Had ordered wrong part and when i finally got around to working on the vehicle over a year later is when i discovered the problem. Novak Auto Parts helped me get the new part even though it was over a year late.

Initially contacted them through car-parts.com chat. I have never had any yard reply in the website chat system. Novak replied.
They sourced a jump seat out of a 99-2010 super duty from another yard. The jump seat was listed as grade A. It is 100% grade A. I always see the seat pan rusted and the mounts rusted, but they were perfect (just a little dirty from the prior owner). The armrest pads and cup holder pads on these always lift up and seprate and these are great.
Freight was $350. Came delivered by UPS in a large box with a crap ton of packaging. No damage to any of the plastic trim which I was worried about. Price was incredibly cheap compared to ebay.
I called in to make the purchase Aug 22. He warned me that they would be receiving it from a sister yard first and then it would be shipped. It arrived this afternoon. 4 days is a lot faster than I expected.
Part is perfectly fine and they were able to get me it same day and pretty fast.
My complaint is with the sales person at the front desk and his not so great personality. When I called and asked about the part I was acquiring he basically sounded annoyed I was calling and inquiring about a part. When I arrived to pick up the part I had a possible core with me and when I said I wasn’t sure if it would pass as a core all he did was spout off their core policy instead of even attempting to look at the part I was replacing.
In short. Parts are great and loom clean and functional but customer service leaves MUCH to be desired.
You don't get what you pay for. That's not even my name on the sold tickets and for a 2018 model. Pictures will show the quality of advertisement to what you get

I purchased a transfer case with very low mileage for way less than others wanted for a much higher mileage unit. I was told it would be 3-4 business days for it to be pulled from the vehicle. They had it pulled the next day! Unfortunately the car didn’t make it to get it installed. Scott made the return transaction nice and easy! I will definitely be returning!
I was replacing brakes on my car and had the worst luck with faulty remanufactured calipers and poor service from the big box stores. I was stranded and paying for ride sharing services everywhere trying to get it done. I decided enough with the big box stores and gave Novak Auto Parts a call. I am so glad I did. I'm a professional photographer who lives and works near Novak. They hired me to take new photos of their facility, staff, and process. I've never had to buy parts from them, but if my amazing professional experience with them is any indication, I would a wonderful shopping experience with them. Penny, Roger, Nathan, and Casey were so warm and welcoming. Within 10 minutes, I could literally see myself working on their team. Hahaha! Everyone there was so helpful, professional, and fun. Their facility is organized and efficient. It was cool to see how much effort they put into properly removing liquids from cars so that nothing harms the environment. I also learned how they use their facility to benefit local fire departments and other groups. Novak is a class act!
I bought a used sonata from Novak about a month ago now, and the car has been great. Runs great, feels smooth and gets good mileage. Novak had great customer service and everyone was extremely helpful. Shoutout to Casey and Roger for the help getting me in a vehicle quickly and for a great, reasonable price if you see a car you like on their page, don’t hesitate to check it out.
Could've been higher but the women that work there are just extremely rude. Every man that's ever answered the phone there has been nothing but nice and helpful the women that answer the phones are not. I've been hung up on by them multiple times while asking for parts. Very rude and unprofessional. And since when do salvage yards charge the same as new for some parts? If Novack has it Donawitz has it for cheaper with nicer people.
Scott was a very helpful when I ordered my part. He made sure and asked detailed question of the part . He described how the cut piece of quarter panel I would get. Perfect cut just exactly what I needed. I will buy from them again.
I bought a part that I found out was not needed . I had bought a New battery the day prior that did not fix the car. Bought a replacement part I thought I needed from Novak's. Only to find out replacement battery was bad. I explained the situation and Novak's was very fair about a refund. Very Friendly, Definitely will be a return customer.
over the years, i have bought so many parts daily and vehicles that i have lost count! If they did not have a part in their yard, they did the best they could to locate what i needed.I even had more then half a dozen family members purchase vehicles off them as well, highly recommend !!

The best salvage yard I have ever dealt with. I drove from Columbus , Ohio to get an engine from Novaks. Spoke with Jim to make my arrangements for pick up, he made it super easy and was very pleasant to deal with. I am 100% satisfied with my parts I got and the service I received. Even though I am in Columbus and they are in Pennsylvania, I would gladly make the trip again to receive quality parts and A1 service like I received from Novaks. They are in a league of their own…

I went and got a fuel pump and sending unit assembly from Novaks. Unfortunately when I got home and installed it the pump was not working. With used parts this can happen. So had my wife call while I was uninstalling the pump and sending unit from my Kia Forte5. They swapped it out with no problem at all. The next one worked perfect. It fired up no problem at all. All the folks I dealt with were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for your parts needs. If I need any more parts I will be calling Novak's first. Novak's gets 5 stars from me because of the way they handled the situation. Top notch service. Thanks for taking care of me and providing great customer service.
These guys are great! I stopped in there looking for a small rubber wiring protector boot on July 3rd 2021. They didn't have one to sell but one of the guys had a boot laying around and he just gave it to me. That was awesome. I cleaned it up and installed it on my 1972 Plymouth!
Had to replace a side mirror on car. Auto body shop tried to locate one and prices they were quoted from their supplier yards were multiples above what Novak could offer. I did some calling myself and they were able to quickly locate one for me. My shop put it on and it looks great! Super easy to work with and very straight forward process to purchase. Will definitely use them again if it's needed.
I needed a transmission for my vehicle, and the staff was very professional and helpful in finding the part and having it delivered to the shop where my car was being fixed. Unfortunately, the transmission didn't work out for my vehicle - but Novak was great in honoring their return policy. Honest, trustworthy, and reliable - I definitely recommend! I'll be back next time I need something for my car!
I purchased a transmission from Novak Auto Parts and they do not stand behind their warranties. It slipped after installing and was sold broken. Buyer beware. ....Ebay seller will not complete shipment so I cannot leave feedback conveniently. Hence why I created a dispute for the shipment. Work was done as requested and Novak refuses to contact shop for details or any invoice that is needed. Or at least their third party offsite seller won't. The seller goes by Novak Auto Parts on eBay, but if you call their office they act like they're almost not affiliated. Very shady. Probably selling their damaged parts on eBay with many loopholes to get out of warrantying bad sales.

My husband bought 2 tires there on the 26th of November (they were closed Thanksgiving and the weekend), tried to get them mounted and they were not holding air. He tried to return them and they were refusing to take them even though they are faulty no good tires, which he has the receipt for. After he ended up causing a seen (which he never does) they refunded him and charged a 20% restocking fee and put them back on the shelf! My opinion, they are a small town family owned and operated business that doesn't stand by there products, honor there own warranty, or have respect for the people in their own community. Thanks for taking food out of my kids mouths with your faulty products you are selling!
