First time I was at PRESTON'S, seemed to be well ran business. I got my car inspected, I left it there and they called me an hour or so later, it was done. They also did a complimentary check of all fluids, I had a coupon?. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you PRESTON'S.

Great shop to do business with. They did an engine swap for me and did a fantastic job. Great attention to detail and made sure is was done right.

I dropped off my truck for a thermostat swap and was told truck is ready. They had my truck for almost 4 days for this work not sure why it took so long. They tried to slip extra water pump charge but I noticed and owner Dave Preston removed the extra charge only after I noticed. I was charged a little over $1800 for a thermostat, serpentine belt, and water pump gasket plus labor. A little highg but I paid. The moment I started my truck I noticed a high shake and vibration. I drove it in the lot and check engine light lit up. I was highly upset and couldn't believe that was happening. I walked back in Dave came out and said leave it here we will look into it etc. It took them another full day to tell me it has an internal engine problem which I never had before bringing to this shop. He said he will look into it and see if it can be fixed. They had the truck for 2 more days and said the engine is bad need to spent ballpark $12k to $14k. My heart sunk when I heard the price for something that should've never happened if i had never brought it here. I drove my truck home stood in front of my truck with the hood opened and looked to see if I noticed something off. I did see a intake hose caped at one ind and othe just hanging out dont know why tgey would have left it like that. I took it to a different mechanic and they are repairing all damages made by Preston garage. Please be aware of this shop. I trusted this shop because is local family owned and reviews. I am not a person that leaves bad reviews for any minor bad things but this is major and of I can help the next customer or consumer I will.

A very pleasant experience. Person we delt with very personable, explained problems with my car,so I knew what work was needed. Car was done in 1 day, which I was not used to.I have already recommended them to several people. Very nice operation,very nice people,very clean neat shop.

I’ve gone to Preston’s Garage several times now for some car work and inspections. Mike and everyone else there have been very courteous. They have completed work on time in a thorough manner at a great value. I do a lot of the maintenance work on my car, and this is my go to garage for when the problem is outside of my skill set. I highly recommend them.

Preston’s garage did a great job in looking over and evaluating a car that I just purchased, but that has sat for the past two years. Mike assured me that it would be a great car and let me know everything that needed priority attention but other things that could wait. I was very impressed with the system they have with showing pictures of items that needed replacing. I was able to make An educated decision on replacing only the things that were necessary. They did a great job and I will be returning to get work done at Preston‘s.

I am the original owner of a 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora with over 235,000 miles on it. Needless to say, it has been getting harder and harder to find anyone who wants to even work on my car.  I have taken really good care of it and it has been garage-kept, and I really want to keep it, but I was beginning to lose hope that I would be able to get the latest issues fixed. I was dealing with a diagnostic code relating to my transmission, and I was having problems with it starting - and it wasn't the battery because everything worked fine in the car. After speaking to another vintage-car owner, I decided to take it into Preston's with the hopes of getting it back running again in the way I was accustomed to it running.  I was very encouraged when everyone I spoke to when I dropped it off seemed to understand just how much that car meant to me. Well I just picked it up yesterday, and all I want to do now is drive it everywhere! Preston's recommended to use the transmission shop a few doors down from them to address my transmission issues, which I did, and then they would look into the issue with it turning over when started. Both shops went above and beyond in not only repairing what needed to be repaired, but it taking care of other problems they saw when they were working on it and it was already apart.  My car now handles the way I remember it did years ago, and it starts right up.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I highly recommend this shop and plan to take my car there whenever I need additional work done.

Update since Google won't allow you to leave more than one review for the same business: I just wanted to say that we just had our car in for service again and I didn't realize how bad my car had gotten until they fixed it, and fix it they did! It rides like a new car even though it's pretty old. We always appreciate the outstanding experience and consistency (which is very important) we find at Preston's. Thank you all so much! We have been going to Preston's for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone there is friendly yet professional and we know our cars will always be done right the first time! Amazing! I went in because my 2014 Nissan Frontier felt like it was falling apart. I was worried about putting the money into it, but I'm so glad I did! I really did not want to take on a new car payment. After taking it to Preston's it was driving like a brand new truck! I couldn't believe the difference! Their customer service is awesome. They explain in detail everything your car needs and give you pricing before they do anything. I'm never going anywhere else! Thank you to Mike, Steve and the Preston team!

Preston’s is an excellent auto garage and I have known them for many years. They go above and beyond to take care of your vehicle and their clients. They are very congenial all of the time.

Dropped car off the night prior to appt. Car was taken into shop first thing for inspection. Anything needed, I was contacted for approval quickly. Mike at front desk is very efficient and friendly. Car was done before noon. Smooth as butter service!

I have been looking for a reputable place to have my Jeep inspected . In the past I have been taken advantage of multiple times , and was told my vehicle needed thousands of dollars of work done for it to pass inspection . I was honestly afraid to drive my car . My brother suggested Preston Garage, he made an appointment and we took my Jeep to them . I can not say enough good things about this business . They communicated what needed to be done and what my Jeep would need done in the future . They inspected my Jeep and I had it back early the next morning . The honesty and integrity of this shop is amazing . I will never take my vehicle anywhere else . Thank you Preston Garage for treating me like family .

My cars ac was not working (every sumner for the last 3 years) and uses a special freon, which noone carries. I called Prestons and he agreed to look at it and see if my warranty company would work with his shop. Preston's finally fixed my ac after having it to the dealership 3 times! I even tried a different dealership and they said it was fine Prestons was very nice and easy to deal with, they also worked with my warranty company and got everything taken care of!!!! Got an update every few days and they were very thorough! I know it was alot of paperwork n calls on his end to deal with the warranty company and Im very thankful someone was able to finally fix my car! Will definitely be bringing my jeep there from now on and never ever taking it to the dealership again.

I have used Preston Garage a few times. Everyone there is very nice. I’m always given details on the work. They take good care of my cars. They are honest and the price is fair. Preston’s Garage allows me to schedule my car needs around my work schedule; so accommodating.

Having been through some really bad garage experiences I was ready to trade in my beloved jeep because I couldn’t find a capable mechanic at the dealership or local level who could manage it. Preston’s did an amazing job. It’s like a new car, and I now have a mechanic I can trust. Thank you Preston’s, thank you. And thank you again. Such a great team over there, amazing service, and the prices make sense. A mechanic doesn’t seem like a big deal until you find one who is competent and qualified and meticulous. And then you know the difference.

I needed to get my truck (her name is Betty) inspected and saw the high rating on Google so I opted for Preston Garage. A 4.9/5 does not do this place justice! The service was excellent from Dave and Kelly. Kelly called me during the inspection and told me about the issues with my brakes. They asked me if I wanted to replace them and gave me a quote. I've been to other mechanics who will just replace something and not tell me about it till it was time to pay the bill. I okayed the repairs and Dave picked me up just before five pm (despite closing at 5) so I could get my baby back today. They didn't have to do this, but they did. Dave talked me through some other items that I need to address with the truck and I will certainly be bringing Betty back for repairs and regular service! And I have to mention there was a little goody bag with candy and snacks waiting for me on the center console when I got my Betty back. 10/10. I highly recommend Preston's.

Used Preston's Garage for an inspection. It was handled in a timely manner. The battery also needed a little maintenance. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. This was my first time going to them and I will be using their services again when needed. I'm replacing my mechanic of over 30 years who sold the business and who felt like a women's mechanic as well as family.. My Family and I have been going to Preston's Garage for well over 15 years. We are loyal customers. Because they are honest hardworking and care about you the person and your vehicle. Amazing auto mechanic but, most importantly amazing people. They treat everyone like family. They always go above and beyond for my family and I. As far as we are concerned there is no other Mechanic that will ever touch our cars. I consider everyone there my friend and I know they consider us their friends as well.
