As a small business owner myself i do not take leaving a negative review lightly, but this time I can not just let it go. For starters, I stopped in to get new fuel injectors for my sons jeep, but they only had one avail and indicated they could get the rest in by the next morning and deliver them by 8 am to the auto shop I had scheduled the jeep with for the repair . That actually was great and I was happy with that service. I informed the shop that they would be delivered. The next day I got a call at 9am from the shop asking when they could expect the parts so they could get moving on the repair. I contacted NAPA and I was told they had been delivered at 8 am like I was told. I called back to my shop and they once again denied getting the parts. When I called back to NAPA I was told there had been a mistake and the parts were taken to the wrong place (a landscaping Co?) and left there and unfortunately when contacted about the error no one was there anymore for them to go back and get the parts till later in day. Napa did finally get the injectors back and delivered them to the auto shop, but this several hr. delay caused them not to be able to get my jeep done that day. So it left us another day w/o a vehicle and in need of a rental (more $$ spent). At no time was any compensation offered for this inconvenience. The jeep did finally get serviced and we were able to get it the next night and drive the 2 miles to our home. The next day unfortunately as my son drove to work the jeep broke down only 10 miles into the drive and would not run d/t severe misfiring. It was towed back to the shop and would have to wait till Monday to be looked at d/t the holiday weekend. When it was looked at it was determined that one of the injectors was actually faulty and needed to be replaced (again), so the shop contacted there NAPA supplier for a replacement injector and fixed the issue. Of course as i later find out since I initially ordered the parts from NAPA vs the shop they indicated I would still need to pay for all the labor again to replace the defective part and for the new injector, They suggested returning the faulty injector to NAPA for a refund and discuss any possible compensation from NAPA for providing a faulty part. I went back to NAPA and started to explain why I was there for the refund and when I started to inquire about any other compensation the owner stepped in from across the room behind the counter and basically said its on me cause I purchased the part vs the shop, and when I mentioned the other initial issue about the part delivery he proceeded to go back into the same story he told me when it happened on that day and indicated he was very upset at his employee for the mistake, but that it was not his fault and there is nothing he will do about it. He then proceeded to walk into the back while I was still conversing with him and the other employee about this matter. For me this was the most insulting part, at least give your customers some respect and at very least simply apologize for the situation if your not willing to compensate for any of it. When your business is selling parts to consumers and you tell them they should just let the auto repair shop buy them because NAPA will never stand behind what they sell or take any responsibility for their mistakes, that's not a great business plan.
Excellent service. They ALWAYS get the right part for the vehicle your working on, sometimes they need additional information,such as a particular digit or letter in the Vin number to be sure they are providing the exact part to insure you won't be running back and forth returning items that don't fit. If you want the job done right the first time, get your parts here. Their prices are generally right in line with the advance and zone chains, and you won't be wasting your time and gas returning parts. Thumbs up all day long for these guys.
Leon went above and beyond for me. While I wasn’t having him deliver for me through NAPA, Leon saw I needed help when I was on the side of the road. He finished his shift and came back to help me after getting off work. Thank you!

10 out of 5 Stars! John and his staff went above and beyond! I came in to get a new battery as my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was becoming hard to start. The battery had literally died in the parking lot. John helped me remove the old battery (located under the passenger side front seat (Why Jeep?)). After I replaced the battery, he let me wash my hands and even gave me a Sloppy Joe sandwich and a bag of chips that he had in the break room! 1st time customer turned customer for life!
I was just in to get brake pads for my VW Passat. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name at the counter but he looked around was able to get my part delivered to the store within an hour and a half he also helped me a great deal with making sure the rotors I purchased somewhere else where the proper rotors. They were all very helpful I will drive out of my way to go to that store from now on. Will also recommend everyone I know to go to that store. Thank you gentlemen
Stopped in to buy a few parts in their store, and extremely friendly and surprisingly very knowledgeable. Some places hard to find someone who can answer questions but these guys are great! Highly recommend them
