Had daughter and s-i-law wedding and reception here 2 weeks ago. Nice charming place. Could use a few upgrades. A/C in the building is not very good. Dishwasher in kitchen is functional but should be upgraded. Kitchen could use an upgrade. A good proofing oven would be a nice upgrade along with better pots pans etc for prepping bulk amounts of food. Ie stock pots, buffet trays, full size baking sheets. Commercial ice maker would also be a good help. Can be a little cramped for more than 125 people. Overall it's a nice place with a rich history and it sits along a nice little creek. There is a large lawn area in the back with a pavilion and tables, a fire pit, and a peaceful calm. The owner is super nice and very easy to deal with. There are 6 basic guest rooms available to use along with a bridal suite in the second floor. I would recommend you checking this out for your next large gathering.
Had my baby shower here and it was a wonderful location. The owner was kind, the venue was spacious and clean, and there were many scenic areas for nice photos.
Awesome place, not hard to get to. Outside was pretty w/big yard, little bridge over a creek, big pavilion. We had a kitchen & bride & bridemaids stayed upstairs in spacious, old time rooms?
Such a beautiful venue! The building was the perfect mix of historical charm and modern style. I’ve been to multiple events here, from a baby shower to a wedding, and the space has been just right for each one. Can’t recommend enough!
Quaint...charming....rustic....comfy cozy....ideal for a country wedding and reception...highly recommend!!! My daughter did everything from set up to clean up herself ..but the eclectic atmosphere was worth it!!!
Beautiful old building with lots of history. My son got married here and it was a beautiful country setting and then my girlfriend got married here also. Reasonably priced with bedrooms upstairs if you have out of town guests and a bridal suite too. Owners were beyond helpful in every aspect.
Nice place to have a wedding or party. It's on the smaller side. Secluded, romantic would appropriately describe it. Look for the large rock marking the entrance. Great owners extremely helpful!
One of the best event venue in the area. A quite place for weddings and corporate outings nestled in The Glen. The building was once a private club for the local elite.
