No stars would be more accurate. This place a joke . Employees too lazy to put a battery in my daughter s car said it was too hard to replace in a Nissian but had no problem selling her the battery. Never even put car on machine to test it too lazy again. So being a believer that everyone is honest she just buys the battery and now I have to find someone else to put test her battery and put new one in . PLACE IS A JOKE, go to Advance Auto !

I wanna give a big shout out to the employees here. Not only did they help me find the right size of windshield wipers they helped me put them on in the crazy wind. Thankyou for everything!!!

Just wow. Two or three days ago I called autozone because I was having a brake light not working. I believe it was Feddy his name was pronounced. On the phone he told me that we have tons of lightbulbs and even wouldn’t mind coming out to the car and swapping it out for me. I called many shops to fit me into their schedule but nothing was close enough before my trip back home. My last resort in my head was to call autozone because I haven’t had much help from them in the past and ask but he offered to do it before I asked him myself. When I arrived 5 minutes later there must have been a line of about 8 people and just Feddy behind the front counter and what appeared to be 1 or 2 workers wandering. Feddy got through that line of customers in about 3 minutes getting everyone their parts and keeping it pushing. It is so relieving to find customer service like this nowadays. When I was finally up he had the bulbs sitting behind the counter for me already. I paid about 10$ and he came out and swapped two brake light bulbs in about 30 seconds. This young man was hustling around getting his customers taken care of quickly and efficiently with what looked like no help while the phone was ringing and he sent out what looked like a guy to make deliveries as well. Feddy was one man-showing it over there. Give this young gentleman a raise, it’s much deserved.

Okay. I usually go to an oriellys but im traveling and pulled in here. Wow. The team here is helpful and kind. The new manager is funny and knows her stuff. I was helped by Brandon and Gary and I was outside working on my van for hours. In my mind, these are the kind of people you i need i pull in to a parts shop.

Had a great experience at the State College store today! I needed to have a starter motor tested and the staff there did a fantastic job of determining the right part to test it against. The starter is for a Cub Cadet turf machine and therefore, not your average automobile part, but the guys were tenacious in finding the information needed for the test. They performed the test quickly and efficiently -- at no charge!! I really appreciated the service! I've been a customer for years and will certainly continue to patronize the State College PA Auto Zone store!

Had a great experience! Good customer service and my part arrived right on time. I'm struggling to recall the name of the awesome sales guy - he was short, a bit bulky, and had a beard. Sorry for the vague description, but he was FABULOUS! Super helpful !

This is for the manager…All I will say is your attitude towards customers matters. There is no need to speak rudely to someone calling for help with a part. You are supposed to be the experts, hence the customers calling you will need your help and expertise and may not conduct themselves or speak in the same language as YOU, THE EXPERTS. Since you are being paid to help customers, you might want to speak to ALL people, both men and women, with respect and in a friendly manner. I chose to spend more money on parts elsewhere just because of the crappy attitude I received over the phone and being cut off while I was speaking. The world we live in today is just not how it used to be; everyone is in so much of a hurry they don’t even know how to talk to people anymore.

Bought a supposedly new oem master disconnect set, ended up being a used set and there is motor oil inside the case. If you rent/loan them out make sure the tools and case are properly cleaned before selling or loaning it out again, especially when you charge a buyer full price. They gave issues selling the kit as well, very poorly trained employees.

Both workers were so helpful and professional. They provided details on the check engine light results, directed me to am auto repair shop, and assured me. I saw 1 of them shortly after when he dropped off the parts needed at the Auto repair shop! You were my first step and guided me correctly to get back on the road. Thank you!!

Great experiences this week at Autozone. "It all happens at once" is true as I had problems with three family cars. At the beginning of the week they lent me a head gasket tester that conveniently measures escaping gasses in your coolant via the filler port. This saved me a lot of time not having to pull spark plugs for my mechanical compression tester. When returning the test device the next day, I carried in a wiper that completely outwitted me to install. One of the associates knew instantly there was a known fitment issue with my model car and the wiper I had. Lastly, I came back on Friday to have them check the charging system on the third car. Tristen's test equipment identified the battery was failing, and I drove away with a warranty replacement. I recommend this shop for their superior Customer Service and talented crew. This is the place to go to make problems disappear. Thanks again for your help guys, catch you next time !!

I came to the store to purchase a new headlight. Zach was so helpful with finding the correct light, and he even installed both replacement bulbs! It is so nice to have this great service.

Great staff. Engine started misfiring near them. I pulled in and they helped me with everything from the diagnosis to figuring out how to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils. Probably seems easy to experienced car owners, but as someone inexperienced I was glad to have their help.

On Wednesday my husband called in and was told yes they had the points and condensers for the motor he is working on. When we got there they said they messed up and didn't have them. So he ordered them so they would be there that evening and never got a call. Next day he called in and a worker got rude with him about it. Then told Friday that they were in since Wednesday. Very poor customer service.

Most of y'all don't seem to know anything your computer database doesn't tell you. On top of that... I was under the impression that giving you my number when I order something is so you can call me when it comes in... So when I call you and find out my part is in, I have to wonder how long you've had my part and I didn't know about it.

The employees Luis is a fantastic employee, while talking about a car part I had a seizure he immediately made sure that I didn't fall over and that I was okay. He offered to call an ambulance I declined but I appreciate him making sure that I was okay.

I just got home from Autozone. Manager Rick was so helpful and generous - on New Years Eve no less - that I had to write a review. I was buying antifreeze, and he asked the model of my car. He saved me like $15, which was greatly appreciated considering it was an unexpected expense from my car. I asked him a maintenance question and he actually went outside and helped me with my car. He was full of trivia and humor and I really appreciate all he did for me and my car. Thank you.

I had wonderful experience here buying a cabin air filter. Jake not only helped me identify the right one for my vehicle, he also installed it for me. Jake was awesome, great customer service! Buying here and Jake installing my cabin air filter (instead of my auto shop) saved me $80!

I am so glad I went to this AutoZone when my check engine light came on. They helped me find the problem (for free) and had the part I needed in stock. Bill was so nice and helpful, he even installed it the next day for me! I really appreciated his service because he explained everything that he was doing and didn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge like a lot of other mechanics would do. I also saved a lot of money!
