I was very pleased with the rear hatch assembly I got from chucks. Great care was taken on the removal of the part, factory plugs were disconnected not cut, the delivery person took great care in the handling. Was told the part was a grade A no dents or dings and best quality. When I received it I should have cleaned it. It had a smaller dent that I was not told and they had another fender available there that they told me had a dent and was cheaper so I paid more for the same quality. This had many scratches as if they placed it on the floor paint side down.
I ordered an engine on October 14 was told that it would be shipped quickly within a day or two it is now October 24 and I’m told that it still will not arrive for another three days. Terrible communication would never purchase a part like this again and paid extra money for liftgate service Was given the wrong tracking information. Terrible terrible experience. Update: I gave another star after receiving my engine because it arrived and is in good working condition. I did purchase the engine through eBay, which is not something I would recommend because you do not speak directly to the business you get rerouted to eBay and they know nothing about what is going on.
Kaila helped me with an engine replacement for my Porsche. She sourced it from another yard and arranged shipping, making the entire process smooth and effortless. Although the engine had issues and wasn't usable, Kaila guided me through the warranty process, keeping me informed every step of the way. Stay away from this company,they don’t have right salesman’s to help you,I did make an order they said it’s very for pick up,I did drive 2.25 hours and they’re no longer available,somebody sell the my car parts. Second time Spenser were sure my orders were ready to pick up,I went to pick up my order and it’s was totally different color black,I did send it color number to make sure I’m getting the correct order. I wasted my time and money to dial with this person.

i just want to say that this company is the best and i’m so glad that i found a fender for my car and the fender was in perfect condition with no dent and also so cheap, knowing that the location wad in different state and i drove 72 miles to reach them but it’s totally worth it ,also i can’t Forget to thank Mr.Spencer for his quick response and how he is professional to treat customers and how he he was handling and carrying my parts so carefully, and thank you again for the extra service that you provided to me when i asked you for someone that can install the part for me at 5pm , Thank you so much Spencer you should be the manager, if i can give you 100 stars i will do it without thinking, take care and i wish you the best .

I had a great experience ordering a specific rim for my car! I was very pleased with the timing of everything! Follow up call was great after inquiring , conveniently helped obviously having shopping so many places for a specific part. So that I was thankful for and it arrived as expected in condition , and I don't order very often , nor leave reviews but this company deserves it.

Have been buying parts from Chuck's consistently and they keep delivering quality auto parts, on time. They are very thorough and detailed. Awesome service from Tommy, Jonesy, Chris and Luis. Will definitely keep using Chuck's, because of their great communication and excellent parts. Recently got a 2010 Corolla engine from them, only 38k on it, customer is super happy with how clean the engine was. Also bought several body parts from them in the last month, an F150 door and a 20189 Odyssey hood, quality parts.
Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to talk to ever they gave The mechanic shop Two lemons Mind you in this process no one helped me with a rental After I told them that they’ve had my car for 46 days. At the end of the job, they then called me and said to me we have no more motors for you and we’re not willing to spend shipping. So they gave me two options which was fix the broken motor or give me a refund so I took the refund route. It’s been about 30 days and I’m still waiting on the other half of my check. Please don’t ever deal with This place ever I had tried calling managers been hung up on, laughed at taking advantage of this will be posted on TikTok And BBB will also be involved as well so unprofessional.
I bought several parts from them for Subaru Outback that had frontal impact. None were compatible, although I gave them pertinent information on make, model, year, trim level and engine size. It seems they are essentially part brokers. They don’t have actual donor vehicles and rely on their suppliers for compatibility. When I went to pick up the parts (2 hours drive), one part - which was supposed to be complete radiator support, turned to be right strut tower and apron cut with right radiator support. So I rejected it on spot. I picked up radiator, AC condenser and fan shroud and found later they were different from what I ordered, wouldn’t fit my car and had to bring back for refund (another 4 hour round trip). So I was left with only one part that surely was correct one - left fender in correct paint code. What a surprise - it also didn’t fit, as turned out came from a trim level that is incompatible with my car. They wouldn’t take it back. The people you over the phone have no clue what you will be getting. To summarize, save your time, money, gas, wear and tear on on car and look elsewhere for used parts.

Ordered an engine Wednesday afternoon & was told it would take 1 day for it to get transferred from the York location to the Douglassville location. I called Friday morning to confirm the engine was there and they confirmed it had arrived. Rented a truck & drove an hour and a half to Douglassville from NJ. After showing up I was handed the invoice and told to wait for the forklift to bring my engine out. Waited outside for 15 minutes until I had to go in and ask what was going on. Front desk worker told me there was “ a small problem”… they put my motor on a truck and shipped it somewhere else. They said they couldn’t get the motor back. I was told I could drive up to York, PA to pick up another motor instead or wait until the following week to come back and pick one up. Same price for a motor with 14k more miles. Front desk workers seemed to not really understand that this wasn’t just a “inconvenience” like they kept saying. Between renting the truck, gas and tolls I just spent over $200 to get told the engine I purchased was shipped somewhere else with no way of getting it back. It’s very difficult to find a low mileage 2L ford engine and this was the only one around. Disappointed in the customer service is an understatement.
Brian M. is very professional, helpful and efficient. I found my rim on eBay, but I didn’t have time to wait for eBay to process my order. So I called the shop directly. Brian picked up my call and placed my order right away! I got my rim the next morning via UPS. I can’t thank him enough!!
