Today was the first time bringing materials in. It wasn't a large amount, but a mix of tin, cast aluminum, cast iron, and mixed aluminum. I was more than satisfied with how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable the staff was. You got yourself a new customer today. Thanks Andrew Evanoski
Almost not worth going due to the multiple hazards and congestion! Management needs to do better with keeping the path ways CLEAR and not over flowing with scrap danger. My husband had a long sharp nail go straight through the sole of his shoe almost penetrating his foot! Very concerned my vehicle tires are next at $200 each to replace! Mud everywhere with no gravel on top. Congested with vehicles obstructing the pathway while they hand unload a huge amount of materials. Only positive comments regarding employees, but the hazards need to be mitigated ASAP!
This is the absolute BEST scrap yard! They are highly respectful to all of their customers. They are more that willing to answer any questions a customer has. Their prices are always top tier compared to other yards in the surrounding areas, maximizing your payment. The whole team is friendly and they are always professional. They make things fun and new with things like "scavenger hunts" and other "games" where you win actual prizes. They give off a very family oriented vibe. They are A++

Everyone at direct recovery is super nice an helpful from the time of weight in directed to where to unload. Back to the scale house for pay.entire crew is nice an very helpful.an the price they pay for you scrap .is higher then some in the area.i recommend any an everyone to take there scrap to direct recovery.you will not be disappointed..
Very friendly and helpful staff. They had no problem helping me make sure my scrap was sorted properly so I got the best price. A staff member even helped me with a tire on my truck that was going flat.
This was such a quick and easy experience for me. I had my metals separated already and I was in and out in minutes. They were friendly and they didn't try to rip me off.
