Clean and well maintained. Employees were attentive and kind. Good coffee, clean restrooms, clean parking lot 👌

The store was well stocked and clean, but that's about the only good thing I have to say. The shower was pretty bad. Extremely small shower with two heads that you could get at the dollar store with the black plastic thing in the middle to adjust it that does practically nothing. The knob to choose between the upper and lower shower head wasn't functional, with the internal valve stuck at the midway point so both heads are getting half pressure. The handle to turn on the water is a short throw handle so a millimeter movement can change the temperature by more than 20 degrees. The handle was also configured backwards with the cold water being on the far end of the rotation when it should be hot. The bench next to the sink is not very wide, so if you generally need to bring your leg up onto the bench to put on your socks or tie your shoes, good luck. The floor was a bit dirty. You can tell they generally don't sweep and just run a mop over it, leaving behind all sorts of little grains of sand, tiny rocks etc. That's minus 2 stars. While shopping, I noticed the "Bucked Up" energy drinks I wanted were up front in the clearance bin so I grabbed a couple. Turns out whoever stocked the bin didn't tag a single thing, so when I told the gormless kid at the register it was supposed to be on clearance, all he offered to do was remove them from my pending transaction. Why the heck couldn't he take a bit off of the price? No offer to ask a manager or anything. I doubt I'll bother coming to this location again for anything more than a quick fuel stop.

Poor quality of diesel. Filters are clogged after fueling here. Check engine is on in relatively new equipment. Too much biodiesel probably. Crude oil went up $3-$5/barrel, diesel prices went up $0.50/gallon. One 42-gallon barrel of crude oil produces approximately 11 to 13 gallons of diesel fuel (distillate fuel oil) in U.S. refineries. While gasoline is the primary product, diesel represents about 25% of the total refined output per barrel. Key details regarding the refining process: Total Output: Due to processing gains, 42 gallons of crude actually yield about 45 gallons of total petroleum products.

2/9/26 we will never stop here again all the loves we stop at had laundry. When we ask if they did the lady answer my husband very rude and I looked at her and said u just lost our business we are from Iowa stay away from this place very very rude people we are the ones to keep u in business if it wasn't for us truck driver u all wouldn't have a job. If I was a manager and I would be firing everyone and get people in there that are not rude at 3 pm.... Get better employees

Dirty small shower room, bad customer service when I checked in for my shower the employees were having a discussion and needed to finish before they checked me in. This was on Saturday 1/10/26. We stayed the night 🌙 Friday 1/9/26 to Saturday. Quiet and scenic location. I don't believe there is laundry here.

How can one of the largest truck stops in Pennsylvania have only three urinals and three toilets. One of them out of order, so we had to form a line of you needed to drop a deuce. Good luck.

We love Love’s. OK, this one had a little bit of a dirty bathroom, but they’re usually pretty receptive to cleaning. Also consider that there’s like 1-2 pea oops taking care of everything. Consider 10¢ off a gallon (13 if you link your AAA) and so many discounts on snacks and refills with the app. This is our go to truck stop when traveling.

The workers in Arby's were great. The breakfast wrap was very good for fast food. I did buy a small cup of coffee from Arby's but was told to get it on the Love's side which we did. One of the workers from Love's chased me to my car outside and accused me of stealing the coffee. I went back inside and the nice lady from Arby's took care of it. Literally followed me to my car. I've never stolen anything in my life and not about to take a 1.99 cup of coffee

The most uncomfortable shower I've took in a while at a loves, while using the toilet the heater was on and then got switched to the A/C for about 10min and was freezing basically in the shower. And then on top of that the water in the shower wasnt warmer then a Damm tea bag left out of hotwater for a few hours, just like warm, at one point I was taking a cold shower. Makes me feel like the employees mess with the thermostat and the water heater valve to the showers to make it uncomfortable and make people leave earlier then expected. Regardless it wasnt pleasant

This Love's has great hot showers after being trapped in the mountains as a truck 🚚 driver. They have the best parking its easy to pull out. Just try to get there before 4pm before it fills up. The southwest chicken salad was incredible because I wanted to try some healthy food. I love this Truck Stop and I recommend it to everyone!

I have no questions to management or staff because they cant control or clean immediately after dirty truckers. I just wanna apologize for them. I'm immigrant with 14 years experience and 850k + miles. Hope new regulation will sweep most dirty flip flops gang out and truck stops and roads will clean and safe again. We are all different and truckers struggling with it as well. It doesn't matter you are democrat or republican ,black or white,Mexican or Russian,we need to fix it. We need it indeed. This was my first time trying loves I and have to say I will definitely will be coming back they have a bunch of snacks and they also have souvenirs very nice staff and it also had a Arby’s attached to it this is a good place to stop for a roadtrip

This drive-thru Was A step above others. The products look nicely organized. There were also a lot of well-made souvenirs. The restrooms were fairly clean. The cashiers were friendly and smiled at you. The only downside is that they only have 87 gas , which I couldn't use for my car LOL

Worst loves. I've ever been to the bathroom. It smelled like hot urine, and nobody and the entire the place that was working was trying to do anything about the men's bathroom, smelling that weight. And being that messy, avoid this for showers, in bathrooms, stop and get fuel only

Never gave a Love's a bad review before, but this one is. No coffee lids so I ended up throwing out the coffee I bought. Pumps are so narrow that you can't pass if you're in the back pump. Just not the loves I'm accustomed to.

I was in Souix Falls, South Dakota the other day. Got in early and grabbed a spot. (I’m a trucker.) walked in and even early the crew was super nice and greatly me warmly. Showers were clean, etc… It was their attitude that was best. I don’t remember all their names, but Sean and Especially Donna were super helpful. ABOVE AND BEYOND! One thing I truly appreciated is as a trucker, half the times the windshield cleaning buckets are usually about an inch of mud water… ugh. Theirs were topped off with soap in them. Thank you!!! No one wants to try and clean their windows, mirrors and headlights with grimy dirty water. AND the sticks actually worked. Tight cleaning heads that didn’t spin off. Guess it’s the little things. 😏🤷🏼‍♂️ That crew really took care of their truckers. (And grateful for the smile they put on my face.) 🙏🏼

The dirtiest loves ive ever been! Trash overflowing not only in the outside but also the inside trash cans! Coffee area was awful with spills cream sugar etc and the flies! The most amount of staff I've ever seen but only 2 are actually working. While on a rant why does loves only carry Mayo and no mayonnaise, always baby oil but never any hand sanitizer! All these germs we need to restock! Truckers run America do better! We deserve to be treated like humans!

Poor Service and Rude Treatment at Love's Travel Center Dear Seniors at Love's Travel Center, ((((((The guy who was rude he is the service manager at shop he hide his name plate )))) I express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your location on Thursday, July 31, 2025, around 5:30 pm. I visited your shop for truck repairs and was given a five-hour window. Despite arriving at 11 am, I did not receive any updates or calls. When I inquired about the status, I was told that there was only one mechanic available, who was attending to a roadside emergency. I asked why I wasn't informed about the delay, and the service manager became defensive and rude. He pointed at me and told me to leave the shop, which I found unacceptable. As a frequent customer who has always tried to support Love's Travel Center, I was shocked by the poor treatment. I had to cancel and reschedule my pickup for the next day due to the delays. I hope that you will take steps to educate your staff, particularly the service manager, on providing better customer service and treating customers with respect. Sincerely, [usman)

I went to take a shower, and when I got in, the sink was completely covered in someone else's feces, and the sink was covered in hair. So I went looking for whoever cleaned it to tell them they hadn't, but I couldn't find them. I thought it was disrespectful, because the showers are paid for; there's nothing free here. I wonder what hygiene is like for someone who doesn't even care about bathroom hygiene.

This is my new favorite gas station. First of all, they have a little fenced dog park with benches and stocked with poop bags! Their human bathrooms inside are totally updated, are super clean, and I think it's really thoughtful that they have GoJo hand scrub in there for truckers or people maybe having to work on their cars while traveling. I was greeted very friendly when I went in AND they were open on July 4th. Bonus, their EV charging station was not Tesla...just saying 😝

Clean restrooms, friendly staff, and convenient location. They are just off the highway. Very easy on and off.

This place is clean and well-stocked. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. It's easy on/off from I-80. Good place to stop and stretch your legs if you're traveling across PA.

Most racist truck stop I've ever stopped at!!! Called police cause I bibtailed parked in a spot where parking is allowed they just didn't want this black queen 👑 crown never fallen!!! But I bet if I stepped out this truck on some grow as man iish it would've been a whole different type of energy!!! And mind you there has been a dropped trailer in occupying a parking space beyond the 3hr courtesy they "allow" just sad!!! Don't ever gotta worry about me coming back!!!

On the way to New Jersey, we stopped for a break at the gas station. Filled up the gas and cleaned our car glass. We were hungry, so we went in, and there were arbys and Java for food at any time. We used their restroom, which was neat.

So bad experience for truckers. On any island paper towels doesn’t exist. Everything is dirty and smell like a urin. So disappointed for Love’s ,especially for me because I love Loves truck stops.
