My daughter wrecked my car, she is okay but I only had a limited time between work and finding a ride to go get all my things before the insurance company picks it up Monday. They were quick to respond and so patient with us. Even opened their gate today when they are closed. It really means a lot when you are going through a hard time. Highly recommend

Highway robbery at its best. Kinda broke down Sunday afternoon and they charged me $1300 to tow my vehicle and small utility trailer 116 miles. I almost needed CPR ! I’d say they were prompt after I accepted paying their outrageous rate. Didn’t have many other options and they had me by the seat of my pants. The first place I called didn’t care to help me. $600-800 would have been reasonable the way I see it. Their driver was cool and I enjoyed his company. I gave him a tip because it wasn’t his fault they overcharged me. I’ll be getting AAA.

They are amazing! My car broke down on a trip from CT to PA on a holiday weekend. I was literally stranded. No car rental options, every place was closed. When Jen called to confirm my tow, she listened to me breakdown about how I thought my vacation was a total loss as I wasn’t able to rent a car and get to my destination. Afterwards she called me to say she found me a rental. I was ecstatic! They picked up my car, get me in the rental and I was on my way again! I am so thankful for them, especially Jen for listening and finding a way to get me back on the road.

Flat tire on the side of the road at 1:30 AM! Dave from CPR came and got me back up and running. Great communication, Great person. Great service. Highly recomend them.

My son was in a bad accident. He wasn’t injured, but the car was severely damaged and unable to be driven. So I was all shaken up, so i went to get my son, and we talked a few did some things and I called Cpr Towing. They were there within 30 minutes. And we were on a highway, with nothing around us. On the phone when I called she made me feel safe and answered some questions that I didn’t really know. She explained things very well. Once the tow truck driver got there he was so sweet, he gave us his card, explained where the car was going to be. Then he told us we can go, which I thought we would be there forever but we were not. We were gone within 10 minutes after he got there. He made sure I got onto the highway and that we were OK. Quick service and definitely went above and beyond in helping me figure out my options when my car broke down half way between home and my destination. Appreciated the professional service!!

My husband and I had a flat tire and waited 6 hours for two companies that never show up and finally CPR was contacted and we got help immediately. They were an absolute blessing. Excellent service! Very grateful for them coming out at 1 something in the morning while we were sleeping they did the work. We woke up to the issue fixed and I hadn't expected that. Truly grateful to have y'all around our community and helping us.

My car broke down on Route 80. I'm not from the area so I just searched for a tow. These people were incredible! They helped me locate a hotel, a mechanic shop and picked me and my car up in the dark as quick as they could. Their driver was deaf but he was so skilled and professional. They were a Godsend!

5 stars for these guys!!! They went above and beyond for me! They not only found the issue going on with my car, came picked up the car gave me another vehicle to use, and then detailed my car! If your ever in need of car towing, detailing give them a call!

These guys are pros. My truck broke down while working. The driver was able to figure out what happened and was able to help get me on my way. I highly recommend this company.for their knowledge and helpful attitude.

A great experience with this team. Our brand new MB Sprinter completely died. Two other tow companies couldn't help, and one never showed up. The I can do attitude of CPR towing was absolutely awesome. The Driver was outstanding, and knew exactly what he's doing.

CPR TOWING. .MORE THAN JUST A TOWING COMPANY...A KNIGHT IN SHINNING ARMOUR! After being broke down for 7 hours and working through a nightmare using my Verizon roadside assistance plan and 4 different towing companies ..CPR RESCUED US!!!! The driver was very skilled and professional and even kept his truck immaculate. .inside and out. He took great care of my Sportscar and put an end to our nightmare. CPR towing has come thru on more than one occasion. Today we needed them at a specific time and they were right on time. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend CPR towing enough!! They are amazing. I had a tire blow out on my horse trailer with horses inside. Jenn was able to find someone to come and help us right away. Dave came right out and was so kind. I didn't have a spare so he went to Tractor Supply to pick one up before changing it out on a very busy highway. Very few companies would do what they did for me and my horses. Thank you so much to CPR for getting me out of a very stressful situation and allowing me to make it safely home.

My insurance roadside service found and recommended CPR auto center, and I’m so happy they did! Car was stuck in PA off I-80 with a dead battery. Dispatch was helpful in recommending local mechanics when the insurance co. Directed us to garages for semis. And they were willing to wait while a state trooper tried to jump us (unsuccessfully). The tow truck driver got right to work and we were back on the road in minutes. No tow necessary. Highly recommend—their professionalism, knowledge, and quick response really helped in a tough situation.

Considering that CPR was some 55+ miles away they responded in short order even though weather conditions were unfavorable. Dave arrived as promised well within his initial ETA and promptly recovered my ailing electrical system (Dead battery). Prompt, courteous, professional, and kept me informed the whole way. Outstanding service just the people to call if you’re in a bind on the highway thank you, CVR.

I can't speak highly enough of this business. My car overheated during rush hour in 90+ degree weather, and they not only sent a tow truck over within 10 minutes, but also sent another car over with it to give me a ride home. This type of customer service and genuine kindness is rare, and really made a big difference in what was a very stressful situation for me. Friendly, accommodating, professional, and kind.

We usually call through AAA. Both Technicians we had were fast. These guys changes tires quicker than most delivery services. They also helped repair our tire. Super friendly.

A HUGE Thank you to Dave and his business CPR Auto Center for their help to tow my 7x16 cargo trailer back 80 miles to the repair shop when I had a suspension failure after hitting an object on the interstate! Dave was quick to respond and recover the trailer and safely delivered it to the facility for repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him and use CPR for needs in the future! Last night I needed a tow near Liverpool. None of the Harrisburg companies could make it to me for several hours. Because it was time sensitive Dave and the guys at cpr went above and beyond to get to me before they even received the final order from my insurance. They made sure my kids and I were safe and our truck was brought safely to their facility until I could get it the next day. Best towing crew I’ve ever come across!

I was not happy with the service. I needed a tow truck One Night in the middle of the night and my answer was we'll come and get your car only if you have cash or credit card to pay us when we get there. And I did appreciate that because then I was less stuck along side of the road and I had to call around till I found another tow truck that was willing to come and let me pay them in the morning. Yes, I was not happy. With them at all.

Friday October 25th 2019 they Had my Chevy tracker for solid 2 months to have brake repair brake line repair. Their service team is completely uninformative does not make calls to let you know status of your vehicle situation. I've had to call several times to check the status of my vehicle. Although they have fair prices. Their quality of work has yet to be Determined I will remove this post if I see they did a sufficient job and it was worth them having my tracker for 2 solid months. If not I will add more comments of there poor service.

I don’t usually write reviews unless service was exceptional or until after I discussed my issues thoroughly with the company that I have issues with so take that for what it is. Our Yukon had two brake lines bust at same time on a Friday evening while pulling a car trailer. CPR started out great by getting to our vehicle in good time and hauling it back to their shop. We were told we would hear something Monday morning concerning quote for repairs and it wasn’t til after a couple of calls later that we finally got a quote to have our brake lines fixed and apparently have two brake calibers replaced. My jaw just about dropped to floor when I was quoted $1300 for parts and labor!! My wife and I have a decent amount of vehicles and we have had many repairs done by other shops and I never have had such a high quote for such a job. We ended up paying another garage from Milton to come tow our Yukon again from CPR to their garage. We are picking up our Yukon tomorrow and we saved over $500 (for same parts replaced) with other garage and we even had them fix our passenger side window that just broke the day before our brake lines busted. Just so you know (because I really hate writing bad reviews), I called CPR to let them know that I was not happy with price and they didn’t seem to care. I was just informed that they would let the guys in the garage know why we weren’t going forward with repair. I am not sure if CPR felt they could get away with a high quote because the vehicle had to be towed there, and figured we wouldn’t pay for another tow, but nonetheless, I would not recommend this company for mechanical repairs.

Dave is such a cool guy! Always very friendly and him and his staff is always willing to help out with any of your car troubles! Highly recommend CPR with any of your car troubles. From minor tire maintenance to engine work and and body work that you need done. CPR can do it all. Have seen CPR at a few accidents towing cars away. Seem to be doing a good job at getting your wrecked/broken down car off the side of the road safe and quick! Highly recommend calling CPR if you run into any auto problems. Great customer service all the way to great quality job!

Exceedingly dependable, honest and thorough. We've been using CPR for over 10 years with our "fleet" of 10 vehicles from a Geo metro, a class C RV to Prius. My husband is quite mechanical, but doesn't have the time to do the work. Floyd Jr and Sr are fantastic about listen to my hubby's points and following them, not dismissing him. They are one of the very few repair facilities where my hubby doesn't have to redo their work. They give you options and don't look for things to ring up the bill. We love their integrity. I truly can't say enough about how good and decent these people are!!! You won't go wrong with bringing your vehicle here.
