All the guys are rude and u coordinated, I was sent here to pick up a part, Barry had no idea about the part, then I didn’t wanna speak an incompetent parts guy, so I went to the guy next to him who also had no idea even tho i gave him the company name and phone number. They somehow pulled up the exact order I was here for and made me feel like I have no idea what I’m talking about
Very poor customer service. I went there today to ask for a part, and one of the staff members straight-up ignored me.
I also read countless reviews about rude staff at this place. The owner or manager needs to consider training their employees on basic customer service and how to treat customers.
I called with the intention of buying 4 rims and tires. They didn’t have what I wanted which is absolutely not an issue however, I person speaking to me from the parts department was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. He was very angry when I even mentioned the fact I needed something they didn’t have and then did absolutely nothing to even attempt to help me. He gave me an attitude from the start and I was professional the whole time. I apologized and when to say “have a nice day” before hanging up and he didn’t even let me finish my “I’m sorry”. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I never again will even attempt to take my services here. Cleary if you’re not easy to help they have no interest.
Beware!! Advertised part on ebay. I payed, 3 days later issued a refund. The reason? he marked it as "customer requested refund". Then messaged me stating the part was bad. Pretty slick, that way you can't leave negative feedback. I have $100 floating around in cyberspace for a week now.
Very clean and organized operation! Came in, found all the parts I needed to fix the body damage on this Nissan and was in and out in 20 minutes with everything I needed. Highly recommend!

This is the one of many times i could have written a review to this place. But enough is enough. Was just at this place, the reps are all poorly educated. They have no sense of what it is to give customer service, and this is coming from someone that has and runs a business that deals with a multitude of customers daily. But how can anyone think it is acceptable to get a receipt thrown to you because you are not the sales rep that took the original order. I know they may work off commission but you would think that you would treat customers better, as the better you treat them the more they come back to you. I have been coming to this place for your years, but enough is enough. I saw reviews and see how they been pleasant, but every time, and i mean every time, i go or send anyone of my staff it is always an issue. I have been a witness to many interactions of other customers and the staff and they are just horrible. Its a shame i have to give it a star, because this place does not deserve one at all.
I caught on the phone spoke with a gentleman he was so rude he just wanted to end the call and then he ended up hanged up in my face. I asked him sir can you please say that again and was rude? So I called back again and he also hangs up on my face again
I called for a part I said I need a 4L80E 2WD trans any year and the guy said If you don’t have a year or model I can’t help didn’t give me time to explain or anything and just hung up on me Super rude That’s not how you do business
This whole team is phenomenal! Im definitely calling them for any of the salvage parts I need moving forward. Quick, correct and affordable, couldn't ask for more. Huge shout out to Mike ext 147 for an outstanding job. He's truly an asset to the team
Bought AC compressor and he said it has a warranty of 100 days on when I returned it it did not work and he refuse to take it and said it’s not his and he treats customers very badly
We worked with Tim, and he is just fantastic! We've trusted him with many of our vehicles and he never let's us down. His work is honest, and he's always informative and upfront about anything that needs to be done. Great service!
I took my car to them because another shop told me it would cost $4300 to replace my transmission in my 2016 malibu. I was recommended to take it to Al's who quoted me $2200 for it. But turns out it didn't need a transmission. They took time to diagnosed it properly. It had several issues but did not need a new transmission. Tim at service desk was wonderful. I highly recommend taking your car there. 5 stars
full of rude and unreliable staff with no regard for negotiating neither are they informative about their selling product. they have irresponsible management when it comes to handling purchases for customers. and above all, they fail to update and contact the customer information on the product. don’t waste your time here, bring your business elsewhere.
Had a wonderful experience. Pete was great. I asked him to check something out on my car, nothing to do with the car we dropped off for rear end repairs, walked right out and got dirty and was just generally a great guy. I called him back for a replacement part for my car, he said come on over he would have it ready for me. He pulled it out and cleaned it up and boom I was in and out. I would start there for any used parts in the future and would go nowhere else for any bodywork I needed in the future.
These guys saved me like $800 for a head unit in my vehicle. I looked on ebay and multple sellings wanted around $1,000 used. I called Al's and got the same part for $165 plus tax. With a hundred day warranty.

Absolutely terrible! I called the day before to make sure the part, I asked to make sure the part was in great condition and the paint as it was a code A 00. They said it was all great so i make the 3 hour drive just for the part has scratched that you can see the metal no more paint in multiple spots it’s not hard to miss. And on top of that when i go to bring it up to the worker at the desk named joey he has an attitude and says they don’t care they’ll sell it to another customer because it’s perfect condition. Terrible customer service would not recommend this place even if i was getting paid!
This place has great parts and warranty never had an issue with their parts, but my biggest issue are most of the guys at the counter. You can give the up most respect and they just have an attitude all of the time and it's ridiculous seriously, i dont know if the owner cares or not but if you're dayvis bad cause of someone else don't take it out of people that are being respectful to you that's a good way to lose good customers. Again great realible parts, customer services skills need to be improved or better yet don't have grumpy old dudes working for you
These guys have everything, well organized. I want to thank Tim from Sevice for helping me get into car after locking my keys inside. He also went out of his way to help with a part, actually finding it himself. Great customer service.
I had an incredibly great experience with Al's. There phone service was great, perfectly helped identify what transmission I needed, told me when they will be able to take it out and will call me. They kept their word and called me exactly as they said they would and drove to pick up the transmission and was impressed with the overall operation of their facility. I had a great experience with Al's and certainly will return.
This junk yard is huge and had a very vast inventory, parking is a little limited but not bad at all. I call ahead looking for a wheel they said it's ready for pick up right away. Once I got there they pulled the part in a few minutes. Service was great and the price is the best around. By the way the part was in pretty good shape. Great experience.
