Was excited to come with hopes of Christmas vintage decorations but 3 tables were open total outside and the 3 buildings with no heat had Halloween decorations out. Disappointed

The fruit and vegetable vendor here has awesome selection and prices! They're there weekly, making it always a worthwhile trip.

This place has been around forever and Tuesdays still bring a decent amount of sellers. I always find great deals here.

OMG. I must be getting old. I remembered this place as a fantastic shopping experience. It used to be pack with stands selling everything from baked goods, to clothing, to antiques, to shoes, to hair accessories, etc, etc, etc. So when I visited last Tuesday, I was soooo disappointed. It was mostly plants, a couple women's accessories, sunglasses, socks. Nothing much else of interest. It is only an a quarter of the size of what I remembered. I think Amazon and Covid are the cause of Rice's Market's decline.

Not that many outside vendors. Plenty of parking. Food is available to purchase. Please note that several inside vendors only take cash. Must visit the "Lantern" store at the top of the ramp of the old barn. Great items and prices!!!

Greatly diminished from years ago. Only a handful of seller tables on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and had nice setups.

1st time at this market ... Not a lot of vendors. Pretty dead on a beautiful day. Mayb because summer is over it's dead. Will come back next summer to check it out. Lots of Nick nacks

I went this summer. And to be fair , we have had lots of rain and high heat. I think the day I was there it was in the 90s . So not as many vendor's that a remember from years before. So that was sad to see but over all enough vendor's and the place is clean, parking plenty and free.

Sorry this place is strange. I feel bad for the few vendors who pop up to have some sales. But it is not maintained very well and it is quite empty. Theres a nice plant shop in the vicinity with decent pricing. The "one way" road is literally not maintained. You will hit trees and shrubs growing out if you go, and the way to get out is not marked. I almost felt like i was trapped. The road to get out then is blocked by vendors. So i had to do a strange U-turn. Very weird spot and i had higher hopes for it. Dont waste your time here.

This gets a 5/5 just for nostalgia sakes. I used to come here all the time with my parents and grandparents and it was always a magical place and a great time. The vendors have changed much over the years and it's not what it used to be, but I'm sure other people will find great deals and have a fun.

Went to Rices Market With My Family and Met This Gentleman Who taught us a lot of interesting facts about dogs & Their digestive system. He makes the freshest dog treats while being friendly with my children. My Puppy is going to be thrilled when we get home! I Highly Support This.

Used to love this place but now it's really nothing. Have tried to go a few times and less and less vendors each time. This week I went on a beautiful day and there were next to no vendors. Guess things change, but this is no longer a flea market like it once was.

Went on a miserably hot Tuesday. Unfortunately there were very few vendors there that day. We were told by one vendor that Friday is the day to go. One positive was an outstanding fruit/produce vendor. We bought a ton of fresh fruits and veggies straight from the farm for Ridiculously cheap. Will return on a Friday next time

45 minute drive for me. Left after less than an hour. Not much there that interested me. Vendors are friendly, nice layout, quiet surroundings but just not for me

Actually would not even give one star. After shopping at the garden/flower area for many years, today was horrible. We always take our Two Leonberger dogs, both therapy certified to shop for flowers. Today we were asked not to take them down the aisles of this outdoor market because they were too big. Meanwhile a dog close in size was in the aisles as well as strollers and large people! We then walked on the side of the aisles and even that was not allowed. My dogs were laying down!!! I was trying to explain to the owner that these dogs go to hospitals, schools, the courthouse and in tight places. He then asked us to leave or stand in the parking area for people to visit with the dogs. I simply and calmly said we were there to buy flowers. I also have a picture of a dog slightly smaller they allowed to be there. This was a terrible experience, and just so wrong on many levels. I will take this complaint further! Posted a pic of the dog they allowed and of my dog

Sad to see what it has become. Arrived today at 7:00am hoping to sell some handmade items. There were about 5 vendors in the entire place. I waited until around 8:00am to see if more vendors would come. MAYBE 10 vendors total by then and 0 customers. I left and never even set anything up. Wish they would do more to promote for both vendors and customers. Will maybe try again when it gets warmer but don't want to waste my time.

Rices Markets, located just outside of New Hope, is a treasure trove of unique finds and eclectic shopping experiences. As a frequent visitor over the years, I have come to love the diverse range of vendors that can be found at this historic market. One of my personal favorites is Periodical Services, which offers an amazing selection of calendars, figurines, collectibles and home decor. What many people don't know is that Rices Markets has a rich history that dates back to the spring of 1860 when Mr. A.L. Rice settled in Solebury Township, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rice auctioned his own products as well as those of his neighbors and word of his success spread quickly. Soon, farmers from all over started to bring their cattle and farm goods to Mr. Rice to offer for sale. By the 1950s, a market was added and Rice’s began to quickly grow to over 400 vendors from throughout the Northeast! Today, Rice's Market is the oldest and largest outdoor market in Bucks County. As you wander through the market, it's hard not to notice the amazing assortment of antiques and home goods, making it the perfect destination for anyone looking to discover treasures from times past. Whether you're searching for collector's items, heirlooms, period pieces, or more, there is something for everyone. And the best part? Everything is priced to sell, making Rice's Market a true bargain hunter's paradise. Rices Market is a must-visit destination for anyone in the area looking for a unique and fun shopping experience. With its rich history and diverse range of vendors, there is something for everyone at this incredible outdoor market.

The best part was finding this amazing garlic olive oil and the weather. Seems like there are not enough vendors and a lot of the vendors that did show were kind of cranky. It looks more a yard sale from grandma's basement then the cutesy arts and home made crafts I remember when I was young. I hope things change before this becomes a thing of the past.

Cute market with many vendors and great atmosphere ! We were so lucky to visit this area on a Tuesday so we got to visit this market and enjoy the environment there. There is plenty of parking for 1$ and very clean restrooms.

Rice's has fewer vendors than when I was a kid, for sure. It's a smaller market, which is a shame because it's such a hike to get to. But the plant and flowers section is bigger than ever, and the Thai food we found inside one of the barns was amazing. (Not cheap, but authentic - and they put the hot to stuff on the side so you can add to taste.)

Posted opening time is 07:00 but more than half the vendors are not unpacked until 08:00. Eclectic market of Farm produce, flea market finds, antiques, new Holiday folk art items. Food hall. Dog friendly, plenty of parking, good prices for most part. Would visit again but would arrive after 08:00.

This Market is worth FIVE stars just for SUPPA THAI Take-out! Her passion is authentic Thai Food (which is what she grew up eating in Thailand!) Her ingredients are TOP Quality. The flavors of her dishes are COMPLEX! Mouth-watering! I only wish this was not 1 hour drive from my home!!! New Hope, PA you have a HIDDEN GEM!!!!!

This market is very small and not what I expected. I was able to go through the entire market in less than 20 minutes. What I found was a bit pricey but still reasonable. That being said, it was well worth the hour drive out and I can't wait to go back. The venders are super friendly and I ended up getting some great deals, met a man on his 92nd birthday, and made some excellent connections, as well as donated a few dollars to a food bank. Definitely would recommend, but just bring enough cash.

This market has something for everyone. There are people selling used stuff, people selling antiques, new stuff, pet stuff and crafts. There is an amazing nursery there too

It's pretty fun here. Don't expect too much. Most of the vendors sell the same mass produced junk that nobody wants, but there are a bunch of vendors with yard sale like items. It's fantastic to people watch here and the conversations people have are hilarious. You should definitely check this place out if its possible, but don travel too far.
