Tanya was the key to success from the first telephone call to the completed inspection. They are a team of excellent people and even better business ! They know the PennDot enhanced inspection rules and needed guidance to success! I drove over 20+ miles to get the understanding of enhanced inspection carried out . Seems many inspection stations listed by PennDot as approved locations, need to heed the teachings of Geese! Maybe the state should also!!
I am truly thankful for geese auto salvage and their employees, my family and I were in a tough spot because the only vehicle we had at the time we shared and it broke down. I panicked and called them, I could tell they were already extremely busy and had every right to put me on a waiting list, however that's not what happened. The hardworking, knowledgeable and in my case life saving staff they have managed to tow, fix and return my vehicle within a 24hr period. My family, my employer and myself are forever thankful for your services. Keep up the amazing work and hopefully I can spread the good word to show my appreciation
Geese is my go-to for auto repairs & inspection. Trustworthy, reasonably priced, doesn’t push extra upsells but will provide selections available if asked. A must save on your favorites list.
Here’s where I ramble: My experience with more than a few other family-owned places in this area is expectation of a positive review because of their personal strife or who they know. Poor/unsafe work done when questioned received nasty reactions to vs just doing the job right the first time & getting a stellar review based off just that. (Quite diff than last area I came from)
I walked in Geese hesitant at first given experiences to date being a hit or miss.
It was refreshing to see a team that has a good flow & cares to take the time to make sure it’s done right. The shop dog that comes to visit is obviously the cherry on top! She rolled her eyes at me because I said I needed permission to share my snack & no one was around

Geese auto is always very efficient and timely . they have never disappointed me with my vehicle, or my kids vehicles. I would recommend Geese to anyone who is looking for great service at a fair price.
I'm pretty disappointed in this place. I've been searching around for a front bumper for my dodge ram and called here because I was referred by a friend. They told me they do have a bumper and that it did have some rust (which is normal and I liked that they were honest about that over the phone). I asked them if possible, could they send me some pictures over the phone of the bumper because I have to travel in order to come pick it up. They told me they would send pictures when they could get someone out to pull the bumper off to take the pictures. I waited about 4 days and go no messages or any phone calls, so I called back and asked them again and the man I spoke to over the phone said he is gonna get someone out there to pull the bumper and send the pictures to me. It's been over a week, still no pictures and not even a phone call back. I understand maybe being short staffed, or busy.. What I don't understand is that I called twice about the bumper and still have heard nothing. Very unfortunate.
Good people been going here for at least 16 years. Better price on metal and quick inspections! Plus a really cool dog that greets u at the door. Highly recommend!
Tensor pulley failed when I was near Allentown. Car died on 309 South, called Geese and they were there within an hour. By 2PM the next day my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I was very pleased with the excellent service.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ORDERED A DRIVESHAFT AND I ARRIVED 27 MINUTES AFTER CLOSING TO PICK IT UP. I WASN'T EVEN OUT OF MY TRUCK BEFORE I SEEN A YOUNG MAN RUNNING WITH THE DRIVESHAFT TOWARD MY VEHICLE. HE CAREFULLY PLACED IT IN MY TRUCK AND THEN CHEERFULLY THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS. First time I was there the mechanic found problems with my truck that my normal go to mechanic missed. Very knowledgeable and friendly people , I will be going back to Geese's for sure.
