They don’t answer phones! Ever

I only stop when I know Joey is working she's absolutely amazing and knows her stuff

Ordered online. Gave me the wrong product when I went to pick it up. Didn't notice until I got home. Ordered 50/50 coolant, but gave me concentrate.

I did not even want to give this a 1 star. 12-23-23 stopped in and ask if somebody could put a brake light in for me. Now mind you, I'm in my mid 50's, a female, I had my 83 year mother with me as we were doing our holiday travel to Uniontown. 2 employees behind the counter, REFUSED to help me! Fine, whatever, went up the road a mile, stopped at AutoZone and they GLADLY changed it for me. Will NOT patronize this business ever again! I clearly see why nobody was in your store but 4 customers were ahead of me at AutoZone!

Man behind the counter on 9/9/23 saved our traveling butts. His graciousness to let us use his jack and air hammer to relug our car to continue on was absolutely great! Advance better hold on to this guy forever!!!!

The workers were very helpful and patient. They didn't even get mad when I asked them to run a different test than the one that they did the first time.

All I needed was my battery tested and they did that with no hesitation

New hours are 7:30 to 9:00, I was here at 7:29,it is now 7:45 and no one is here. Not cool Advance

The employees are great. They help you when to find something you looking for any vehicle part or cleaning supplies for interior and body. If they don't have it. The will help where to get it at.
