The food here was really good! Gluten free options were solid, tho the fryer is shared so fries and such are not free of cc. Also awesome weird decor and the place is super huge.

Had a wonderful meal at the Pineville last night. They have introduced a Itailan/Steakhouse menu. We were a party of 6 and we shared the food as there are so many good choices. Meatballs, tuna tar tar, ceaser salad, 3 different pastas to name a few. I can't wait to go back. Did not have room for the steaks but looking forward to the Osso Buca next time.

I believe I had the best burger of my life here. It was huge. Could only eat half. Perfectly cooked. Obviously sirloin. On an outstanding roll. Im salivating thinking about it.

I met my coworkers here to celebrate a retirement party. We were seated in the green house area. Such a beautiful place. In side was very charming as well, are Waiter was amazing can't remember his name but, he had a great personality and gave out recommadtions on what was good to eat!!

Won’t return. While, the food was good, it couldn’t overcome 20 minute waits between each course. 20 mins to get soft drinks and drinks from the bar. Another 20 mins for appetizers. Another 20 minutes for soups. Another 20 minutes for the main course, of which several plates had cold food, and another 20 minutes for desserts. Thank goodness the check came promptly, but then it was 9p and the restaurant was closing. We sat down at 6:15 p. My ribs were tasty. The sugar snap peas were over cooked, wrinkled and yet served cold. The creamed spinach had a good flavor but was more runny than creamy… AND lukewarm.

I was very excited to book my daughter’s wedding shower here and support a small, local business. I will say; the food is excellent. Bar and wait staff fantastic! The greenhouse room is beautiful but beware booking an event in there. The room is not well temperature controlled when it is hot out. I expressed this concern several times when booking and in the weeks before the event (I had visited for lunch and it was over 80 degrees in the greenhouse). I was assured it would be comfortable the day of my event. It was far from it - I had 50 guests and the temperature was in the 90s in the room- essentially ruining my daughter’s shower. (Granted: it was a heat wave, but over 90 degrees?!). Their food menu is very reasonably priced and they will accomadate any requests in that department but the event space fee is expensive - same price for an event room in New Hope, i.e.: the space should deliver. It does not. Unfortunately cannot recommend for events. Trust broken.

I have visited the Pineville occasionally over the last 40 years and it was always quite good. I remember it when it was a small local gem of a bar and small restaurant. It was a fun place to have dinner with good food. We were there last night for dinner. A party of 8 with 2 children and 6 adults. Our server, Matt, was very pleasant and was training Hugh, a new hire. The menu offers a variety and makes it hard to decide. I had been craving fish and chips so I opted for that. It was a huge disappointment. I thought the fish was supposed to be golden brown and CRUNCHY. What I got was decent fish covered in soggy, pale flavorless meal. I wish now that I had sent it back which I have never done. My guess is that it sat on the line getting cold so they microwaved it to heat it thus destroying any crunch. The chicken parm was ho hum, the small pizzas were ho hum, and the rest of the dishes served were average To top it off they add a card service charge to your bill. What?? Who walks in with $500 in cash to get dinner? I will never patronize this place again and I do NOT recommend it.

Great food and friendly atmosphere. The house made ranch was the best! The calamari was awesome, with guac as a sauce. The pizza was nice, hot and crisp. The ribs literally fell off the bone. Highly recommend the outdoor sitting area.

my family & i went here for dinner & they did not disappoint. the french onion soup was to die for. drinks were amazing as well. our server was so nice & attentive even when they were very busy. they were also able to accommodate us by switching from the dining room to the garden area. omg the garden area was stunning!! so many beautiful flowers & plants. we felt like we were in a fairy land. someone definitely needs to use that space for their reception or something. 10/10 would go again :)

We held our daughter's wedding shower here this past summer, after first being reassured more than once that the temperature would be at a comfortable level, even though it's an outdoor greenhouse. While the food and the service were great, the room was above 90 degrees during the event which made it unbearable. It was a struggle at the end to get even a modest amount of compensation for the highly uncomfortable environment. Instead, the owner/manager was more concerned about getting paid in full than even acknowledging that there was a major problem. After the event, we called the person who assured us this wasn't going to happen, and she woudn't return our phone call.

Food here is very good. Outdoor seating is great. Great place to have food when Pebbles Village gets crowded, not really far from there and you can Uber

Visited for the first time for lunch this past week. Was looking for something nearby with a cute vibe and a good menu. The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive. We dined in the atrium and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back!

This Tavern is a place I’ve wanted to try for awhile now and it was ok. There is forced valet parking and even with reservations we had to wait. Our servers were nice and attentive (we had a few different individuals take various parts of our order.) The restaurant itself has a nice charm but we just felt a little out of place with the regular crowd and patrons.

We had not visited in awhile and I am so happy we took a friend’s advice. We ate at the bar and both bartenders could not have been more inviting and attentive. My husband enjoyed a pasta dish and I had the wedge with grilled shrimp….both entrees were perfect. Will be back again soon!

What an excellent location for dinner or a intimate gathering, feels like you’re in a green house, having dinner and drinks Every thing was great, we even had the taco tots and a pizza

Had a perfect family birthday celebration there on a Monday night. They went over the top to make sure my son felt special on his birthday. From the moment we walked in into dessert came, their kindness and attention to detail was apparent. The food was excellent from the kids meals to the specials. Great list of N.A. drink options too. Shot out to our server Haley for such great service.

First time at the Pineville Tavern. Our experience was excellent! We ate in the atrium, surrounded by plants, trees, and various pieces of ironwork, etc. The service was prompt and polite. The portions were large. I had a large portion of BBQ Pulled Pork on an enormous Brioch Bun, and my friends had cheeseburgers which filled their buns. We all had steak fries. Everything was prepared to perfection. Will definitely plan to go back again!

I asked to be seated in the hall, but they seated us on the terrace. The terrace is well decorated, the atmosphere is not forced, relaxed, the waiters are not intrusive, the burger is moderately tasty, the bun is dry, there is not enough juice from the meat, the taste is not rich, the smoothie is too simple.Overall, you can come once or twice, I'll come back later to check if the burger was fixed, if not, I'll have to lower the star.

Very old, very historic and gorgeous. The snapper soup isn't to be missed. I've been a couple of times had the lobster Mac and cheese and the homemade ravioli. For dessert, the rice pudding is too notch! Service is always very good. Highly recommend stopping here and having a great meal!

We reserved the 1742 room upstairs to host our wedding reception dinner. If I could rate the Pineville 6 stars I would. The staff were amazing- huge shout out the Katie and Clint as well as our waitstaff- for helping us with our vision and going above and beyond to make our big day special. The atmosphere was amazing for our intimate dinner and the food was all people could talk about the following weeks. We have been coming here for years and we always had a great time but after our wedding dinner this is now my favorite restaurant in all of PA. Thank you again, Pineville ?

My fiancé and I hosted our engagement party at the Pineville Tavern in the Garden this past summer and our guests are still raving about it months later. The event coordinator, management, and wait staff were all wonderful and accommodating to our requests. This garden is the perfect venue for any type of celebration with delicious food and drinks - not to mention beautiful too!

I was not impressed by this place. We decided to go for a date night and try the pizza that was supposed to be ✨️AMAZING✨️ I mean it was good but I've had better. It took 45 minutes to get to our table. In the meantime, we had soup, 1 snapper, and 1 French onion. The French onion was pretty good l, but the snapper was horrendous. My husband doesn't like to waste food, so he finished it, but wow I would never get that there again. The ravioli are not the same ones featured in that Triple D episode so I was disappointed since I hate cheese ravioli. The only winner-winner chicken dinner of the night was the lobster mac and cheese. Looked like a whole lobster was in there along with a delicious mac and cheese. Would go back for that only. We ate in the garden room, which was pretty and brightly lit, but the tables in there were disgusting. They need to do a deep cleaning on those wood tables; power wash them or just use tablecloths because they are repulsive to eat off of.

Sit, eat, and drink where American history was made! The Pineville Tavern, where Alexander Hamilton and General George Washington planned the defeat of the British, now offers you unforgettable fare, superb service, and an atmosphere that will leave you smiling. Guy Fieri from Diners Drive-ins and Dives even says they have the best snapper soup in America Bonus: You might even spot a ghost or two!

Came here for my husbands birthday and had the entire garden patio to ourselves! This place is stunning, service was amazing and prompt, and our server took great care of us. Food was pretty good too. The calamari was exceptional! I will definitely be back!

Very nice place. The service was good, as was the food. The Rueben rolls were crispy and delicious. The shoestring French fries were perfectly cooked! The French dip sandwich wasn't skimpy on the amount of meat and very tasty. The only con was the cocktail glass had lipstick on it from a former patron. I would definitely come back again.

A Culinary and Historical Delight at Pineville Tavern Our recent visit to Pineville Tavern was nothing short of a gastronomic and historical journey, making it the perfect finale to a delightful evening spent at the Doylestown County Theatre. Having lived in Doylestown for six years, it was my first time experiencing the charm of Pineville, and what a fantastic discovery it turned out to be! As we stepped into Pineville Tavern, the rich tapestry of history woven into its walls immediately caught my attention. The ambiance exuded a timeless charm, with every corner seemingly whispering stories from eras long past. It's a place where the past and present coexist seamlessly, creating an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and steeped in tradition. Our experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by Steve R, a true gem among servers. His warmth, genuine personality, and attention to detail added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. Steve's recommendations were spot-on, reflecting his deep understanding of the menu and a passion for ensuring guests have a memorable time. For starters, the Snapper soup was a revelation to the taste buds. Its rich, savory flavor left an indelible mark, making it a dish I am sure to order whenever I see it on a menu. The crab cakes that followed were nothing short of perfection – a delightful blend of succulent crab meat and impeccable seasoning that set a new standard for this classic dish. The culinary journey reached its crescendo with a heavenly Tiramisu for dessert, perfectly complemented by a Moscow Mule with a peppermint stick. The attention to detail in every dish and drink was commendable, showcasing Pineville Tavern's commitment to culinary excellence. I was pleased to hear about the recent addition that allows patrons to enjoy their meals outdoors, complete with heaters for comfort. This thoughtful touch ensures that the Pineville experience can be savored in every season, and I am eagerly anticipating a return visit in the spring to bask in the charm of outdoor dining. In conclusion, Pineville Tavern is a must-visit for anyone seeking a blend of culinary excellence and historical immersion. The combination of a charming atmosphere, delectable dishes, and the outstanding service provided by Steve R make it a standout destination in Doylestown. Whether you're a longtime resident or a newcomer like myself, Pineville Tavern is sure to leave a lasting impression on your taste buds and your heart.

We sat in the greenhouse, the atmosphere was so nice for a cold day. The food delicious - we got the cheesestake egg rolls, I got the steak and my husband got the ribs, the fries were yummy. I definitely want to go back... So many great things on the menu.

Honestly the place wasn't bad, but I probably wouldn't go again. The food was okay, just felt a little bit pricey for what you got for what my partner and I consider alright. Decided against any apps as they were the same price range as most of the entree/meals. The snapper soup was very good though I will say that. The garden area was super cute and loved that aspect of it. Our waitress was nice and the staff seemed to be in a friendly mood all around.

Gorgeous place for dining either with families or even for a date. Me and my husband really enjoy with the indoor sitting of their green house. We made reservation which recommended, the place was busy. Foods was ok except my snapper soup that actually was turtle ? and yes our waiter already told us, it’s not my cup of tea but at least I tried it and experience it. Foods little bit pricey, this place like upscale restaurant. Parking also spacious and valet available.

(1) The greenhouse to eat in is incredible! 5 ⭐️ (2) The service, even with the small numbers there, wasn’t great. Server rarely came back. 2 ⭐️ (3) Food quality was very good! (4) Price for the food was outrageous. $34 for lobster Mac-n-cheese which had very little lobster. For that price, I’d expect more. (5) Cocktails were good! I’d go back but would probably go for cheaper goods like burgers and such.
