Been taking my car here for a few years now, amazing service the customer service is always over the top and the prices are more than fair compared to companies that like to scam you for thousands like Firestone. Always know I’m being taken care of with great fast and quality service at prices that don’t require a second mortgage.

While en route to a Patton family reunion just a few miles from getting there we had the misfortune of getting a flat. Dustin bailed us out replaced the flat tire that wouldn't come off. He got it off with his famous back kick. He offered to fix the flat on his day off and did so. A good man and new father-it was a pleasure to meet such a caring and hardworking man. Put your car troubles in his hands and you'll be glad you did.
Just wanted to say thank you for Pellas taking care of one my good customers that broke down in western Pennsylvania while towing their travel trailer. You aren't going to find a better or more honest car repair shop than Pellas Automotive. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. The owner and staff are friendly and do great work!
Mike was very patient and careful to safely recover the car after it flipped onto its side and then Cole came and was able to get the trunk open after the release broke so our belongings could be removed. They were great to work with.
This place is amazing. First of all, their prices were very fair and they are always spot on when they recommend something. They are very very good about getting your vehicle back to you in a very timely manner and they do not make you wait for appointments. They are very accommodating. Super friendly, Scott has been amazing. He helped me out immensely. Today. I had a dead battery and he came to my house because I live close, but still he didn't have to do that. And it was his birthday. He came to my house, jump started my car, took it down to the shop, put another battery in it, and then brought it back to me. There's not too many places that would do that. He went above and beyond. This garage has been a godsend to this town. I highly recommend them and hope you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
My transmission went out near Clearfield on my way back to Cincinnati, Ohio. Called these guys to tow my truck to a repair shop. They showed up almost immediately and had me taken care off. The shop was not able to do the repairs needed and I had to get my truck and trailer towed back to Cincinnati. Amanda and the owner were great to work with. They did everything in their power and worked around my truck being worked on to get me home. Mike, my tow truck driver was a great guy to ride with 6 plus hours back to Cincinnati in the middle of the night. Highly recommend these guys to get you out of a jam! Easy to work with and very professional and customer oriented.
Great group of guys here. Was driving cross country and got a flat and didn’t have a spare! 530 am and they were the only ones who actually were 24 hrs as advertised. Got me back to the shop and had me back on the road within an hour and under $150 for everything. These guys are who you’re looking for in a jam. Thanks again?
I had issues with a ball joint , the guys at pellas , went the extra mile, and really did an awesome job, I now feel that my truck is safe. I'll be visiting their Hastings shop for more repairs and services. Thanks guys for everything...
Had to get my vehicle tow and I called them. They picked it up right away. There were some misunderstandings where it ended up in the impound but it was NOT Pellas fault but, they were GREAT about the billing and even tow the vehicle back to my place for me cuz it was not drivable at the moment. The staff there are great especially with the situation that happened on my end. But once again it was NOT Pellas fault for my vehicle that ended up in there impound lot. I recommend this company, I will call them again if I ever need my vehicle tow again. Thank you Pellas for your help.

Had to have work done in my vehicle due to warranty company using this garage. Told them from the start it was my transmission. Took them almost a week to tell me the same thing back and file the claim with the warranty company. They never told me what was going on. Every time they said they would call, they never did. I called them and got so many different stories. My spouse called and got different stories. Took them over 5 weeks to get my car back to me. Didn't even have it a week, and it's once again broken. I called them to come get it and fix their problems they said it would be towed tonight and it has yet to be towed. Go anywhere but this place for work done if you want your vehicle!
Things I don't want to hear as a customer; "be there at 830am" (show up 3 days later), "I forgot", "my wife never told me" (after numerous messages I left), "sorry, my mechanic has only been here 3 weeks", "your not going to find a mechanic in pa that cares about your car (I simply asked to take some pride in there work), "you need to learn how things are done in pa", etc! I took my car in for overheating issue, they said I had a small miss in 3rd cylinder. Charged me almost$300 to change spark plugs and said issue was fixed. Wrong! This owner has no integrity and blames everyone else! Hey, attitude starts with the boss. You got my $ this time, but it will be the last. I suggest looking up "pride", "integrity", "customer service" and apply to your business!
Awesome service! I was sitting for 2 hours waiting on AAA called Pellas and they had someone to us in 20 mins! And are AAA affiliated! Will never hesitate to call them when things go wrong!
Cut me a break on my first car impounded, but towing can be pricey and impound fees are up there as well. Hospitable employees, never had problems with them otherwise.
Great for towing. But as far as repairs, forget it. No communication at all. Called and asked if they were open enough to take a car in very soon. They agreed it would be no problem. Waited weeks just to get car into the garage. Then another 2 weeks of no updates just to be told the car cannot be fixed? To top it off, it was filthy inside after they were done.
The old man was always good to me. But new ownership I can say the first time they were cool and came up the block and fix my car, second time I got charged 100 bucks for a 2 dollar fuse that was probably quickly diagnoses with those diagnostic computers they have now. I would say hit or miss.
The two girls Jody & Patty are awesome & of course can't forget Darrin driver Pella's that picked up my car to be donated to the DAV (Veterans).
Each & everyone of you deserve 5 stars you are not like the other Co. that was to pick-up car Friday 12/22/17 They were very unprofessional not even a phone call (Driver). Thank you Jody, Patty, & Darrin!!
I waited on one tow truck from Greyhound towing to come for 4 hours on the side of the highway. However, after these gentlemen were dispatched they were there pronto. Not only were the two guys fast and professional, they went the extra mile by taking a look at my car for me telling me what was wrong, but they also dropped me off at my hotel. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from this company.
