I had a disappointing experience as a customer. The gentleman who walks with a limp was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. He ignored my questions, stared at me like I had seven heads, and had a temper when asked for help finding a screw. His behavior was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. The manager should address this issue to ensure better service in the future
Picked up my Chevron Techron 30 oz for $13. It was the cheapest price possible on the Internet. However, I ordered to pick it up on Friday night, and I got my Techron on Monday after one visit and one call to check the availability. They did not know that I ordered Techron via their website until I called them on Monday. Anyway, I got my Techron for my car and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Alternator belt tore off while ripping down 422. Luckily google maps took me to this NAPA especially since it was Sunday. The gentlemen in there were beyond helpful. The AAA literally 150ft away wouldn't help me at all even though my girlfriend has a AAA card. The guys at NAPA made a call to a local spot who were able to get my belt on quickly. One of the gentlemen at NAPA actually followed me to the secondary location in case my vehicle over heated. Seriously good folks at this location... they deserve all the business they can handle!
I needed a hose repair kit for a regular garden hose which they didn't have in stock but between us we figured out that I can use a heater hose adapter in a couple hose clamps and I was able to fix my garden hose for $5 instead of buying a new one so they were very helpful and they usually have the parts we need, we order parts from them all the time the people are really good there Dave from Tommys Main Line Towing and Ace unlocks, I was also able to get a part for this truck it was just a simple hose clamp repair
It’s a small location but it’s really the only auto parts place in the area so that can be forgiven. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I go in there they are maybe 1-2 other customers shopping so check out times are minimal. Great if you need to grab something quick and go. The entrance is a little hard to find and there aren’t a lot of parking spaces but like I said, there is usually barely anyone there so I always find a spot no problem.
I've never been here but I'm definitely going to go here in the future if I need auto parts after what happened today! My brother's girlfriend dropped her phone while walking their dog and NAPA found it. Her phone wasn't locked (her own personal choice) so they posted a message on her Facebook letting us all know where to find her phone. I told my brother and he picked it up for her. I can tell these people are honest and good-hearted!
Great quality parts and very knowledgeable employees who are extremely helpful. They have a wide variety of parts and resources to get parts in 24 hours or less! They also carry tools and cleaning supplies. Stop by and check them out, it's worth it!
Windshield wiper for my rental car wasn't working right. I popped over and within 10 minutes I had a replacement wiper installed and I was on my merry way.
The staff is helpful and fast. They might not be super smiley but they make sure you have what you need and sometimes give extra advice if you're trying to DIY. Never done me wrong.
