I bought a Jeep from Rich and got great service from him. Even after the warranty was up Robert the mechanic reset a error on the computer at no charge. I recommend them! Update 8/23/22. Went to get inspected and ended up getting 2 new axles. 300 bucks and just had them done 2 years ago. 5/16/24 had fuel injector replacement.
Bought a Santa Fe from them less than a year ago. Took it back a few times in the first month cuz the check engine light came on. They checked it on the computer, said it was a small emissions leak but no big deal. They gave me a 30 day, warranty but by the time I got it it was already expired. Now I have to replace 2 catalytic converters and the sensors (dual exhaust--go figure). That's gonna cost more than the car is worth, and I don't even have it paid off yet.
Not a bad place. Good used cars are scarce these days. Theyll get you in something they have if you can afford it. Theyll fix things that break under the 30 day warranty. Theyll give you your money back ASAP if the car will not be worth fixing and making money on. Take your potential vehicle for a pre purchase inspection at any local garage!
Leased a 2009 Nissan Cube from them that 6 months later completely disabled itself because of an anti theft system failure that would cost more than what the cars worth. Looked up the Kelley blue book value and it said 1200 dollars but yet was supposed to pay 3,995 when I went to them to see if I could get any sort of help in this situation all they said they could offer me is another thousand dollars down and payments of another 100 a month. Was never told this type of car could do this was never told the glove box didn’t open and the radio didn’t work at all. Even said I was always on time with my payments but couldn’t help me out with getting another vehicle without having to put even more money down. You sold me a lemon and are now like oh well your problem
I leased a vehicle from Woodward Auto in July 2019 and was able to pay it off, in full, the following Mar 2020. Because of this, they looked at the original contract and ended up giving me a further discounted price on an already greatly priced vehicle. Anytime I went on-site to make a payment, had a question or even had a concern, I was always greeted with a smile and was treated in a respectful and humble manner. Any problems I had were addressed and taken care of promptly and they never "broke the bank" with extra charges and/or fees for their services as well.
I plan to remain a customer for all my purchasing and service needs!
Two cars from here and never dissatisfied. Most recent one had some issues but as soon as you contact them they will get it in and they won't leave you without a car either. Their mechanic Robert is excellent and gets things done in a timely manner. Rusty, rich, and Jackie are awesome to deal with. Highly recommended for you car shopping!
Very helpful and awesome group of people! Robert is a very good mechanic, and will help whenever he can. If he doesn't know the correct fix he will learn it! Very satisfied with the 09 Chevy Silverado we bought!
