Thank you to Zach at the Sayer store for doing up and above tracking to find the information on a part. Was really great talk to someone that knows the business and cares about the customer. I have work for Cat for 40 years and would definitely do what it takes to help Zach . He should be at a higher level. Thank you again Zach.

Stood in the store 20 min while the employees where busy playing on computers and chatting in the back. A line of customers waiting. Glad to see how they treat Comercial accounts

I wish I could give negative stars. The employees are rude and incompetent. Don’t have a sign in the window that you install batteries if you don’t provide that service.

Lincoln navigator, front CV/axles barring Advanced auto their brand. Need replaced once a yr! Two consecutive yrs now! Then told by store manager that the lifetime warranty as stated, apparently is not a life time watranty, Uuu'm, yeah O'k. Will no longer be honored as it's apparently considered abuse of entitlement! Aww isn't that cute! No, the abuse is having to change them out once a yr for inspection. such low quality and shotty workmanship and putting them on the market for sale.

Came here after Auto Zone had the incorrect part for my car. Specifically, a gas cap for a 2007 Buick Rendezvous. Not sure why Auto Zone's part didn't fit, but the part from Advance Auto fit just fine and came with a tether. Staff was very friendly, and the store was clean and well organized. Will definitely return. =)

Nice store only problem asked them to put wipers on my truck worker said he couldn't big sign covers whole window says installs wipers lol bought them and went home and had son install

I had a problem with my windshield wipers falling off AGAIN I had wipers for my mkc Lincoln put on at O'Reilly and it came off one blew off on the highway. They remounted one and replaced the other with rainex

Poor selection, prices are higher than auto zone. Friendly staff. Wish prices were more competitive.

Pretty cool people work there, a little biased cause a friend works there, he's cool, name is hunter. Find a whole lot you might need or want for your car, truck, or other vehicles.

I bought a battery there for my wife's Honda CR-V, and just returned the old one to refund my credit card.no issues.

I'll say this the staff and management have come along way with accuracy. Clean store good selection.

Don't like being told my car doesn't exist & being told the part I want won't fit my car by someone that is not a mechanic & can only type a computer keyboard. Person shouldn't even be there in my opinion. I've been a mechanic over 30 years.

I'm editing my review. Like any store with employee turnover the quality of the employees varies. As of right now (March,12,2020) and up to a year prior, this is not the place to go if you like friendly faces and someone happy to help. They are very sombre at best to angry to be there at worst. Hopefully regional management will take a look to see what has gone wrong as Advance Auto Parts is my go to for parts.

My vehicle had a check engine light on so I went by to get them to test it. I have an after market cruise control that is hook to the adapt to where they have to plug to machine in. The technician they came out had no idea how to unplug the cruise control and hooked a machine to it. He wanted me to actually get down there and hooked everything up. I tell him that I go to AutoZone because they could probably do it better and he said that would be right and they can print off the results where he can't. This is the 2nd time I've gone by this advance and had problems. The other time I would by and a woman came out I had no idea how to put my windshield wiper on the back of my Chevy Trax.

Pretty much all you need under one roof. I even bought a crate engine from them many years ago, was still running great when I sold the car less than a year ago.

The counter lady saw me trying to decide which of seven different bands of wiper blades to try this time. My last two sets were not all I had hoped for. To top it off their was a sale going and I saved $10!

I've been going here for automotive parts since I started doing work to my own cars, and never once have I had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, unlike the Auto Zone down the road. I always recommend this store over said Auto Zone.

Advance auto parts is great because they have a ton of products on the shelf and in stock. Windshield wipers for every make and model vehichle, everything for oil changes for the DIYers and very helpful staff , can test your battery, read engine error codes and help you diagnose and knowledgeable and friendly. Thier club card saves you money after so many purchases. I like this store a lot

Some of the employees are quite knowledgeable and helpful. Selection of parts is good though they don't always have it all.

Clean but run down. Staff most interested in non visible customers, attention paid to phone orders over people who were physically there.

Nice store but know your parts some of the sales people are not very trained in the automotive field

A lady's battery was dead by Aldi's and she could not call anyone. We were parked next to her and walked over and a real nice lady that works at Advance Auto went right away and helped her.
