I can not say enough about the customer service I had @ Zeigler Chevrolet!! From the time I made the 1st service appointment to the time I got there, I had nothing but a great experience!!! I was greeted at the service desk By Danelle C. who was nice, in a good mood, and understood my issues I had with my truck. My recalls and update with my truck were her top concern, she made we feel welcomed, and her top priority! That is hard to find these day! She kept me informed about the status of my repair, and if there were any issues along the way. Also Scott W. was a amazing person to deal with through these repairs and updates. He also was understanding, knowledgeable, and very kind. He also kept me up to date with parts and repair times. Thank you to both and the crew in the garage! I would highly recommend Zeigler Chevrolet for you next vehicle purchase and or vehicle service repair. Also I would like to mention, I did not make my original vehicle purchase here, and they still treated me like family! What A Great Company!!!

I traveled about an hr to see a car I fell in love with online-2024 Chevy Trax, in the most unique green I've ever seen. I pulled into the dealership and there she was-still available for purchase. I peeked in the windows and did my own walk around, and went inside. When I entered the building, I was greeted by Doc, one of the friendliest salesman I've ever worked with. He walked me to the car, plated it, and told me to take her for a ride. By the time I got back, the payment breakdown was ready and I was sold. The finance officer took over from there, gave me a layman's terms breakdown of everything and before I knew it, I was riding home in my new Trax. From start to finish, I was only there about 90 mins-fastest I've ever purchased a vehicle. No pushy salesman, a quaint atmosphere, and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Zeigler Chevy for your next purchase!

A Complete Nightmare – Stay Far Away from Ziegler Chevy! If Ziegler Chevy claims to uphold their reputation by word of mouth, let me be the first to set the record straight—we will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! The entire process has been an absolute disaster, filled with incompetence, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for customer service. My husband purchased a vehicle and traded in another, expecting a smooth transaction. We live out of state, so Ziegler Chevy provided 45-day temporary tags while we completed our inspection. We sent the necessary documents via certified mail with a request for confirmation of receipt, and—surprise!—they never even bothered to acknowledge it. We had to follow up ourselves when tracking showed they received it, only to later get a demanding and rude call insisting we send them the title for the trade-in, something we don’t have since the vehicle was financed and not owned by us.. This was never communicated beforehand, and as regular customers, NOT car dealers, we had no way of knowing this was their process. Instead of a professional, courteous explanation, we were treated with impatience and condescension. Then came the next major failure—we were informed that the out-of-state inspection had expired because Ziegler Chevy sat on our documents for over a month without processing them! So now, on our own time and dime, we had to go back to the BMV, get a new inspection, and resend the paperwork. All because of their negligence. And what do we get in return? Absolutely no accountability. To make matters worse, with our temporary tags about to expire, we reached out for a resolution, only to be told they won’t issue another one and that they aren’t responsible for delays because they use a third-party company. Excuse me? You’re the dealership we bought the car from—take some responsibility for your customers instead of passing the buck! The lack of communication throughout this process has been appalling. Over a week ago, the salesman finally reached out to let us know about the expired inspection and promised to follow up the next day. Days went by with radio silence, and when we finally got an excuse, it was weak at best. Bottom line: This dealership has zero regard for its customers once they drive off the lot. Their incompetence has cost us time, money, and endless frustration, and we will NEVER do business with them again. If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Excellent experience purchasing my Bolt EV from Chris & Team at Ziegler Chevrolet. The dealership was very prompt, friendly, and efficient. The car was in excellent condition as presented in their online advertisement. They were willing to work with me over the phone and kept their word when I arrived. Drove over 2 hours to do business here and would do it again.

My 16 year-old granddaughter bought her first car today! We had a wonderful salesman, Chris Harr. He was very patient, helpful and kind. Finance person was equally great! I came in on a Friday afternoon to purchase a truck and was met by Dan. He was very condescending and short with me as I tried to work through the buying process. Any questions I had in regards to clarifying numbers were met with short, frustrated responses. It was clear that his only goal was to get home on time that day. Long story short, I agreed to purchase the truck and he told me to come back the next day if I wanted it, because he had to go. I've worked with a lot of dealerships and this was by far my worst experience. It's a shame he is the general manager there if that's how he treats prospective customers. What a disappointment.

Hi. Frederick's is my go to whether lunch meat,cheese or BBQ needs. The meat is fresh,tender and tasted. The price is great and the service is superior. If you have questions they are ready to help. By the way their catering is the best.

Zeigler is how you want a service center to be. They are professional and friendly and it's always nice and clean. As a bonus, the provide coffee water and a selection of pastries and snacks in the waiting room.

Took my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation; car had zero problems. After oil change, engine light is on and engine running rough. After asking them to look at it, K.R. did nothing but check the oil level, and then tells us couldn't be their fault and nothing he can do. No offer to look at it more, refund, or any consideration. Thanks for basically telling local customers we can't be bothered to do anything other than take your money. Wouldn't let them touch a bicycle at this point.

The service department is always very easy to work with! I don't easily get comfortable with other people servicing my vehicles but I do trust them. One of the best tire balancing machines around!!

This place was great from start to finish. Phone calls answered quickly. Friendly staff. Service dept. called to update me on my trucks progress. Then called to explain everything that was done. Work was timely. This is the place to go in the Altoona area for work on you Chevy.

Parts and service employees were very kind and knowledgeable. Service counter and waiting area are bright and clean, comfortable seating, and a work area with charging ports. First time I've actually enjoyed a trip to a dealer, highly recommend.

Contacted the dealer regarding a new Silverado I found on their website (which was easy to use and upfront pricing). After speaking with the salesman, Bob, we decided to check the truck out on Saturday. When we arrived, Keith set us up with a test drive and helped us with all of our questions. We loved that there was no pressure and no pushy sales tactics we found at other dealers. It really made us feel welcome and part of the family. They let us think it over and we ultimately decided to buy the truck the following Monday. They made sure that we qualified for all of the incentives and really went out of their way. We gave Ernie some information over the phone and had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealer after work, making the process very fast for us. We were in and out in 45-minutes with a new truck. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. This will be our first stop for vehicles from now on.

I Bought a car from them a year ago at a price cheaper than the dealership up the road in Duncanville had similar cars listed. I drove an hour to deal with them and a crazy snow storm blew in while I was there buying the car. A few days later when I had the opportunity to look under the car in better conditions I discovered a minor issue that they quickly compensated the cost for repair from a local garage. I would definitely deal with them again if they had the car I was looking for.

I purchased a used suv from this dealership a year ago. After being promised the vehicle had been through the dealership service center we were told that the vehicle was mechanically sound and had everything replaced that needed it. Within the first month we had to bring the vehicle back to the dealership due to some odd noises in the front end and the brakes were making a horrendous noise as well(we were told it had all new brakes on the entire vehicle at time of purchase). After a $800 bill for new brake rotors and a front wheel bearing. Luckily the service manager understood my frustration and had the dealership eat the bill. So only 4 months later I discovered the A/C did not work correctly. So back to the dealership service center only to find the a/c system had a leak and the dealerships secondary shop knew about it and just tried to patch it instead of fixing it correctly. So the the dealership service center had to replace the a/c lines to make it right. LUCKILY the awesome service department stood up for me once again and ate the bill. More recently I was at the the dealership looking to buy a used truck. I was treated very poorly by the sales department over a highly over priced vehicle that was nearly $7000 over the blue book price. Safe to say I will not be visiting this dealership again.

I was skeptical about taking our car to a dealer to be worked on thinking they'd be as crooked as the regular garages but I can honestly say I was completely wrong. They always take great care of my car for the same or less than I'd pay at sears or firestone and the staff here is so great offered drinks and it was raining and I had my infant with me they pulled my car to the door and even offered to carry my baby to the car I've never bought a car here but talked with sales personnel and they're extremely nice also when I buy a new car it will be from here I'm glad to spend money at a place with such great customer support and services you won't go wrong at zeiglers
