I came here because this shop came highly recommended, and they lived up to the reputation. While they clearly specialize in European cars, I was impressed that they are more than happy to work on all brands. My main priority was finding a shop with experience working with Hondas. Even though it’s a standard commuter, I’m very particular about who touches the engine. I was fortunate to find out they actually have a former Honda technician on staff. Having that specific in-house brand knowledge gave me total peace of mind without having to deal with the dealership. The pricing was fair and competitive, especially considering the high level of expertise. They got me in quickly and the turnaround was impressively fast. If you’re looking for a shop that balances specialized European standards with genuine brand-specific knowledge for your Honda, this is the place to go.

I took my vehicle to another shop and that shop couldn't properly diagnose the issue and took apart my steering wheel but never put it back together. They said they believed I broke a key off in my ignition, I drive a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. Known for tumbler failures in the ignition. They told me to go to the Dealership, to which I would have missed Christmas with my family. I then took it to Glenn's. Glenn's diagnosed the issue in less than 20 minutes and fixed it next day within half an hour of opening their shop. On Christmas Eve. While it was an expensive fix, the amount was equivalent to the Ubers and Lyfts I've taken the last 3 weeks waiting for this to get resolved. And Glenn's did it in less than an hour of work. They didn't do any other checks, just that it drove, and told me to bring it back in after the holidays. They even offered to bolt back in the steering wheel/ignition covers for me when I bring it in next. Go with quality, go with good people, go with Glenn's. You can't put a price on family, and they're aware of this.

In life, it’s not always about how well you do the first time you try something but how well you respond when things don’t always go as planned. Glenn stepped up big time and got my daughter’s car fixed, on the weekend and after business hours and ready to be back on the road in the same day. I don’t care what business you’re in, that kind of customer service and commitment to excellence needs to be noticed. Great auto mechanic shop. Even better people.

First time customer - brought my car in for inspection and a tire replacement and they were great to work with! I ended up needing some additional repairs, and the staff were extremely professional, communicative and accommodating. I’m glad I trusted them with my vehicle.

Just wanted to tell everyone about Glenn's European Auto Repair. Im new to the area and needed my Mercedes serviced. After an extensive search I decided to call Glenn's to get a feel for this repair shop and boy did I make the best decision. From my initial call and speaking to Evan, to the attention and diagnosis of my car explaining what was wrong and what was needed (including pictures) I knew I had the right shop. The friendly staff and mechanics were the best and most of all pricing was very fair considering all that needed to be done. Im definitely going to use "GEAR" anytime my AMG needs serving....5 out of 5 stars for me!

I stopped by Glenn’s when I had a slow leak in my tire. I called several other places beforehand and they were all busy. I’m glad they were, because Glenn’s took the time to assess what was wrong and take care of me quickly. They even had a technician stop what he was doing to take care of me. Upon sitting in the office and waiting I could see how attentive they were with customers and how professional the staff was. I wish this auto shop was closer to where I lived I would definitely return.

Glenn’s team kept me updated with every step of the repairs on my VW Golf GTI. They discovered some issues other shops had overlooked/failed to address entirely, provided me with a detailed report and photos, fair pricing for repairs and a prompt service. They replaced my water pump, oil pan, fixed a leaky coolant system, did a carbon cleaning on my air intake valves, and swapped out the oil. I had my car back the next day and she’s purring as she should. Highly recommend these guys.

we have had two experiences with them. The first one was many issues just trying to get a replacement wheel for my daughter’s Audi Q5. And the second was when she hit a curb and they told her it would be a $5000 repair but when we got a second opinion at Swedeworks, they could do it for $1900. Now I do understand that GEAR thought it was coming through insurance, but my daughter actually had to pay out-of-pocket and they never asked her about that. That being said they did call back to try and make it right and drop the price to $1900 but I felt that they were being Shady with my daughter initially. I will not use them again but highly recommend Swedeworks.

I recently took my Audi A7 to GEAR for the first time. It was a great experience. I was kept informed and the repairs were completed correctly and in a timely manner. I'm very pleased to have found somewhere I can trust to take care of my car, without having to travel excessive distance to the nearest dealership or pay dealership service prices.

GEAR is hands down the only place I’ll ever take my car! I’ve brought my 2013 Audi A6 here for years, and the entire staff has always gone above and beyond. They’re honest, kind, and treat every vehicle with real care. Their prices are consistently fair, the quality of their work is impeccable, and they’ll never try to sell you something you don’t need. They’ve handled nearly all the major maintenance on my car and even brought it back from the dead. The one thing they didn’t originally do (a headlight repair) eventually failed, and they replaced it with a flawless unit without hesitation. GEAR is a shop you can trust - knowledgeable people who take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and skilled, and it’s safe to say I’m a customer for life!

Brought my BMW to Glenn’s Auto Repair for a transfer case issue — they figured it out fast and had it fixed in two days. Super happy with how smooth the car drives now. Appreciate the honest work and quick turnaround. Also Thanks to Evan for being very open and honest about everything that I truly do need for my x5.

Glenn's European Auto Repair has been a great fund for me. I own a 2016 Audi A8L and they have kept it running well in spite of its high mileage. Beyond their expertise with european car engines, the staff are professional, informed and easy to work with (John has been great!). Repairs have been done in a timely and cost efficient manner. I recommend them without hesitation.

Poor Transparency and Overpriced Labour I recently visited this car care center for a simple air filter and cabin filter replacement on my Toyota Camry. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. They never explained the estimated bill in advance, especially regarding the labour charges. I was shocked to find out they charged $450 just for labour, which is completely unreasonable for such a basic job. Clear communication and transparency are the least you expect from a service center, but this place failed to provide that. I definitely won’t be returning and would advise others to confirm all charges upfront before getting any work done here.

All of the staff members are very courteous and friendly. From the front office to the mechanics, I was treated with such kindness that I don’t ever want to take my car to another shop. As soon as you walk into their office, you will know that their standards are set high by the way their staff members will greet you and the level of professionalism that they will demonstrate from the time that you walk into their office, until the time that you leave. They make me feel welcome every time that I go to their shop. They set a friendly atmosphere in the whole entire office which seems to be contagious to everyone that steps into their office. Every time that I go there, everyone in the whole entire office seems to be happy; even the people that are there to get their cars repaired. It’s such a wonderful experience, unlike any experience that I’ve ever had getting my car repaired.

Worst service I've ever received my entire life. I don't wish this for anyone. Charged over $1000 for a/c installation which wasn't blowing well even after service. Two months later a/c stopped working. Sent it back because they promised warranty but still wanted to charge even though they didn't solve the problem. All that matters to them at least in my experience is they do shamble work, charge extremely high price and wait for you to come back so they can charge you more. It is more about money without quality service. I decided to cut my losses because I lost trust in them and they removed the refrigerant which they already charged me for. I regret the day I decided to take my car to them. I work for my money and I deserve to be served well. This is highly criminal and inhumane. I recommend you to stay away from them.

Installed new suspension on my 2024 bmw m2 and needed a 4 wheel alignment . Called other shops and they were not capabable or were not interested in working on my car. Called glenns and they promptly got me in for the following day. Very clean shop, everyone there very helpful and professional. I work in the industry myself and I was very happy with the level of service I received. Thanks again

I can’t say enough good things about Glenn’s European Auto Repair. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Glenn and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and truly care about their customers, not just the front team but the hard working mechanics in the back team. They took the time to clearly found out what was wrong with my Ford Explorer, explain the issues with my car, provided fair and transparent pricing, worked with my extended warranty and completed the work quickly without compromising on quality. My Explorer now runs great!, and I really appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism they showed throughout the process. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can fully trust, but Glenn’s is definitely one of them. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work on their European vehicle.

The team at Glenn’s is by far the best for taking care of your car. They truly know all the specifics that relate to European vehicles. For all who drive European vehicles, we are very fortunate to have a shop that specializes in our vehicles. Their skills, knowledge, Customer Service and treating your vehicle like it’s their own, really set Glenn’s apart. My E60 will only be serviced by Glenn’s and I am thankful for the team at Glenn’s. My E60 was in for a complete turbo replacement, I can’t imagine the skill it takes to do this job. Rest assured you know your taken care of by his team. What a great experience working with the team at GEAR. Had some electrical issues, plus AC issues with me son’s MK5 GTI. GEAR had it fixed in no time. Exceptional communication from the front office team, kept me notified through the entire process with updates. I will be using them for any future VW work. I didn't get to meet Dan the mechanic but I can tell his work is quality. Thanks for the super cold AC!! ??

I have had a few major repairs done with Glenn’s on my 2013 Porsche Boxster S. And they did not disappoint. I’m always skeptical taking my car to auto repair shops for fear of the worst. But working with the service writer John was a worry free experience. Consistent contact with updates and feedback on how the repair went was great. Their technicians repairs were timely and have had no issues thus far with the repairs. As a technician myself without time to work on my own vehicles you need to find someplace you can trust and Glenn’s European auto has earned it. They use Lyft for a shuttle service to pick you or drop you off if needed. Which I used both times with no issues. Also the 5year warranty on parts and labor stick the landing. I highly recommend these guys for high end auto repairs. No damage to paint interior or wheels was found on my Porsche after service. Glenn and Jeannie thank youfor checking in on me after the services making sure everything was good! Appreciate yall!!

I brought my Porsche 911 turbo S here for a state inspection. I noticed it was leaking a few drops of oil from the turbo charge pipe. During the inspection their Porsche technician looked at it and said it needed a new turbo and they quoted me over $11,000. They said they could order the part right away and have it in two weeks. I was a bit shocked that they did not take it for a test drive, pull the bumper to dig a bit further or even remove the charge pipe to see if it was a failed gasket. After getting a second opinion by three different Porsche technicians it ended up being a $500 repair and all it needed was a new charge pipe with the improved gaskets, this was an notorious problem with the 991 turbo S. I felt that Glenn's European automotive repair does not have qualified Porsche mechanics that have experience or knowledge to make a qualified diagnosis. I feel it is irresponsible to quote such an outrageous price for not doing your due diligence as a mechanic. On top of that when Ron, the Porsche mechanic, pulled the car out of the garage and gave me the keys he went on to talk about how expensive it was gonna be when my carbon ceramic brakes needed to be replaced even though there's over 50% of the pad left even though they're known for lasting 100k miles. As if dropping a potential $11K bill on someone isn't bad enough now you need to tell him that it's gonna be another &10K to replace their brakes... I highly caution anyone with a Porsche if they decide to bring their vehicle here.

So I brought this baby car that’s what I call it. It’s a 2008 smart car it needed some work and on a Google search Glenn’s popped up it was 10 minutes from my usual shop that did not work the specifics of foreign cars, which is perfectly fine. Jeannie and Jon were my primary contacts as the car being worked on and they were wonderful and pleasant. I always got straight forward answers and great personable conversation. Their crew/team was very knowledgeable and when something came out of left field they figured it out got the tools and handled it professionally with a personal touch.
