They somehow canceled our tow. Orig gave a 2 hrs window turned into 4 hrs and pulled the car before I could throw car into Nutral, my door was still open and I wasn't even totally in the car yet. Pulled car while still in gear. I don't know the damage to my car yet. Unbelievable this place My insurance co will never recommend them again they said.
