Don't ever buy from these guys. They sold me a lemon and then when I could've make payments I gave it back to them, because I wasn't going to pay for a car that didn't run. Then they sell it for scrap and still give me a bill for 3x as much as I bought the car.
Will sell a vehicle out from under you. I showed immense interest and attempted to purchase a vehicle on 8/30/25. It seemed as if they didn’t want to sell a car that day and told me to come back on Tuesday when I got done with work. I showed up today, Tuesday 9/2/25 at an earlier time then I explained I’d be done and as I walked in they were selling the vehicle to someone else. Why even tell me to come back to waste my time

If I could give them no stars I would! They sold us a lemon and has refused to fix it. It has multiple recalls on it and today my fiance was driving our car and the transmission over heated and stalled out twice, both in bad places that could have gotten him hurt! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

They went above and beyond, down to explaining everything to me and even making sure I had reasonable, affordable car payments that worked for me. got a second car through them 2 months ago, and it’s already had to go to the garage 2 times (that they paid for) and now it has to go again and they want us to use our warranty this time because I’m assuming the price of the work. Pretty pissed that we’re only coming up on our SECOND month of having the car and it’s been issue after issue. I don’t know how it passed inspection or emissions with the drive shaft the way it was & the other 2 problems it’s having.
At first I liked the car it said new turbo newer motor new clutch water pump ect. After only putting 3k miles on the car the turbo is shot so it wasn't new and I need a new drive belt already so that tells me the motor probably wasn't replaced. I also need an ac condenser so I'll be putting $1,200 into a car I put 3k miles on. I'm excited for the mechanic to tell me if the motor was truly replaced.
I dont even want to give them one star they gave me a car that caught fire then blamed it on me when I hadn't touched anything on the car, the car fire happened in Oct of 2023 aic wanted me to fix it and no one could guarantee that the car would not catch fire again so I was pressured to drive and fix a car that wasn't safe finally got the insurance company to agree with me and file it at a total loss they valued the car at a little over 7 thousand I was being charged almost 14 thousand for a 2014 Nissan rogue was told by Chad and Michael that if I wasn't satisfied with the value of the car to go through there appraisal attorney so I did and for the last 4 months or so I've been trying to contact the attorney the insurance company and second chance all to find out today that since second chance got a check from the insurance company that covered what was left on the loan I was sol when it came to the appraisal so they figured it was ok to just go with that now mind you I did get back my 1200 for canceling the warranty but am now out a 4 thousand dollar down payment and a few car payments because they got there money after telling me that the car was worth way more than 7 thousand and I should use there appraisal attorney DONT GO TO SECOND CHANCE CUZ THEY WILL TAKE EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN TO RIP YOU OFF AND COME TO FIND OUT IN THE LAST 7 MONTHS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE SO ILL BE FILING THE REPORT AND ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE BBB BEACUSE THEY DEFINITELY DONT MAKE IT KNOWN THAT THE VEHICLE YOUR BUYING WILL ALSO BE USED FOR THERE PERSONAL USE BACK AND FORTH TO WORK AT THE DEALER SHIP HORRIBLE COMPANY WILL NEVER RECOMEND AGAIN NOR WILL I BE NIEVE AND GIVE THEM MONEY AGAIN THANK FOR SCREWING OVER A SINGLE MOM ON A FIXED INCOME

I went there today for a car… they wasted my time, made me fill out a bunch of paperwork just to tell me my application was expedited but i couldn’t get a car today. I was there for almost 3 hours to leave with nothing but anger.
This is my second time going through second chance for a vehicle and they treated me as such. They are understanding of the low income family's struggle and do their best to work with you as long as you show them you are reliable. They go above and beyond to help find your perfect fit and are able to show you all the information you need, not hiding anything. They give you the Carfax report without asking and are transparent with their prices. They also offer discounts on you payment if you send the receipts for oil changes offering up to 60 dollars off your payment. Definitely will be returning here when we need another vehicle. I had a not so great credit score and they didn't even hesitate to get me out the door with a vehicle. They have a limited selection at the actual building, but do have a nice variety of vehicles. I went through some of the toughest times in my life and they were more than understanding and have become a part of my family. Well I was very surprised I left with a car the day I went in. Great friendly staff and they work very good with your budget. Even got a good trade in for my older car. Interest is a little high but my credit wasn't off the charts either. But none the less I had a great experience and got the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend Second Chance Auto because they do give you a second chance.

received a letter today telling me i was behond since Oct 13 2020 and I wouldnt contact them sent them all my correspondne and even showed where they took money out from my bank. Not a happy camper. Wont deal with them anymore second car I bought this is how I GET treated.
They messed up our payments so we were months behind on payments when even their records showed we really weren't, they're very ignorant and not business accurate. Theres plenty more places to get a car that actually know business.
Just purchased my second vehicle from Second Chance Auto. Very nice employees, Eric and Chad are great to work with. Just offered a new warranty, for 36 months and no milage cap, great for a family with only 1 vehicle.
Vehicles are all lower milage for the years, they do a great job of making sure they are road ready and inspected.
They are great! We got our car from them and had no problem. We get reimbursed for our oil changes and if something goes wrong with the car you can take it to there mechanic and they will fix it because you have a 3 year warranty! Who can complain about that? 😊
