I got towed by Spitlers after being in a car accident and the service was great! The tow truck driver was very friendly and polite and helped make a stressful time a little easier. He went out of his way to make sure the service was top tier and that everything was taken care of. I also had to call the office for a receipt and the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

To make a long story short, I was involved in an accident in West Reading and Spitlers was called to tow my vehicle. Donald, the owner, was absolutely above and beyond kind to me. The weather was absolutely frigid and he offered to let me sit in his truck with the heat on and drive me to a safe area (off of the highway my accident took place) to wait for my family to get me who live over an hour away. He made me feel much more calm, positive, and reassured during the traumatic time. As a 21 year old woman who has not the slightest idea about vehicles/autobody work, he answered my questions and offered great advice. If you are someone looking for a tow truck that is reliable, safe, and friendly, look no further than Spitlers. Especially any women who may be reading this, I have never felt more safe and comfortable in a stressful situation, you are in great hands.
I ran out of gas in traffic on rt 12 and splitters towing had a driver named Jonny there to save me in mins. The driver was polite. The experience was professional. The tow was also reasonably priced.
Quick service, thoughtful when driver dropped it off at the dealership, called multiple times to make me aware of an issue with my window (even after leaving a voicemail). Very thankful!
Tyler was very proficient and professional when I needed a tow from you guys. He had my car up on his truck quick and was calm and reassuring the whole time. Also, that truck was immaculately clean too!
Five stars. Prompt service, reasonable price, and very professional. Took very good care of loading the vehicle paying attention to ground clearance so it’s not to have anything scraped when loading on the flatbed. Jeremy was extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Blake was right on time, found exactly where I was, and did a great job remaining calm and unstressed even though the space was tight & crowded trying to get my car out---showed creativity, skill & efficiency getting my car on the truck. Overall, a highly positive experience, will definitely use again if I get stranded.

My classic car was loaded carefully from the crash site to ensure no additional damage occurred. It was transported & set where requested & Tyler placed broken rear wheel on wheeled dolly so car could be moved in the future.

My truck broke down last week driving to see mom on Mother’s Day. It was a less than ideal experience. But, the Spring Township police and Tyler from Spitlers Towing made it something that I can look back with thankfulness. What impressed me about Tyler was how professional he was with the entire experience. He even took the time to inform me that by towing to their garage to get my truck fixed. It might be up to a week before it would be fixed. I really appreciate his candidness and truthfulness in that. The reality was that after they got it to their shop the next day they were able to fix it and I was able to pick up my truck that very next evening. Thank you so much Spitler‘s towing and Tyler for making a really bad experience one that I can look back on and be thankful for
My Daughter's car broke down over the Easter Holiday weekend, leaving her stranded in a very rural area near Blue Marsh Lake. I called Spitler's and was told that they were currently cleaning up an accident scene, but would help us as soon as possible. They called me back shortly thereafter to let us know they were on the way! They towed the car to their shop and called first-thing the following Monday to let us know that the car could be repaired. They were very honest about their busy schedule, so I arranged for another shop to do the repairs. Spitler's towed it there the next day without issue (they even sent photos). The whole process was seamless, and the cost was very reasonable. They were even considerate to not get oil from their previous tow on the driveway of the client my daughter was visiting. As far as I'm concerned, Spitler's provided excellent customer service, and the communication was refreshingly excellent. I now have their number in my phone, just in case. Thank you very much for all the help! A+++
