Cars been there for a week. All I needed was to know the price to fix it. Dude said every time I called they are about to look at it and will call back shortly. That call back never happened all 3 times.. liars are the worst!

Barely put 1,000 miles (and done in October 2024 so only 9 months) on my car after they put on brakes and rotors for me. Charged me $800 and here I am buying new ones because they didn’t install them properly. If I had waited any longer to get it checked my brakes could have went out on me. Completely neglectful and outrageous. $1600+ later and continuing to go somewhere else where my safety and time will be prioritized. *these are my brake pads (installed by Wissinger’s) after 1000 miles*

My brother died in his truck on feb 14th 2025 my family was forced to have the vehicle towed there for an investigation. My family was told it wouldn’t cost anything due to the circumstances but when we went to pick it up they were refusing to let the truck go we had to call the police and make the wissingers release the truck back to us because they wanted the money by keeping the truck there after 4 days they charged my grieving family 850 dollars these aren’t good people. Beware!

I accidently locked my keys inside of my running car this morning. I called these guys up and they were here within 20 minutes and had it unlocked within 5 minutes. Also, they weren't even open yet as it was 8 am. Amazing company!! Highly recommend!!

If I could have left 0 starts I would have. My car sat in their lot for over 40 days before it was even put up on rack, to of course find out it needed more parts. The owner, screamed at my husband (with potato chips flying out his mouth- gross) because he wanted to see the paperwork of when all the parts were ordered. The owner then had the audacity to complain that my car took up a lift for two weeks. He then proceeded to tell my husband that he should have thrown us out and had the car taken somewhere else all because we were upset that we got little to no communication about the status of my vehicle over the last 40 some days. The lady answers the phone is very nice. Thats the only positive aspect there.

They have had my car for over a year I call to get a price I get t voice mail leave message never get a call back

I hit a deer on November 9, 2023. I still don’t have my truck back from Wissinger in Mundys corner they told me they’ve been trying to match the paint since freaking April insurance is already paid them. I saw my truck for the first time today since November and this is what it looked like still, this is a professional shop? 7+ months I get a different story every time and they have been willingly show me my truck. I just happen to see it over there other shop today because I drove there after checking the GPS, which is finally reactivated for the first time since December. I feel like I’ve been pretty damn patient and I don’t like to put people on blast but nobody go there for even an oil change. I can’t not recommend them enough.

Horrible service un trustworthy and waste of time and money. I set up an appointment between two different people here neither could give me a straight answer on price for an oil change and inspection on a 2 year old vehicle. Show up for the appointment noone is around, noone knew I had an appointment and no inspection stickers available instead of making it right I was told find somewhere else to go. I will take my business back to the dealership.

They towed are car after an accident they where very helpful

Amazing service and fast response. My truck broke down at 430 on a Friday and they were able to not only tow my truck but get me an answer as to the nature of my problem so I could make decisions about the rest of my trip. The pricing was reasonable and would hands down use them again when I’m in the area again.

Our vehicle broke down on the side of the road with my family. The Wissingers not only fixed our car but gave us a ride to our destination it was over a half an hour away. Great people and I would highly recommend them.

My car broke down on a road trip. Wissinger's towed me, and the mechanic was nice enough to stop what he was doing to take a look and make some repairs. He even took it for a test drive to make sure the battery was holding a charge. He could have charged me whatever he wanted since I didn't have any other options, but he gave me a very reasonable rate for both the tow and the repairs.

Never use any service from this place Ever!! the owner is a liar plus dishonest and slaps inspection stickers to pretend he fixed the problem and charges you an arm and a leg and he does not care for your safety or familys by putting your life in danger!!!!!

The tow truck driver is so ignorant I’m surprised they get any business at all, even smarts off

Really helpful people. They made themselves available at off times, and even helped me when I had some trouble removing my license plate after my car was totaled. They answered phones when called and made everything as easy as they possibly could.

No respect for your vehicle at all i hit a deer guy came from wissingers to tow for an estimate and jus tore off parts not affected by the crash causing me more damage n work promised me it wld be tottaled as he threw dirty mud covered parts of my bumper n stuff in on my seats which are now stained n nope wasnt tottaled ncame the same day i called even tho i requested a few days to gt my personals out also asked for a flat bed so my car wld not be drug 50 miles n they bring a flat w a car alrwady on it n drag my car anyway, not happy at all the tow caused my 500$ in extra work n damage that is not covered by the estimate and def was not totalled i had to track my car down jus to gt it back, never call this place for anything unless ur car is already junk

Not happy ,told a day they'd drop my car off and 2 days later it was dropped off. What a way to make $, daily storage fee, bad business.

Would never go to this place... Outrageous pricing for minimal amount of labor! Buyer beware!! It's a second rate operation with a third rate worker. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have.

I hit a deer in nicktown and live in ebensburg the tow through a different company was 125$. A few months later, I wrecked again 2 miles from my house and the tow was 225 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Driver was impolite and tore up my yard in the process.

At this moment I just recently had my place of employment close. On Saturday my mother whom had a warrant I did not know about was driving my car. The car was towed at 9:22am well with in bussiness hours. I called at 11:00 to go pick it up and the female receptionist said I can’t do anything till I get ahold of the tow guys with the ticket. Mind this is a hour and a half after the original Tow. So I call again at 11:45 cause I’m right down the street same response and told to just get ahold of them Monday and they would have the towing fee In office. Yesterday I called as advised and a male answers the phone and tells me that he will get the phone to her and have her call me back. Never happens then I called 3 more times no answer. So today is Tuesday and I finally got ahold of someone to tell me that the Tow was $150.00 which I anticipated but also I have $150.00 in storage fees so $300.00 to get it out that is beyond my fault Cause I was well with in bussiness hours Saturday and well kept on it. The receptionist replied well call the state police. I did they agreed it was in fact crazy but civil at this point to go to my local magistrates or reach out and speak to the owner. So I called and once again they must be screening calls no answer and I left voicemails. This is obsurd and very unprofessional I’m also reporting to the better bussiness buero and who ever else I can cause I was prompt and on time and they were unprofessional and kept pushing it off on purpose to rack up a extra $150.00. Still no call backs or anything.

VERY GOOD HAULING YOUR CAR AND TAKING CARE OF YOUR CAR VERY DEPENDABLE AND HE MAKES SURE YOU CAR IS Tied down Right so nothing happens to it AND MATT IS A VERY NICE PERSON TO TALK TO AND HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN THE TOWING KNOWS HOW TO LOAD THE VEHICLE WITH OUT DOING ANY DAMAGE TO ANY KIND OF VEHICLE HE WOULD BE THE BEST PERSON TO CALL IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF TOWING DONE.

Car died on me on a Sunday gave them a call were there promptly very fair with pricing and some good conversation on the way back to my house. Definately recommend them will use again

4 new tires, inspection with emission testing (and EMS discount) all at 1 place! Perfect for my busy schedule!

Charged $200 for a tow that was maybe 2 miles away
