I have used Randy and Bob’s numerous times for multiple vehicles. They have quality work and honor their warranties. I detail all my own vehicles and for them to pass my inspection, saying something, anyone who knows who me, knows this is true. Another plus is definitely having enterprise come and have your rental car ready for you when you arrive. This was definitely a long overdue review.
In an unfortunate accident, they were very professional, explained the aspects of my repair and when it would be ready. I felt very respected and that they love my car as much as I do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a repair.
Randy and Bobs did an amazing job fixing up my pretty banged up aluminum bodied f150. The staff were all super informative, patient and friendly. They got my truck fixed in what I thought was a very timely matter considering the busy deer incident season. I’d recommend again and again.

This reputable business is not so reputable anymore. If you know what’s best, do not bring your vehicle here. If I knew then what I know now, we would’ve never taken it here.
I was very pleased with the service. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fixed correctly. The insurance company gave us some problems, and Jeff was very helpful and helped me overcome the issues. I highly recommend Randy and Bob’s. My Subaru looks brand new!

I would recommend Randy and Bob's Auto Body, because they are knowledgeable and efficient in what they do. I have had to use another company in 2023 because of insurance purposes. Was not satisfied with the work. I have used Randy & Bob's several times and I can confidently say that I will always use Randy & Bob's Auto Body.
A deer demolished my car. Randy and Bob’s made it beautiful again. The service from start to finish was excellent and courteous. They kept me updated on the process and finished on the date promised. My insurance company also worked well with them. This was my first experience with this business and although I hope I don’t need them again, I would totally run to them if I have issues. I highly recommend them.
They were easy to work with. I got a fair estimate on some body work (not covered by insurance). I was so pleased by the look of my car with the dings and. Dents removed and the spot of rust removed. Great communication throughout the whole process.i was impressed.
My 86 ranger had gotten hit in the rear driver side bed and dented it in. They were able to get the dent out, paint it, and blend the paint into the 38 year old paint and it looks absolutely amazing. It looks like nothing had happened at all and could not he happier with their work. I would not go anywhere else for body work.
Great service and productivity! Replaced pass side rear quarter, driver's side rear quarter was repaired by them, and they repaired and painted my damaged rocker panel.

Great to work with and excellent job! We just needed a simple alignment done but they found other issues. Bill was especially helpful in putting together different combinations of quotes depending on what work we might do ourselves and what we would need them to do. He was so patient with us as we worked on finding options that fit our budget in a short time period.
We had to have major repairs done to our car after hitting a deer. Randy & Bob's did a great job on the repairs. They kept my wife updated on the status of the work and issues they ran into when Subaru didn't have a part available. We would definitely use them again!

They have outstanding customer service, and take care of everything from an initial estimate to calling your insurance company and making all the calls for rental service. They also give you updates while your car is in service. Have used them many times, and always satisfied with the bodywork and service

I was very happy with their service. The car looks beautiful, and the paint match job they did is amazing! Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous, and they had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped my car off! I will definitely use them for any future work if needed!
Extremely satisfied with Randy & Bob's Auto Body! I purchased a new truck a few months ago and unfortunately did some damage that needed to be repaired. I was impressed with the whole process from the first phone call to the day I picked it up. The customer service rep Sara, who was extremely professional and friendly, got me in right away. She took care of everything with the car rental and so much more. The appraiser was Jeff, who was extremely professional and friendly took the time to explain everything to me. I never once felt overwhelmed or like I was being cheated. They were transparent on all front and made the whole process a breeze! Oh, and the work done was fantastic! Great organization with exceptional customer service.

They are AMAZING and you can view their shop from the waiting area through large windows. Big deal, right? RIGHT ... you will never see another shop so well organized and neat! Such an amazing work area!
The repairs were completed well within the time the estimated and they even arranged a rental that we were able to pick-up AND drop-off at their shop.
They far exceeded any expectations I had and they are our insurer's "preferred" auto repair business. I was happy about that because I was familiar with them - they supported our charity motorcycle runs we held - Legend Riders, Butler, PA by putting our run on their electronic LED billboard.

This is the best Body shop I have ever taken my car. The ladies in the front were kind and very knowledgeable. They completed the car by the promised time. The car only had 11k miles on it and it looked brand new again. When you pick up the car, they walk you through everything about your car. WOW, this place is the real deal.
