We've had an amazing experience with Cavanaugh. They came out to survey our property back in 2021 to resolve a dispute. Fast forward to this year and we called them to restake so that we can easily install a fence for our family to enjoy our yard. Gabby was pleasant and helped us get scheduled faster than we can blink. Nick came out to restake for us and walked the line with us, showing us the pins at the corners and talking us through how the line was situated the existing vegetation (so we understood which trees were and weren't ours!). The picture of professionalism, would highly recommend anyone work with them!
This is the best surveying company out there and I wish I had more stars to give. Cavanaugh helped us and our neighbor back in 2023 with creating a new survey in order to fix our incorrect property lines. I reached out to over 5 different companies for help, but no one would take the job. Gabby is such an amazing person. Extremely friendly and responsive. Prices were very fair as well. Her team was so great and helpful to work with when we met them at our property. I just reached out recently (2 years later) for additional assistance in finishing up our property line lawsuit and Gabby responded within 5 minutes. Insane. This company is more than highly recommended. It is literally outstanding and above and beyond continuous customer service. I don’t have enough words to describe how grateful I am to have found such an amazing surveying company and this is the only place I will ever recommend to anyone needing surveying or any related tasks done. 100/10

Nick came to my house to do all the information need for my survey and plot plan. Nick was a TOTAL PROFESSIONSAL in every sense of the word. He treated my house like it was his house. There was a problem with one of the pin locations. He went back to the office and spoke to Patrick to get the proper placement of the pin. Nick came back out and staked my property with the updated pin placement. I would recommend CAVANAUGH SURVERYING SERVICE WITHOUT RESERVATION!! Gabby and the team at Cavanaugh's were responsive, helpful, and accurate in their work. A year after the purchase of our new home, we wanted a detailed survey completed for the planning of new hardscaping and landscaping.
The team happily picked up additional detail where we requested, provided us with maps in various formats, and communicated clearly and quickly. We'll likely be going back to Cavanaugh's for follow up work!
