Good and fast service with solid prices. One of the trailers we were hauling caught fire. They came out, got the chambers caged and we followed them to the shop where they got repairs done and had us back out in a couple of hours.
The mechanic is excellent - very professional and knowledgeable.
However, the management is
disappointing. I was told the mechanic
would be available at 5 PM, but by 7 PM I found out they had already gone home without any notification. No one informed
me about the change.
Fortunately, I was able to reach the road mechanic around 10 PM.
Better communication from management would greatly improve the overall experience.
Top notch place. They had my alternator on the shelf, and got me back on the road quickly. Tech's and office staff are courteous and knowledgeable. A+ experience, and reasonable shop rate. I will do business with them again Owner-ops, check this place out!

We broke down on 80. We did not have to wait a long time for a tow. They ordered the part as soon as we got there and fixed our truck that same night. Everyone from the tow driver to the mechanic to the guy at the front desk were awesome. Thank you !

Incredible service! We got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and thankfully this place was still open. They were able to replace the tire and explain the issues my car was having in great detail. Answered all my questions and gave a very fair price and even gave the courtesy of rotating my tires! Highly recommend if you want great customer service with detailed explanations of anything going on.
Can’t say enough about this place. I’ve used them 4 times now and the workmanship and prices have been spot on! Knowledgeable mechanics and friendly staff makes it that much better.

AVOID THIS PLACE
I recommend avoiding this place if possible. Their services are very expensive, and while they offer roadside assistance, they often insist on taking your truck to their shop instead of completing the repair on-site.
In my case, they towed my truck because they couldn’t fix a simple relay issue on the road. Once the truck was running again, I noticed that my lights were no longer working—even though everything was perfectly fine before they touched it. They tried to fix the issue but couldn’t find the problem, and now I have to hire a knowledgeable electrician to repair what they couldn’t.
If they end up towing your truck, be very careful. Inspect your vehicle thoroughly afterward, because they may cause damage during the process and then charge you for repairs to fix what they damaged.
They fit me in on a Friday evening. We’re able to let me get catch a nap work due diligently to try to get me fixed up. I was able to make it here thank you so much guys the Trey could not hold onto the tire so they helped me improvise thanks again. You guys really appreciate the help. Bill was behind the desk and Mike was a pro. He made sure and properly seated my lug nuts.
I guess it helped several of our other trucks too thanks again you guys this review is done and haste anyway I’ve got to get to Walmart in Pottsville. I will make my delivery I think.
