Very kind on the phone, was able to get a tow scheduled immediately. The driver was at my location within the hour and was very friendly and professional.
Contacted Eddie about getting our classic car which was not running to the repair shop. We tried all week starting Friday through the following Friday however the snowy weather would not cooperate. When it was finally a go Eddie and his coworker showed up on a blistering cold evening after the snow stopped. They were extremely careful with my classic vehicle, and made sure there were no hiccups in the loading process. When we got to the garage they made sure they were careful with unloading and helped to push it into the garage. I would highly recommend Eddie and his coworker for future business without hesitation. They were professional and friendly and took great care of our baby.

My car broke down and would not start in downtown altoona! A guy named Eddie came and jumped my battery, my car turned right on and I was good to go! The service took less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend!!

Terrible service! I got my car towed and the driver was very rude I don’t know what happened we were fine on the phone and the moment he saw me things went down hill. He was very unprofessional! I will NEVER use this tow company again! Please save yourself from the headache

Our car battery acted up and messed up the alternator while we are on the highway. It was after hours on Sunday and most places we called are closed. We've also met with our insurance's unreliable and pricy 24/7 roadside assistance. The weather is hot and help was no where to be found. Fortunately, I found PAB/KarPro Towing & Roadside assistance. I talked to Eddie and he really was a savior. He was very friendly and professional. He took care of every single need from towing the car to a workshop to replacing a battery. We were able to back on the road in no time. I couldn't help but thank Eddie and the family for helping us out. Thank you so much Eddie. Our car broke down in downtown Altoona and we called so many towing companies prior to calling Eddie (our first mistake) while we were waiting 3+ hours for a different towing company, we gave Eddie a call and he showed up within 15 minutes! He tried jumping the car, but we had a feeling it wasn’t a battery issue. He immediately knew that it was a problem with the starter, spent a couple minutes underneath our car and then got it started! Super reasonably priced, on time and professional. We’ll be using his services for our car moving forward!
Good towing company! I bought a 1979 VW Bus & wanted someone that I could trust to properly tow it to my house. Eddie is certified & knew what he was doing - exactly what I was looking for. We agreed on a certain time to pick it up & he was there waiting on me. I was VERY pleased. Good service & well worth it to know my vehicle was in good hands. It doesn't matter what kind of vehicle you have - Eddie takes his time to ensure your vehicle will be safe during the tow. He's truly a good guy & works hard. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great job!
