for the sound he thought might wheels might need balancing. He was right, and the noise is gone thankfully. Knowledgeable and professional all around.

Friday, last day on vacation my car would not start. Im at my camp 120 miles away from home. Called Kightlinger's near by and got car towed there. I needed to go home for Monday work. They got my car fixed and running great. Thank You Kightlinger Auto Service.
Had a no start situation at home, had my Buick towed to Kite's and they worked me in! Had to replace the fuel pump and relay as soon as the part was available. Thanks for great service with a smile from Michele, Vic, and Duane.
Kightlinger's might be quick about service and their oil changes may be priced well, but we will not be using them again for any service in the future.
We are new to PA and PA yearly inspections, so we figured to take our vehicles where we always do. Big mistake.
One vehicle ended up being $400 in repairs, while the other was almost $1,000! Both vehicles had previously passed MD inspection, and many of the "repairs" were ones that I could have done myself (brakes, windshield wipers, a bulb, etc.)
When I told them that I could fix what failed, I was rebuffed with, "But then we will need to inspect it again and charge the fee."
The one vehicle was quoted at $700, but when we arrived, we were charged almost $1,000! When asked about why they didn't call us with the new price, we were told, "Well, we had the car apart, and you would need to pay it anyway."
What can you say to people that have you over a barrel and know it? Nothing. The only thing you can do is pay the money.
But, they lost our business. We will find someone that is ethical.
Service on my vehicle was performed in a timely manner, but with a slight snag which upon contacting the company was rectified to my satisfaction in short order. I would definitely do business with these people again.
This was my first time using them. Great service. The guy who inspected my Jeep, was thorough and even took me back and showed me things to keep an eye on. Definitely recommend them. Will be using them in the future.
I had my Truck inspected while I waited it was done very professionally and quickly to get me out the door and completed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend their service and I will be scheduling my other car in the fall.
What can I say I knew the area down here? I was recommended to this garage, and I'll recommend it to anybody else as well. If I had to choose a garage around here, that's the garage I would choose, and that's who I'm going to start going to from now on. They're just helpful friendly. Was able to get my car in and out of there in less than a day. I’ve been going to Kightlinger’s for about 5 years and never felt that I was getting ripped off and it’s always been quality work any problem that I’ve had has always been fixed. The customer service is great always have smiles and make sure that you get back on the road as soon as possible.

This was also my first ever financed car and that will never happen again he has ruined my faith in any dealships! I was told they would repair the **TRANSFER CASE** and they never did and here I am with the same issues 😂 I’m stuck with this car until it’s paid off and there’s nothing I can do! This owner was no help at all and could’ve cared less that he sold me a lemon & KNEW he did. The car has been in the shop since I’ve gotten it it’s really been none stop problems and no help what so ever! I asked for help with the repairs that the owner “KNEW” about and agreed to fix but instead I’ve gotten NOTHING! It’s not a simple fix either it’s a transfer case. Way to let a woman go in something with children that’s not reliable or safe! I would steer away way way away from this dealer ship! If you want a lemon by all means waste your money! If you want something safe and reliable then take your hard earned money elsewhere! I was lied to and sold a piece of junk! $13,000 worth of junk that I still unfortunately owe on and am stuck with! There will be a lawyer coming very soon. I’m so sick of dealer ships buying junk auction cars and not taking responsibility for their actions! I have all receipts and all documents along with the statement from the owner to fix my issues. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
Very poor work, unprofessional people and my vehicle was damaged while they were repairing it. They are about money and don’t value their customers or their work ethic. Absolutely inexcusable that I now have to have my vehicle fixed, because of their carelessness and lack of communication.
