The team was accommodating to my schedule based on when I needed to have my car back. They stated the future needs for the car, but it was done so without any pressure.
I found a bubble in my tire and Tires Plus was right there. I stopped there and they looked at it and were immensely helpful! I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you Donald!!

I walked in without an appointment this morning for an oil change thinking it would be a few days before they could do the work. Erica was able to find a time slot for me in the early afternoon. When I returned, Ray took my car immediately and completed the work in short order. Erica was really accommodating and went out of her way to fit me in. It was an excellent experience. I'll be back!!

I needed new tires on my Jeep so I called tires plus and made an appointment to come in. Donnie was the one who helped me and he was excellent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all my options.. 10/10 recommend.

The first time, I had my front brake system replaced at their dealership. However, afterward, I heard a constant squealing noise while driving. I thought the new brakes needed to be broken in. However, when I went to the dealership for an oil change, their technician told me the front brakes were almost worn out and needed to be replaced. The second time, my engine belt broke. I had them repair it, and they checked and said the fan and cooling system were also damaged due to the broken belt. They quoted me $3,000. A month after the repair, the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealership for inspection, and they discovered the aftermarket parts they had replaced were incompatible with my system. I had to spend another $2,000 to replace it with factory-installed parts.

Amazing service and amazing staff. I got a nail in my tire at 3PM and dropped my car off at 4. They made no promises but the incredible staff had it fixed and ready by close at 7PM same day. I was working and they even offered to drop my key off to me so I could get my car back the same night! Above and beyond customer service, I will be using Tires Plus again! Thank you!!!
I sent my car for an inspection. It was done on 08/13 /2025. My mileage since my last inspection that was done on 08/12/2024 was less than 1500 miles yet I was charged for a PA. Emissions test ($49.99). 08/12/2024 to 08/13 /2025 is one year. PA law requires no emissions inspection if the automobile is driven less than 5000 miles in one year. After a long conversation with a Tires Plus rep. who argued that I was not eligible for the exemption I was told that the next time I had service at the facility I would get a credit. That is one year from now and I am sure no one at the facility will remember that I am due a credit. Besides I do not really want to wait a year.
I’ve been going to Tires Plus in Berwyn for everything from new tires and brakes to oil changes, inspections, and other repairs—and they’ve consistently been fantastic. The team is professional, friendly, and always fair with pricing. I’ve never felt pressured or upsold, and the work is always done right. I’ve recommended them to family and friends, and most of my family now goes here too. It’s great to have a shop you can genuinely trust. Highly recommend!
Got a flat tire while traveling on 202. Got towed here and they changed the tire and assessed that I only needed one more to replace as well. Both tires were replaced quickly and the service was very pleasant.
They are always so nice, so responsive, go truly out of their way to be helpful (got a bubble on tire 3pm on Friday, didn’t have right tire, went to another shop to get for me and did before they closed Friday), explain everything, work with your budget, are honest, will recheck something if there’s a problem. I consistently have great experiences here. Thank you!
The Tires Plus in Berwyn is the best and only place I take my car. The staff, especially Bobby the manager, have always been helpful, efficient, and go above and beyond! They are always honest about what needs to be done and will never do it without your consent. I would definitely recommend, and do, this Tires Plus location to everyone.
Tires Plus said I needed a brake "job" after my state inspection which I expected since I was told on my previous inspection that the pads were low. It was $1,185 for pads, rotors (invoice says painted rotors) and fluid. Exactly one year later I took the car to the dealership because the car was squeaking when rolling. The rotors are completely worn and need to be replaced (pics, not painted rotors), dealership says the rotors weren't replaced. I called Berwyn and person who answered claimed to be a manager, but when I described the problem they said I had to call back because there was no manager. The corporate office was more helpful but I am waiting for the final resolution.
NEVER USE THIS PLACE! Their paperwork stated I agreed & authorized charges that I did NOT & they have all these “extra charges” like a “$1 tire fee” when you’re already buying a $145 Tire! They also performed labor I did NOT ask for or authorize & I almost couldn’t get my car BACK because they CLOSED 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR CLOSING TIME on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND when I SAID I was coming BACK AFTER WORK! NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!! THEY RIP YOU OFF & ARE STUPID!!!
I’ve taken my car to tires plus for convenience sake (weekend hours), and twice they recommended a new tire when I’d run over a nail. Most recently, I brought my vehicle elsewhere to get a second opinion, because the nail was on the inside of the tire tread and not visible. The other mechanic said that there was no question it could be plugged and it was at least 4” from the wall of the tire.
I don’t know why they try and upsell you, possibly commission, however I won’t be returning.
The staff that work at this branch is awesome. I had a flat Friday before a holiday weekend. I brought it in and they took care of it without a single complaint even though it was 45 minutes before closing. They were all nice about it. And the mechanic returned my spare back into its storage area and reorganized all the equipment. Amazing. Thanks so much
Update: The tire plug they inserted into my tire came out after a month! I still appreciate the original service. It's not consistent because when I called to get my tire fixed again, they could not fix it for 4 day. There are certain service assistants who are much more customer oriented than others.
Staff here is very nice. They did offer to get us a rental vehicle, which I appreciated. The quality of the work they did was good. Where this shop fell short for us was with diagnostics. We brought the car to them 3 times. A huge miss resulted in us coming back twice in 24 hours and paying over $1100.00 for parts and services we did not need. The issue was not fixed until we took the car to an affiliate location. So, this shop is good if you know what you need done or need standard maintenance. I cannot recommend this location if you need someone to figure out the root of an issue.
I have been servicing my car for at least 10 years here. Great service. I am usually able to get an oil change appointment the next day, it only took less than 30 min waiting w the car for service to be completed.
Donnie and Bob are helpful to answer any questions. Thumbs up for this location.
