Got both of my cars inspected. Done in good time and at a fair price.

I took my car for inspection and told me 2 things were wrong with it and charged over 1000$. I then took it to the dealer and it passed no problem. And the things that were wrong with it, was a bunch of bs. I’m so disappointed in people and some shops that make up stuff so they have more work to do. For the sake of yourself and others please do not take your car here. I don’t want anyone else to get scammed.

First time at bernville Auto parts and repair. Had my car inspected and checked for problems I thought I had. They informed me that everything was fine checked everything out I did need two tires and an alignment which they did. The car is tracking straight again not pulling so very satisfied. Kept me in the loop through texting and when I called explained everything and what they were going to do. I will use this repair shop again. I have been looking for a repair shop since my shop I was using went out of business because the gentleman retired. Since then this would be the third shop I tried. I will come back and use this shop again. Give him a try if they treat you like they treated me you'll be satisfied.

Bottom line up front. I highly recommend Bernville auto parts and repair, great service and customer care. In the summer I had my wife's 2002 PT Curser's engine rebuilt and a custom paint job done while we lived in California. We got the car back the day before it was put on a truck and shipped across country. When we arrived here we noticed several oil leaks and contacted the California shop that did the work, their national warranty service recommended Bernville Auto Parts and Repair as we just moved to the Bernville area from California and did not know anyone I started to used the local Chrysler dealer but received a second recommendation for Bernville Auto Parts and Repair. We took the car to them explained the issue and the staff and mechanics want way beyond to explain each item and make sure we were happy. To took over a month to find all the little leaks but we are very happy with their work and will be a regular customer there in the future.

We have been going to bernville auto for many years now and they have always been a very reliable. We would greatly recommend this shop to anyone who needs parts or repairs.

The guys who work here have gone above and beyond for me so many times. I will never take my car anywhere else. Honest and reliable, would totally recommend.

We’ve been coming here for 5 years and service has always been excellent. We never had a problem getting an appointment and they have been very flexible. The most important reason that we continue to bring our vehicles here is honesty. They have been very honest and upfront about issues and I feel their prices are very fair.

The guys there are wonderful. The company works with you and does everything they can to assure that your car is safe and they do respect highly recommend.

Dale has always provided excellent service and always found me the harder to find parts for my Mitsubishi’s when I had them. Always the right part the first time. Resent service was excellent and on time at reasonable cost.

Good local business/repair shop with friendly and helpful staff at reasonable prices. They've been straight shooters and haven't tried to upsell me with things I didn't need. Repairs are generally quick and well-done.

The shop has a good selection of car parts and products for a family owned store. On the other hand their service tends to be expensive and not always doing the best job. Also they are a dealership and I have a feeling they dupe you. If you have a car that they want for resale they are going to undermine it during service so later when it becomes unusable they'll offer to buy it for almost nothing. Then they do a quick fix on it and resell it at almost triple what they got it for!

Wow, where to start. Their patience was outstanding. I have high anxiety and called way more than the average customer. Every time, they were extremely patient with me, and always had an answer to my questions. I essentially showed up randomly. I called Burnsville auto parts to make an appointment. Unfortunately, I did not realize that this is Bernville, and I showed up for my appointment the next day, they still squeezed me in. After the repairs were made and services complete, the bill was HALF of what I was expecting. I am elated with the service I received here. I will use them for the remainder of my contract in PA, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area.

I have finally found an honest trustworthy businessman who operates an auto repair business. Dale Balthaser is upfront and won’t upsell you on service or parts. I always thought I had to go to the dealership for service, where I’ve had bad experiences with false information on services I didn’t need. I didn’t realize Bernville Auto Parts was also a service business. I now know it’s Bernville Auto Parts and Repair. And, it’s in my area of the county. Even if it weren’t, it’s worth the drive for quality honest service.

Honestly, its hard to find these kind of place anymore... but the fact that this place is still here is proof to what we've given up for a life of instant gratification! To begin, this place is super clean all the while everything is stated on signs of what and what is not to be expected. This alone takes a lot of effort. Second, they went ahead and cut my rotors (at reasonable price to bat) all while other shops in the Reading area were telling that's something that is no longer being done, wrong. They were nuetral and efficiant and all at a reasonable price. Will definitley being going here again.

I had my rotors resurfaced today, they do excellent work, they take pride in what they do and it shows. This is my second visit, the first time I needed an oil filter for my BMW, they get you what you need and are always friendly.

Been there often, Dale the owner will treat you like family and wastes no time getting you a part that might not be in stock. I need a fog light bulb for 98 Saturn, it was not in stock at 9am one weekday morning, Dale the owner had it in a few hours not next week.
