I came here today for an oil change and state inspection, and the experience was great! The staff were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. They explained everything clearly and finished the service faster than I expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely come back for future maintenance—highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!
I think they tried to be helpful, but unfortunately did not understand my car or what was needed. I was charged $360 for a diagnosis and told the car was not worth fixing. Ended up buying a different car, but then later got more opinions on the original car that was "not worth fixing" and it turned out it was totally fine and has been running well for months with no new parts.
Again, I don't think they were trying to be deceptive, but I don't think they are qualified to do Ford engine work. I have reached out for a refund with no response.
Why my previous 1-star review has been deleted? This store sucks. Spend more than dealer store but lower quality parts. Since it has been deleted, so I rewrite it here.
I had an issue during PSU move-in weekend and I needed help so I could make the hours long trip home. I thought it was a bad alternator but was incorrect. TVC helped me at the last minute and spent a lot of time diagnosing and trouble shooting the issue. They were very kind, honest and reasonable. I made it home safely thanks to them. I highly recommend this auto repair and detailing shop.
My car made a squeaking sound when driving. I went to TVC after the first shop I went to suggested a repair that did not make sense. The owner worked overtime to diagnose and fix the issue. He was knowledgeable, careful and thorough, and was honest with the repairs that were needed. Highly recommend taking your car here!
