Great staff. Lar & And helped me diagnose my automobile issue and I was able to repair it on site in good time.

Was here recently on a bitterly cold night with a check engine light. The clerk patiently waited for the code to read and then pulled the parts I needed to get it fixed. Always come right to any Autozone whenever the check engine light comes on because I know I'll get taken care of just like this.

Andrew was a huge help, carried a heavy battery out to the truck for us even tho we told him he didn’t have to, above and beyond service!

Jose the Store Manager gave me thee best Customer Service experience in my life! And I’ve ran plenty of Retail Stores myself! He is a credit to you’re brand and if only all the employees in the world care like he does business would be way more successful!

Jose was completely arrogant. I want to him today to talk about the situation that occurred a month ago and to apologize for stuff that has happened between me and him and again all he did was yell and scream holler and I got upset too as well this is what you expect from a manager that runs AutoZone in Morgantown PA I wouldn't go to him he seems nice upfront but talks to his co workers about other co workers again not a good guy threateneds people as well I was on the receiving end of that

Store manager, Jose, is a gem of a human. He’s so helpful, energetic, a natural educator and seems to really enjoy helping people.

Awesome people! The manager is great, I had a dead phone battery and my charger wasn’t working, he helped me out with a better charger and even helped charge it a bit in the store!

My car battery had died, I needed a jump from a friend to get me over to AutoZone. I believe the manager‘s name was José. First, I must say all the staff in there helped me, but Jose put the battery in for me. If anyone reads this and knows where a battery goes, in a Ford escape, it’s not an easy drop in and go. I have gone there numerous times and never was I disappointed. Thank you to all the employees there.

Auto zone in Morgantown Pa...definitely has a top notch employee..Jose' was so efficient and kind ...not only to me.. he was kind to all his customers ...during a very busy time..he took care of a headlight..for me ..and kept his cool ? Thank you!!!

I was just in a few minutes ago to get a H-11 headlight bulb. The gentlemen was extremely helpful and made sure I got the correct bulb and assisted me in making sure it was correctly installed. What a great place with great employees!

Stopped in today for a few items and was greeted and helped out by a great employee. Very knowledgeable on what I needed while showing me different options and suggestions. Awesome customer service and prices, thanks again ✌

BOB shouldn’t have a job with customer service, i ordered a valve body and filter, paid for them came to pick it up a couple weeks later in Morgantown AutoZone, they just gave me the valve body no filter, I called the next day Bob was very rude on the phone, he said his computers are not working he can’t find it and I will have to come in (if I want him to look for it he can’t help me on the phone). So now I have to take time off work and drive 30 minutes each way to AutoZone to pick up my 60$ filter they didn’t give me yesterday when u picked up the valve body. This guy Bob is worthless, worst customer service I have ever got at this AutoZone and I have been going there for 15 years. Another day/time/gas wasted and I don’t even know if I will have my filter (because they can’t tell me if they have it in the store or not because (bobs computer is not working). WHAT A JOKE! Bob makes AutoZone look like a JOkE.

As a female I am disappointed that the male staff (Andrew) did not help me carry out a heavy item. I am here often for my boss, normally staff helps me carry heavy items out or if I have multiple large items, but not this time.

Thanks for nothing. Needed a part, guy on the phone convinced me not to pick part up in Pottstown told me he could have it at the store next day at NOON. I show up at 4PM no one has any idea I even made an order or talked to someone. Needless to say parts not there but it is still at the store it was supposed to be shipped from! Just an HOUR round trip half way to Reading in Douglassville…. THIS IS WHY I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING I PICK IT UP IN PERSON…. just what I was looking forward too after working all day in 95° heat

The employees are always nice and friendly. But some go above and beyond. I happened to have my brakes fail when I was going to the Walmart in the same general area; it wasn’t until I went to pop my hood; but was met by an absolutely broken and dangling hood release, and couldn’t figure out how to fix or make work, and took a chance that an employee could help me. They’re a parts store; not a garage, so I was expecting a typical “sorry but we’re not a garage” or something like that. Instead, an employee came out to my car and finagled it and got the hood to pop; he the showed me how to do it and tried to fix it. While he couldn’t because the bolt that holds it in place simply despawned. But he did get it in its correct position. As a woman and a widow to a back yard mechanic; this autozone always makes me feel like I belong in there.

Store is fine, but the associate "Andrew B" is unwelcoming and acts like anything you ask is an inconvenience, and will make you feel bad if you ask for something that takes longer than 5 minutes. I watched him treat another customer this way as well while waiting in line. I don't know what kind of day he was having but I certainly didn't walk in there to be treated like that, don't get annoyed because I asked you to do something very small AND something that YOU signed up for and are paid to do. Ridiculous.

The store manager, Jose, and the employee that worked with me, Larry, were extremely kind and helpful. They replaced my car battery and got me the lowest prices at checkout. I felt as though they made sure to make my day better. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction was absolutely amazing. As someone who does not know a lot about cars, I will be back here if I need any help with my vehicle! Thank you for your assistance!

Jose the store manager was extremely helpful. Tested my battery, cleaned the terminals, verified a good connection, checked alternator health - all with an excellent attitude and great customer service.

Every time I come here the staff are polite and like to joke around which really adds to the experience. My only vice with auto zone is the prices but obviously that can’t be helped by anyone individually, however I do appreciate that when I needed injectors for my truck one of the staff helped me to find it cheaper, I really appreciate that and I will continue to come here first for parts in a hurry

Tyler was awesome!! I came in because my heat wasn’t working and had low coolant. He ordered the coolant and put it in and I was out in 10 minutes. Fabulous service!! Will definitely be going back!!

The new manager Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, positive minded and remembered that I had called earlier that morning. He immediately took care of the needs of my truck when I arrived and solved the issue happily. Great experience once again.

I was a customer at Auto Zone in Elverson, Pa yesterday for wiper blades. Juan was very helpful and installed the wiper blades for me. He explained everything and resolved the problem with my car installing them. I could never have done it myself. Great customer service from Juan and will definitely return to that store. Thank you Juan.

Probably the only and best place to shop for your auto parts locally. I wouldn't trust any other AutoZone or any other parts stores. Chris Post, Cole, Andrew, Jen and Mike in commercial are all aces. If they don't have the part you're looking for they'll get it for you. Good prices, Great selection, Most importantly the high caliber of expert parts sales personnel at this location is phenomenal. When Miranda, Gino, Andy, Joey and Dusty were working there, now that was the A Team of retail parts selling. Moral of the story when you walk in there look for the bald guy doing all the work in that store. Dude's name is Chris Post. He runs an impeccable store and it shows

They have quite a bit of parts in stock and as a shade tree mechanic I feel the quality is decent as well. The rewards program is very nice too as I have saved some money over the years. One downside is you need to do your own outside research because not every employee is going to be knowledgeable about fixing vehicles.

A big thank you to Gino and Chris for going out of their way to assist the New Jersey Forest Fire Service with an unexpected breakdown on our way to California. This location is highly recommended.

This particular location has some of the best customer service out of the Auto Zones I have dealt with in my past, the people will come out and help you with your vehicle, read your codes, and actually explain to you why those codes are occurring with your car. I would recommend using this location
