We take our vehicles here to be serviced and for inspections. We could not have better service anywhere. So happy someone referred us. Best place ever.
They charged $150 to tow my car 3 miles. And the other reviews were right, they only take cash and they don't give you a receipt. The driver wanted to start up my car to drive it onto the bed even though I told him I thought the engine was blown. Whatever.
Very immature to take responsibility for own actions very disrespectful in the phone when it came to installing my device took three days couldn't call me and update me when things were wrong with the interlock device and kept on saying it would be done it would be done but one can be an actual date then they keep on complaining about how my car isn't flawless
I've been taking my vehicles to TRAC for years now. I get them inspected there as well as any other services they may need. They are trustworthy and very honest. They always do great work and are very reasonably priced compared to other service centers.
On one of the coldest months of the year I had an appointment to drop my car off at Trac Auto. It was snowing very heavy and the grounds were very icy. After I dropped my car off I emphasized how I didn't have a ride back to my house 7 miles away. They ignored me and I had to walk 2 hours in heavy snow and icy conditions. I was sick for the following week and was willing to accept that two hour walk to have my car finally up and running. I went back several days later to pick up my car as it was "fixed". When I first started my car it had the same issues within 1 minute of starting the car. They charged me 200+ dollars for I'm almost positive no work done on the car. Stupid me I took my car back a second time to be fixed. This time they charged me 300+ dollars and the car was still not fixed. Fool me once shame on you but fool me twice shame on me. I recommend just burning your money instead going here.

I am always very pleased with the service I receive from Trac/Tiny Rinehart's Auto Center.
I can wait for my car to be serviced, or someone will drive me home and pick me up again when my car is done. Whatever I need to have done to my car, Tiny Rinehart will take care of it.
