Being stranded is an extremely stressful and emotional experience. These guys really took great care of me. They showed up within the hour and found that my battery wasn’t holding a charge. Even with a jump, the battery would just die again. Juan picked me up and towed me to his lot. As we were on our way, John went to the local auto shop and got me a battery and replaced it immediately. This was all at 8 PM at night! I don’t know how to express the gratitude for just helping a guy in need out. Thanks again, boys!
These guys are the most helpful, understanding guys in this business my car broke down far from my place not only did they help me with my tow but also help me make sure I got a hotel for me and my daughter for the night until we was able to figure out different arrangements GREAT guys
Out of all tow companies used previously, this was by far one of the worst. This place has no commune between staff. You’ll likely have to call 5-8 times to get one thing handled.
This company is supposed to take before and after photos when picking up and dropping off a vehicle to cover them in case of damage or accident. In the incident of my car being towed, no pictures were taken by the driver and damage was very new damage was found on 1/4 wheels. (SEE ATTACHED PICTURE)
This car is taken care of more than most people take care of themselves. I work on this car daily and clean it 3 times a week. I know what scratches this car has and where they are. None of the wheels on my car have see a curb in their lifetime or any other sort of damage.
Between the pickup time and the arrival at yard to pick up my vehicle was less than 1 hour. The company asked that I text them 30 minutes prior to arrival to get my car, which I did. When I arrived I had to call again and wait an additional 30 minutes for a person to show up and let me retrieve my vehicle.
The “gatekeeper” Immediately requested a signature without stating or disclosing what the signature. The “gatekeeper” requested my drivers license and the $380 to retrieve my vehicle.
Only after the signature and the money was given was I allowed to enter the yard and retrieve my vehicle.
I conducted a walk around of the vehicle looking for any signs of damage that was caused during the towing process. I immediately noticed a bright and very fresh, deep gouge in the rear driver side wheel. No rub rash/curb rash was noticed around the damaged area or tires. Pictures were taken for further evidence.
I immediately spoke to the “gatekeeper” And showed him the damage. He told me that “the driver is supposed to take before and after photos” and was going to pull them up on his phone.
After looking for the photos, the “gatekeeper” Stated that the driver must not have taken any photos because he couldn’t find them. The “gatekeeper” Continued to explain how he doesn’t think the damage was from the tow driver.
I stopped the gatekeeper immediately, and told him I work on this vehicle daily and scrub it clean it three times a week. I know what marks are on this car and where. This was not on the car 1 hour ago when I parked it. The “gatekeeper” stated that he was going to call the “guy”.
I immediately called the phone number back And relayed the damage information to the phone taker. The phone taker appeared immediately defensive/aggressive as if I hurt his feelings by telling him there was damage to my vehicle after it was towed.
He continue to state that I signed something waving all liability of damage. This company will definitely be hearing from my lawyer shortly As I can see what kind of company I am dealing with.
If this company would have done what they were supposed to and took the before/after pictures, it would have solved everything and I would’ve been able to tell right there when the damage occurred.
If you care about your car whatsoever, save yourself, the headache and pain and avoid this tow company at all cost. Tow truck drivers are responsible for the damage that they caused during their towing process. If they damage something and they try to hide it or try to deny it, you’re dealing with a snake.
0 stars. After reading the reviews the “impound team” is just money hungry. We were parked at our friends building in the loading zone that does not have a time limit on the posted sign, in order to help him move stuff in/out. We live in a building as well and have a loading zone but it states “30 mins” luckily our car alerts us when it’s touched and as we go out there this fool is lifting our car up and when we asked him multiple questions he was quiet, no time stamps, nobody called him, and then proceeds to ask for $100 to take it off the lift, after back and forth we show him a $50 bill and he starts to crank it up and says “don’t disrespect me” and then ups the charge to $150. It’s just extremely unprofessional and very egotistical. I hope the 150 feeds your money hungry mentality. Just disgusting. Do better…and maybe be quicker next time.. yikes.
He showed up extremely fast to unlock the doors of our vehicle when our two year old locked our keys in the car. He had the doors open quickly and professionally. 5 stars!!
All Around Towing did a great job towing my Wrangler. I set up the tow using my insurance company, after 2 companies failed to even contact me, All Around Towing kept me in the loop through the whole process. Would use again!
Couldn’t be more happier with the service that I received. I called and he was out here within the hour. I had a dead battery on my semi truck and he jumpstarted it for me.

0 STARS!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES - they deemed 20 mins in my apartment's loading zone to load my car was too long, so they decided to hook me as I was coming down with a bunch of stuff to LOAD in my car.

Your associates are going around timing people on however long someone takes to load their car. Yes, I did have an assigned spot. But I was in the loading zone to load my vehicle with my stuff
He got me out of a really tough spot when my car broke down on a hill. Once he got to me he was very fast but very careful with my car. He takes a variety of payment methods so don't hesitate to call if you're stuck in the area.
I was helped by John Connor and it was a very smooth transaction, Quick response and wasn’t really that expensive either. I highly recommend. Very cool guy as well.
My car had broke down and my nephew Codi tows cars so I called him for help and he was busy towing so he called his friend John for me and John picked up my car and brought it to me. He was so respectful and very polite. He then checked my car for me and told me what was wrong with it and he was so helpful and was more than happy to have helped me. What can I say bad about this company? Nothing, I needed my car moved as soon as possible as it was broken down in an apartment complex. There was no wait, within 20 minutes my car was taken to my mechanic. John Conner, the owner, got his best driver Ethan. He was extremely prompt, professional, and very clearly skilled in his line of work. I will never call another company to get me out of a jam. The best experience ever he returned my calls multiple times to make sure I was OK when I was broke down on the side of the road on 422 I even was short on cash, and he still work with me on making something work. His main goal was to get me off the side of the road 10 out of 10.
Amazing towing company. This young man has more communication and people skills than people twice his age. He also gave some honest information about my vehicles post accident status- which helps facing the garage and their upcoming estimate.
