I would have to say my experience overall was very good but the pickup time/window they do need to adjust that! My car wasn’t picked up until 6 hours after the window time given
When you call this number, you have to start pushing numbers to get to somebody and then somebody gets on with an Indian accent. I hung up right away. Buying junk cars is a local business. You shouldn’t be talking to somebody at a call center in India.
He was very patient with me, I lost my title and he kept in contact with me. Needless to say it took over a month for my title to come back. 04-24-2025 the car is gone. And still the quote I was promised! AWESOME
