The communication was horrible. I had to jump through hoops. I had to prove that the vehicles were mine. Every time I called I got a different person. I couldn’t understand their English. The best part about it is when I got to talk to Copart themselves if I had to do this again, I would never Use this cash for cars ever there’s a lot of BS. Also, Omar changed the prices two times. He was not even familiar with the vehicles. He was picking up very unprofessional.

Overall, really good. Good price, incredibly fast. Did a good job of advising on what process was. Reason I didn't rate 5 is communications were a bit confusing on the front end. Getting communications asking me to do things that had already been done and sent to others. Not seamless yet.

Scam! I got an outstanding offer and as soon as I started to complete the process, I realized I needed more information than I had available at the time. I received multiple emails and responded to EACH of them and never got a real person to email me back. I also got multiple emails seemingly from the same person, but I didn't notice there was a one letter difference in the email address until after I had responded to both of them. Of course, none of my emails were ever genuinely answered, I just got the stock responses back. I also called and asked for someone to call me back, which never happened. Horrible experience!
