best service crazy fast response time and oversize rig. and had to use them twice within 24 hours both was fast and easy to deal with would highly suggest using them...
Thank you so much. I stupidly drove my car into a muddy swamp because I was exploring and looking at some of the trees that were growing, and I went into this big muddy field area and couldn't get out. It sank down all the way to the bottom of the car. (He said it was 'belly in' or something.) I was right near their office, and I asked a random person who could tow me, and he told me where Valley was, so I walked a short way down the street to them. He came back with me to where my car was, a Subaru Outback, and he pulled it out of the mud and didn't charge me a whole lot because I told him that I would be able to pay in cash in a couple days, but I was broke at the time, and would've had to pay with insurance otherwise. They were super nice to me and this whole thing didn't turn out to be as much of a disaster as it seemed at first.
Had a sensor issue on our Class A motor home and no one would look at it. Someone suggested Valley and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did they fix the issue, Bob and his staff were nice and affordable. Great to know we have a local resource if we ever need it.
Many thanks to Ron, Bob, and especially Wendell for the taking delivery and helping me install a carrier on the back of my RV. This isn't their normal line of service I suspect but they did me a real "solid" in being so generous with their facility and their time.
I had a tire on my camper with a slow leak. I was unable to loosen the lug nuts to remove it for repair so I needed to go someplace I could take the entire camper. I called, they said 'sure bring it in" I topped the leaking tire off with air and drove down. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with the tire repaired for a bit under $30. Very satisfied.

The expert service and very reasonably priced and honest and trustworthy. I have been dealing with them for longer than I want to admit to. My Dad bought vehicles from them when they were a GMC dealership. Jim and Ken Corl are really good guys

Had two blowouts on my Rv on highway. Only one spare. Called these guys and they had two of the correct tires left on stock. Tanner, the mechanic came and changed them them both on site. Nice young man who did excellent job. In our time of need they were there. Yeah, that is worth a commendation. Nice job. 5 stars.
Disrespectful, and horrible service, they towed my truck from a front without disconnected drive shaft, which was volvo with i shift transmission, right now I have issues with transmission,thanks a lot guys, never recommend this place.
Worst people to deal with for an RV repair. $500 for towing, almost $400 to replace 5ft of brake line and a nasty attitude on top. Took 3 days for them to work on it after they got it. They knew we were travelling and took full advantage. Had other repairs done at Center RV and they were awesome. Also, read your receipt. They make you sign in two places. One is a release that says you can't hold them responsible for their parts or service !! These are real conmen!!
We have nothing but praise and gratitude to the guys at Valley Truck Service. We were stranded in our RV at a gas station on our trip home to Michigan from New England. Our starter died. They towed us back to their shop and had ordered the part and we were back on the road the next morning. The price was very fair (even have warranty for the part). And another big thank you to Good Sams Roadside Service for covering the tow charge. (Bigger than repair bill ).
Had a van break down cost $410 to have it towed, then they said they would "take a look at it" charged me another $195. Drove 9 hours to come pick it up go to try and pay they tacked on another $300 storage fee after he said he wouldnt charge for storage since we are from michigan. Long story short he owns a new van.
Please please please read reviews before making the call. I have learned my lesson with these guys. They are very desperate and must not make any money for how they treat their customers. If they get your vehicle to their yard, they will not let it go until they make some money off of it no matter what you say. They even will try to persuade you to have them do the work by lying saying there is nowhere else in town that can do it. After telling them to not fix my truck, they did it anyway and held it hostage until the high "unauthorized bill" was paid. I will have these crooked thieves in court soon.
Worst experience ever with a tow service. Do not use them. Highway robbery. When I say, do not use, I mean, do not use!!!!!! Owner is a complete thief.
Well we broke down right outside State College around 7pm. I made several calls and no one answered or said they would not be able to come help us until the morning. Having my entire family with me stuck on the side of the highway was not an option.
I made one more call to Valley Truck and Jim answered the phone. I explained to him what happened (broken serpentine belt) and that we were on the side of the highway. He said he would be there within an hour
He arrived and without any hesitation had us hooked up and ready to be towed. We had him take it right to his garage since he was the only one that was willing to come get us.
Bad ac compressor and belt was diagnosed by Nate and Paul in parts had what was needed there in a few days. Nate squared everything away and they had me back on the road within a couple days.
Price was very very good! We travel a lot to the State College area along with a number of other bus and rv owners. I will highly recommend Valley Truck and Trailer.

Had a problem with a meyers snow plow that another business looked at for a week and could not fix. These guys took my truck in even though their schedule was already swamped and had it fixed before the end of the day. Not a bad price either and good service is well worth paying for.
Long story short, Valley gouged my company $842 just to do a road call to replace a brake light switch. They can get away with this because they have no competition in the area and most of their business comes from breakdowns and OOS orders. Avoid if possible.
be aware! it's a rip off.my air hose broke off the chamber so I called this company. they quoted me around 600$. Jim arrived. he was rude and kicked my reflective triangle. he replaced 2 fittings on both hoses and reconnected them to the chamber. it took him about hour and a half. total bill was 904$. stay away from them!
