Online orders for in-store pickup have all gone completely smooth. Went in to the store to order 5 brake hoses, paid for it. I asked if I can link my online NAPA membership & they said no. No calls, no emails nothing to tell me where my equipment is, having already paid for it. Call them they only have 2/5th of the order in & no idea about the rest. No way to track down the order other than the receipt. Will order online only.

I love Napa. More accurate in matching parts than other parts stores. Only a Dealership could do better, except the price most certainly is higher.

The owner of this Napa has been in the Warren area for many many years he is recently open a bigger store and is now adding a bigger parking lot I like the staff that work there you're very knowledgeable of their cars they talk about they deliver and all and all the good people.

Better than autozone in the fact that they normally give you the right part the first time.

Been shopping here since I was a little kid. Know most of the staff by first name. Great selection of parts in stock and anything you want can be ordered and there almost always with in a day. Knowledgeable staff help you ensure you get what you need when you need it.

Bought wipers, had a problem, needed replaced in 3 wks, replaced with a smile, would go there, anytime.

Overpriced for what you get. AutoZone much better prices and only about a mile north.

They are so helpful and friendly, they have a great stock and get things in quickly if they don't have them. I highly recommend going there.
