Great and reliable service. Ashley was very patient and professional. Manager was good as well.
The price was a bit surprising (let’s blame the tarrifs ?) but outstanding delivery. Extra fees were for individual wrapping/separation. Shipped a box worth of 1000$ but all pieces were successfully delivered. No leaking or damage reported. My sister is very happy.
Vicky and her team do a great job on the business end, but they also do a superb job for any personal printing needs as well. Great service and creativity. Thank you.

Update. Ups tracking wasn't updating The heavy large rectangular box for days so I called Jim. He took my info and called back explaining how it probably went via rail in a UPS container to California. He stated UPS would update in a day or so. This morning I checked the site and the package is in CA heading to us final destination. ? thank you Jim.
Original review... So very helpful and friendly. I had a large thin cardboard return box and they went out of their way to help me carry it inside. This store makes Amazon returns so easy.

Always friendly, helpful and professional. I have requested notarary services, mail boxes out weekly, had items faxed, emailed always a pleasure to work with everyone in this location.
The folks that work there are so very helpful. Always friendly and patient. Any package I send is handled with care and I’m given options on delivery times. I’ve been known to inundate them with needing multiple copies of 100+ page reports and they get them done so quickly. Like within minutes! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
A very important package for my grandsons was shipped out of Buckingham. Tracking went well and showed the package was delivered in a timely fashion. But my daughter-in-law could not find the package. I called Jim at the Buckingham store and told him. He pulled up the details and called me back within minutes telling me there was a picture of the package delivered. Jim then proceeded to email me the picture which I forwarded to my daughter-in-law and she quickly found it. Service today like this is rare Jim went beyond to help me. I can’t thank him enough for setting my mind at ease. He’s definitely on my Christmas card list.
As is the case for many since Covid, I now work from my home (my office is in NYC). Very often I need the services of the UPS Store, ranging from Notary, faxing, shipping, copying large quantities ..... the usual office needs one doesn't typically have available in their office at home.

Rude employees in a customer service business don't belong. The short blond woman is not only rude, she is nasty and obnoxious. She acts like the manager but seems to do little if anything. Maybe she is the owner. Either way, adjust the attitude. Belittling your customers because they were not aware of the rules isn't fun to witness. You had the old lady practically in tears and you seemed to enjoy it. What's wrong with you?
Went in for notary services for my recently deceased father's will. Staff was truly compassionate and took steps to help beyond the duties of a UPS store. Thanks to Vicki and the rest of the team.
My emailed printouts were ready, paper clipped, collected beautifully, and kindly presented. Another competent service was the returning of a product, which was carefully sent back to the manufacturer. I will confidentially return for future services !!! Thank you

I had a last minute property closing and needed a notary at 6:00pm. I called and Vickie said come right over. She was extremely helpful, very competent in helping me understand what I needed to sign and what she needed to notarize. She helped me organize the documents to mail and got them ready by the time the UPS person arrived. They gave me time and space to remain in the store while I ironed out last minute details of the closing and stayed out of thunderstorm. Kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable . Also, the store is bright and inviting. I highly recommend them for all your mailing, notary or supply needs.

I had a huge deliverable from a large client for fulfillment by Vicky and team and the fedex shipment of materials going to the UPS store was put on the wrong truck and rerouted and I was missing my deadline.
Jim drove to me, one hour, round trip to pick up the materials I had at my office to fulfill the order. They offered this without hesitation.
I am always a fan of the Buckingham Green UPS store but wanted to let everyone know- they really make my work seamless to my clients! They are way more than a copy and shipping center. They are true business partners!

Working on a couple projects for work which included printing and shipping of materials to several individual addresses. This is a tedious job and requires attention to detail (each printing job, approx 30, had to go to a different address). They need to arrive on time for a online class and everything was sent out on time. Very happy with the Services and follow up. I would definitely recommend them!
I have been using this UPS store for years. The people there are professional and courteous. They seem to have a good selection of things like mailers, birthday cards etc. Things always move smoothly in the store and whatever I have shipped has always been handled properly.
I can't say enough good things about The UPS Store in Buckingham Green. I have worked with them for the past 20 years. My previous company used to ship high value items in bulk all over the USA, Canada and other parts of the world. We also did all of our printing with them from business cards to banners of all sizes. My current company still uses this location mostly for large format printing, menus and rack cards. I'm always greeted with a smile and I leave the store happy as if visiting dear friends, which Vicky and Jim have certainly become :) I highly recommend this local business for all your needs!
UPS had an issue with item shipped to Canada. Manager called me and was extremely helpful in getting it resolved without my having to do anything at all. Excellent customer service, would recommend for shipping.
Vicky and her staff are my go to professionals for all of my printing needs. She is one of the most kind and caring professionals I have had the privilege to work with and she always produces excellent results. Vicky and her team have printed proposals I use with my customer's and I have gotten plenty of comments on their professional booklets. In addition, the variety of printing products they offer is amazing. Currently, I am working with her on printing car magnets for myself and my family to advertise my business, and in the future I plan to have her redesign and print my business cards. The difference between Vicky and everyone else is the amount of care and excellent customer service she provides. I look forward to working with her for many years to come!
Tried to send promo item for a conference in Bahamas. Sent it 2 weeks before event. Charged over $300.00. Never received package until after I had already left the event, which was 3 days later. When the hotel called me to say they have a package, I told them to return it to the return address as directed by the UPS store. The hotel tried to do that and the UPS driver refused to return the package because there was no return label. Called back the store and got told we will have someone call you back. I received numerous calls from customs saying that UPS store didn't fill in correct information, and that no one from the store was calling them back. It was and still is a nightmare. I am out the $300 plus dollars for shipping the package. I had no promo items for my event, and now I am out the cost of the promo items.
The owner, Vicky Child, makes sure that her staff provides the best services with printing and shipping. Vicky works tirelessly long hours to make sure her customers receive the fastest printing service. I know from experience. She is the best there is when it comes to customer service.
Recently shipped several boxes of treasured pictures and keepsake items from my parents' family home in New Hope back to my home in Chicago. The service was EXCELLENT--from carefully taking my order, to when I received the packages I was so impressed with how all the items were so thoroughly and carefully wrapped and packaged--in excellent condition.
