We have used Leck dumpster service in the past and it was a great experience. I used Leck Waste Services first week of November 2024 to haul away our old roof materials. Steve was spot on with the size for us at 12 yards. Both drivers were great with delivery and return. They parked near our house on the left side so the driveway could be used for parking cars. I've lived in my condo area for a number of years and have had different trash haulers. In all those years I have never heard a positive thing about trash and recycling pickup until now. They are respectful of property. The office staff helps in any way they can. They don't leave any refuse on the ground. Where I've previously heard complains about the mess left by other haulers, I only heard positive things about Leck Waste Services. We are in our second year of having them handle our trash. I highly recommend them
Recently, my partners and I had a few properties we were renovating and Leck was able to remove all of our construction debris sometimes within hours notice. I have never seen a company jump through hoops for customer satisfaction like this before. Not only have we been Leck customers for years, but we will continuously recommend this family owned business over and over.

Also when ever one of their trucks hit your car or brake your windshield, don’t even waste your time talking to this people. It could be only your car and their truck on the highway they still will said the rocks did not coming from their dumpster/trucks.
So important having lunch at the pizza place. With a 3/4 empty parking lot they park in the fire lane blocking the handicapped ramp for the physical therapy place.
Very unprofessional and rude customer service.
Submitted a request via Phone call, and I was told that I will receive the confirmation email in 30 minutes, but did not receive after 3 days, an actual date that they promised to deliver the Dumpster.
So I decided to call in to double check if everything is alright, and this is when I was told that the dumpster is OUT OF STOCK and now I have to get smaller dumpster or more expensive option. I'm okay with other options if that's the only thing I can get, but I was very angry because they did not even bother to call me until I called them to double check. When I asked the sales rep, she literally laughed at me in a very annoyed attitude and said "Well, we are now discussing it on phone anyway so I don't know what else I could've done better. I don't know what else to say now". This is not a personal trash can. This is a Commercial dumpster, and we businesses have our plans and schedule. If they are just going to treat their new customers in this manner, I believe I won't be the only one to move on with other great companies do the same job more professionally.
We have had Leck Waste Services for over a year and they have been nothing but fabulous! ALWAYS on time, friendly drivers and pricing is good. We have other companies in the past and their service can not compare to how amazing Leck Waste is.
Truck driver was great. The dispatch was a little difficult to deal with on a few fees. However, I really appreciate their prompt response to our complaint. And for that I give them 5 stars.
We acquired Leck Services when our trash hauler was consumed by the trash giant. We wanted to maintain service with a local company, and years ago we chose Leck. They service several facilities of ours in Lower Bucks with no issue, and work around holidays and quantity changes flawlessly. You can tell when you have a good company as a partner, when you rarely think about them because their service is dependable. Great company to partner with for your trash needs.

For the few years we use Leck we haven't had any problems. Their price is better than the others. In one occasion we had an issue it was resolved very quickly and professionally.
Leck has been great. Way easier to deal with than than WM. Pricing is very fair. From the begining they have been straight forward and there customer service is very friendly.
I have been dealing with Leck for a couple months now. Everything has been great. I initially contacted another company and then they started giving me the run around about billing and when they can start. I then contacted Leck and had trash cans dropped off the next day and service right away.
Since we switched to Leck, we don't have to review our bill each month for increased costs as with prior company, pick-ups occur as scheduled, drivers are courteous. All that included at a very competitive price!
I have been both a commercial and residential customer for many years. The team at Leck waste could not be any better… Not only do they have the best pricing around they are community focused and dedicated to the well-being of the environment. If anyone is looking for dumpster service you cannot go wrong with the service, price and friendliness... if I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would.
The dispatcher, Jim has always been courteous and extremely helpful. Both delivery and pick-up are quick and the drivers are friendly, polite and careful. I will continue to use Leck for my dumpster needs because I value their dependability.
Whoa, not sure what happened but if you have had Waste Management, Anders or BFI, these guys are great. They are both careful of property and considerate. Our little grandson was sitting in a toy playing at end of driveway the truck was loud and the little guy started to cry. The guy came over and spoke with him and calmed him. Never have our cans out in the street, never have anything spilled and left. Yes, they do cost more, yes they do charge for somethings, but overall, can't ask for better. In this issue you reported I would have called back and tried to work this out with the office folks. I have called several times about schedules and etc and always found them pleasant and helpful. I asked for brochures and slowly our neighbors are moving to them after dealing with the other companies
I've had Leck pick up my garbage and recycling for years. Overall the service was fair but there were occasions where they would pick up my yard waste bags and take three bags and leave the fourth. How irritating this was! Despite their 3-bag policy, none of my neighbors at the time had any yard waste bags out and they could have easily taken one more bag. They have left items by the curb that were not large-sized and when I called to complain, they told me I had to pay $15 to have the items removed when they were not over-sized.
Leck is much more expensive than the other garbage and recycling collectors in the area. When I decided to cancel my service, not only did the customer service rep give me a very hard time, she hung up on me. What incredibly rude service! She just ruined any chance of me ever returning as a customer.
